      Tomas and his crew did a fantastic job installing my furnace and AC systems. He was very professional and treated me with great respect. The crew did a fabulous job cleaning up. He took the to teach me about my new thermostat. I am very pleased with my new units.

      One Hour sent to me a technician, Lorenzo ******, who was so kind, knowledgeable and thorough that he brought a bit of joy to my heart. The visit was for electrical review, and everything electrical was inspected. He explained the repairs I would need, how much the cost would be and put in a new smoke and carbon monoxide detector. He found a few extra minutes to talk about the good things in life and it was such a pleasure. Thank You 😊

      Lisa did a great job! I think she is the best technician One Hour has ever sent out to perform semiannual tune ups for me; she did a prompt, professional and very thorough job. I am very pleased to have her as a service technician. Thank you.

      The technician was courteous and efficient. She even replaced the filter in my electronic air filter for me. I also appreciated the postcard I got from the company reminding me to schedule my maintenance appt. I tend to forget to do these things.

      Lorenzo ******* of one hour, was thorough and took the time to walk me through every step of my electrical inspection. He not only showed me where I had problems but also took the extra time to show me what exactly was wrong and what steps would be needed to repair it properly. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I recommend him to anyone.
