5 starsRecently had my basement interior waterproofed and crawlspace repaired by Jose ********* Carter *** *** and Jayden ******* What I feared would be a messy and stressful process was actually a breeze. As people, they were wonderful; tough as nails, friendly, trustworthy and considerate in my home. As for the job itself, the work was very high quality and completed sooner than the expected timeline. Kudos to them for dealing with our basement in the state that it was in. Every day they explained what they were doing, put up with my "can i ask you a stupid questions" and updated me on the status at the end of the day. They left no trace behind and cleaned up well. Thank you guys for an insanely hard job done incredibly well, you've transformed the place.Review fromPatrick A

I had my basement waterproofed by JES Foundation Repair in June 2024. In February 2025 my basement flooded due to confirmed improper installation from JES. I had to pay out of pocket for damages and cleaning. There has been several attempts to fix the problem but the issue still stands with damages to backyard due to faulty drainage pipe installation which is leading to more flooding. It is now June 2025 and as of today have yet to made to feel like a priority, get reimbursed for anything and the issues still stand. I have had to do all the leg work in terms of following up and making sure they stay on task. I'm extremely disappointed in the way this has been handled by the company.

5 starsThe folks I’ve dealt with at Groundworks have all been very high quality. Phil Ralph’s was our inspector and his very thorough inspection and estimate of repair was followed by Micah, Austin and Jaxon performing the repairs. All were great communicators and very hard working. Micah, Austin and Jaxon were willing to explain anything I asked along the way and Micah did a great job of recapping everything at the end. They were carful and very good about cleaning up, as well. Highly recommend the company and the people
