      Unfortunately, the compressor died on my new, 5-months old One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning heat pump. However, One Hour had a technician at my home the same day. Unfortunately again, a second technician was required to confirm the first technician's diagnosis. Second technician is here now, so we'll see if the unit gets fixed. Both technicians, ***** & ******, have been very professional and apparently knowledgeable. Fortunately, nights have been cool, so no A/C for two nights hasn't been bad.

      Reviews aren’t my thing. The people who work for this company have a standard that’s unbeatable. They are kind, they are quick and they really take care of you. They want to help not take your money, you can tell the people who work for them care and want to help. From start to finish it was painless. Afterwards the continuance of care is really astounding. I would recommend this company to everyone. I appreciate the job well done!

      I am a BIG fan of One Hour Heating &AC! I have been using them for close to 40 years-they NEVER fail to deliver! Always on time, professional, and fair!
      I have bought multiple units over time from OHH & AC-and I want to give a shoutout to Michael Porter for his honest council and advise over the years. In fact everyone from the folks who answer the phones/set appointments, to the service team etc. are top notch!
      Joe, was the tech. who visited my house yesterday! My ONLY negative comment is that the rating stopped at 10. I would have give him an 11++!
      Todd needs to put me on his commercials!

      As always, very pleased with One Hour!! Jon took great care of us today!! He's so knowledgeable and kind. He explained everything, in detail, that he did to get our unit in tip top shape for the summer. Love this company!! Send Jon anytime!!! He's awesome!!!

      Very kind and respectful. Very thorough inspection. Questions and annoyed to his “up sale.” Suddenly told there are things I need for safety that I was not told when my new HVAC system was installed 6 months ago.
