      He was a wonderful sales person. He met all my needs. He did not try to tell me what I did not want you listen to me and assured me that I got the right equipment.

      Was able to call One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning yesterday for A/C maintenance and coil cleaning and Mr. Nate ******** serviced it today , cleaning both coils ! Great company team response time . Nate Everhart taught me more about my Trane Unit even having an HVAC & Recover License from the US Army & EPA myself , but not being Trane trained . Nate installed Start Assist for my unit today that if I knew the right part number and power torque needed would have had on unit from day one three years ago when unit was brand new. Unit should last longer by avoiding hard starts on the compressor . Joined Comfort Club today for ***** a month were they will tune up & clean unit once a year & discount parts & repairs . Nice People , Very Polite & On Time & Fine Workmanship ! Thank You Very Much for the free servicing today as I transitioned from out of business company that installed Trane unit V/r : Bobby *** *******

      Running out of places to leave One Hour a new review. Had Felix out today for a tune up on our HVAC we had One Hour replace last year. I have yet to encounter anyone that works for this company who hasn't delivered exceptional service and professionalism. I manage a home service company and these guys have always served as a great example of the customer service we strive to deliver our own customers. Great job Felix ******* and One Hour

      I have used One Hour for over 30 years. They continue to provide excellent service & hire very competent employees . Nate E. & Zack were both courteous & professional. They were on time & completed the work efficiently. They reviewed the findings of their inspection of my HVAC system & provided suggestions of ways to improve efficiency. Overall another outstanding job from One Hour.

      One hour heating and cooling is a very professional company. It's employees are courteous and explain everything so someone who isn't mechanically inclined can understand. I would highly recommend them for your home heating and cooling.

      The electrician came as a part of the service I buy. The representative was thorough. Found another bad install of a circuit at construction. He repaired it. No complaints.
