  Choosing One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning was THE BIGGEST MISTAKE we have made in 15 years as home owners.
  If you are considering One Hour to be your HVAC professionals, BUYER BEWARE.
  We trusted One Hour, and it was a catastrophic mistake. They either took advantage of our trust and maliciously schemed to take over $****** from us. Or, they are so inept that we spent over $****** paying for their technical incompetence and awful craftsmanship on more than two years of service failures.
  In either case, we suffered perpetual discomfort as we threw good money at bad. Ask *** is it normal to see your HVAC professionals five times a year to maintain ‘comfortable’ living?
  Almost certainly not. This highlights One Hour’s negligence via their vicious scheming or categorical incompetence. Whether malicious or incompetent their negligence is buoyed by their ******** ‘satisfaction guarantees.’ Take their “U-win” guarantee for example. Our ‘U-win’ rep got in touch with THE OWNER, Todd *****, who confirmed he and One Hour welched on every single ‘guarantee’ they made us.
  One Hour is awful. They damaged our home, and took our money in a pattern of outrageously negligent ‘service.’ That brutal combination of incompetence and dishonesty harmed us, and betrayed One Hour’s completely vacant litany of ‘satisfaction’ guarantees. And, as a result …
  We do not have ceilings in our home due to water damage,
  Water damage which is a result of One Hour’s negligence.
  We suffered a vicious summer without HVAC,
  Our HVAC’s failure to function is due to One Hour’s negligence.
  In ~5 years with them,
  They cost us more than $******,
  They damaged our home twice,
  Our ‘comfort’ and ‘satisfaction’ were NEVER achieved, because
  Our ‘comfort’ and ‘satisfaction’ have required more than 25 service visits, AND
  They welched on their “commitments” to customer satisfaction,
  Leaving us without functioning HVAC.
  CRUELLY, ON A 105 DEGREE DAY, ONE HOUR WALKED OUT OF OUR HOME WITHOUT FUNCTIONING HVAC

  Very dependable and reliable. They have a 24 hour call service and there's actually a person that answers the phone and address your concerns and schedules a technician to respond within 24 hours! The technicians are personable and explain everything without the pushyness. Definitely recommend

  Dawson ***** check over and cleaned up unit, replaced the compacitor, and waited to make sure the unit was cooling before he left. Awesome job Dawson!!

  I was literally in tears when I saw what was done to my house. Got to pay $ ***** for a nightmare that brought me to tears. They also put holes in my walls without even discussing with me. Luckily they are NOT paid for this shoddy service, I want a supervisor to see this first. Update 9-26-23 - After a week the system up and died, came home to a house at 94 degrees and was blown off when we called the company . Might be time to call the ****** ******** ******. Maybe then I can get what I paid for, what’s in their contract. I’m have someone in my home with breathing issues and we may have to stay in a hotel due to the shoddy workmanship.
