      This is a top notch company with outstanding technicians. All are great that I have encountered thus far but Stephen Evans came to my home on a late night call, troubleshot the situation and had the problem resolved quickly. Explained everything extremely well and never once treated me like I was just a number. Kept a smile when most of society isn’t at their best that time of night and even found time for small talk about football.
      Thanks Stephen for such a wonderful job, you’re welcomed at my home anytime.

      Today's annual service visit by One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning went great! Tron Perry did a super job, from his first handshake and presentation of One Hour's values and business approach, through his attention to detail as he worked on the systems, to his great teaching style as he explained to me what he saw and what he did to keep things running just right. A fine visit!

      This company charged me **** to come out, take 15 mins and say it was likely the "compressor" and they need a second opinion, which couldnt come for two days. I was out of town and my ex had to let them in. I came home to see that the moulding was completely damaged, along with all the paint around the attic as was my dresser. There was paint chippings all over the floor.
      I canceled the second visit and found a more reputable company who came out and fixed the capacitor which I am told is a common issue and should not have needed a second opinon. Nothing at all wrong with my compressor which was replaced in 2020.
      I called and sent photos of the damage and the reply was "we trust our tech" which, makes absolutely no sense. As if I know him personally and had a vendetta so I damanged my own property?? Please. So unprofessioanl.

      One Hour is a very dependable and professional service. The tech Eduardo was extreme thorough. System inop before he showed up, system operating when he left. I will remain a comfort club member. They responded to my system being down the same day!
