      My outside unit was working, but we were getting no air in the house. Tech Zacharia ***** came and checked the outside first to make sure everything was okay. Then he checked my inside unit in the attic and founded that the blower motor was bad. He called to located the part and found. He left and came and installed the blower motor. Zacharia was professional the whole time he was working.

      Nice person, respectful and knowledgeable. Alec was great, he had to suffer through the heat of the attic for One Hour??. Anyway, I'm glad he survived the experience! Highly Recommended. Thank you.

      I can't help but feel cheated and scammed by this company. System ran but wouldn't cool back in 09/22. Tech came out, worked on the outdoor unit, and ******+ later they couldn't get it running. A 2nd tech came out, worked on the outdoor unit, $*****+ later the system was working. Fast forward to 06/23, I'm having the same issue of the system running and not cooling. Call one hour back and they tell me it would be $*** for someone to come take a look. I was confused by this because their paperwork states that all of the several parts they replaced in 09/22 were under warranty. The person on the other end stated the $*** would be waived if the issue stems from one of those parts. Tech comes out, works on the outdoor unit for several hours, only to say that the issue isn't connected to any of the parts under warranty but a completely different part and it will cost $***+ to repair. On top of that, the tech stated they found several leaks throughout the unit and that they're not sure how the previous techs (the 2 different ones from 09/22) didn't find these same leaks. After the tech left I inspected the outdoor unit to find a large bundle of wiring hanging out of the back. I also found that the brand new compressor, one of the several items replaced back in 09/22, was not bolted down as it should be. I called back the next day to express my frustration with the visit and the state I found the outdoor unit in afterwards. I never raised my voice or spoke disrespectfully but the person on the other end interrupted me, raised their voice, to tell me that the unit was left as is on purpose to prevent damage and that we were informed it was left that way. I reviewed all the documentation (09/22-06/23), none of it made mention of that, and none of the techs verbally made mention of it. Also, the system wasn't running so how would damage be prevented. I was told, if the system did run with it like that, it would actually cause damage like the leaks they supposedly found.

      We have had One Hour HVAC system for 10 months and today a technician came out to investigate the noise we were hearing from the air handler. ZAC was professional knowledgeable and pleasant. Fortunately, it was just a loose door rattling but Zac gave us a thorough check. We were very pleased with his results and how he was respectful on our home.
      Although I had to pay for the service call because he found nothing really wrong, it was ok because of how the system was checked out entirely. If there had been an issue, my one year warranty would have covered it, but a loose screw was not an issue.

      A young father on Father's Day came to our home after 8:00 pm to diagnose our problem with the air conditioner. He was professional, looked us right in our eyes, took a video to show us what was happening, and made a professional opinion. He answered all questions clearly and completely. When we decided to possibly purchase a new AC, he called his office and the clerk spoke to us and set up a scheduled time to meet with Comfort Care. I am very pleased to be part of the One Hour family.
