      As has become their standard the technician was very knowledgeable, very thorough, and very personable. Charges for work accomplished were extremely reasonable. I have been dealing with this company for over 30 years and highly recommend them to friends.

      One Hour Comfort was not a dependable or knowledgeable company to service our HVAC system. Their initial inspection should have identified our system as needing to be completely replaced; however, their untrained technicians saw no issues. They reported items as being inspected and cleaned when they were not. For example, on multiple occasions the drain safety switch was marked as inspected and “good” but was later found to not be present. The maintenance item of cleaning the indoor condenser coils was rated as “good” numerous times; however, due to the configuration of the system, the patchwork done by the previous homeowner/companies, and lack of an access panel, the coils were not even accessible for cleaning. We feel like we were swindled by them for almost three years.
