      I would give zero Stars if it was available. My house burned down a year ago and I got the payoff amount from loan care when I got my insurance check I sent the payoff amount and they held the check for over 2 weeks so they could charge me extra saying that my payment was late so they took a full payment out of the payoff toward the monthly payment and added late charges then didn't let me know until it was a couple months later accruing more late charges so now I'm stuck paying monthly until they decide that I've paid enough extra and they're still harassing me. My neighbor said they came out and said that I was in default. That is a blatant lie as I have paid for the last 4 months on the extra amount that they decided to add on after I paid the house off.
      They claim that most of the payment that I've been making is going toward the insurance and taxes there's no insurance because there is no house and the taxes are minimal because there is no house so basically they're just keeping all the extra money and applying a minimal amount toward the extra balance that they added on after the house was paid off. This sucks because little people can't afford lawyers to fight this kind of criminal behavior.

      I was a client of theirs. Their system was hacked and I’ve been trying to get them to send me information. They do not respond. I have spoken to many people and they all but one have put me off on someone else. The bankruptcy department supervisor is terrible.

      This company has opened an fha loan under my social with some else’s name. I have been calling them since Experian won’t take it off with my police reports and federal commission report!! It’s a 250,000 loan.

      Worst customer service. Call the company and the computer tells you that your social security number is wrong. Or your zip code is not correct. Can’t get past that to even begin to speak with anyone on the phone.

      I need someone to call me back or let me know how to make my payment it's been 2 weeks now and can't access website and no answer when calling. Is my information compromised due to security breach? Why have I not received any communication from Loancare?

      I can't pay my mortgage. I don't know what to do. They're website is gone and they won't answer the phone.

      I have been unable to reach the company by website / phone for a week now. I've been using this company since i bought my house 10 years ago and never had this problem. What bothers me is my mortgage is due on the 1st and they have not sent out ANY type of notifications on how to pay while they are having issues with their site and phones.

      I need someone to call me back ASAP from this company. I have tried calling them for days and it is saying they have had a security breach. My taxes haven't been paid but they sent me an overage check. I have emailed them and I get an error message. This is insane. I hate that we picked a great mortgage company and then they sold it to LoneCare.

      Nonstop runaround trying to get insurance funds released to begin restoration of my property after tornado damage. I have submitted and re-submitted every document they required and each has been approved. Still no check sent. I spend each week for the past 3 months calling and talking with different people that have zero ability to actually help when you call them. This is the most miserable company to deal with. They are somehow able to hold your insurance funds for as long as they want with no recourse. Next step is retaining an attorney.

      I'd like to begin this review with the facts:
      On October 11th, 2023, had a house fire that my insurance company (******** ****) deemed a complete loss.
      October 27th, 2023, I called Loan Care - Amanda/Miranda (customer service) to verify they received the overnighted check. This very nice rep, informed me that the check was received but be because I was not rebuilding my home, the claim check would need to be endorsed by me. She overnighted the check to the hotel for next day delivery, which I received and endorsed.
      Nov 2nd, 2023 - spoke with Precious (customer serv) - claim check received and being process.
      Nov 7th, 2023 - spoke with Yanna (claims loss dept.) - who indicated that I need a mortgage voucher and letter of intent upload to a separate Loan Care claims loss website. Ironically, the various Loan Care Depts do not work collaboratively and the consumer is responsible for ensuring documents uploaded to the various websites and departments.
      Nov 8th, 2023 - spoke with Shauntel (claims loss dept) received mortgage voucher, states 7-14 days to received remaining funds.
      Nov 9th - Claims insurance check from ******** **** clears Loan Care bank account, Loan Care now has access to satisfy my existing home loan.
      Nov 15th - Loan Care mortgage payment debited from my account.
      Nov 16th - I spoke with the customer service, claims loss, and mortgage department for a status update. None of the departments were able to provide a coherent update, other than my account was in a 2nd tier review and should be satisfied by the Nov. 20th. I inquired about the review process, since I'm satisfying the loan and the remaining funds need to be disbursed back to me. I was instructed to call back on the 20th?
      The level of incompetence and indifference, is reflected in the poor customer service, ineffective websites, and unnecessarily convoluted Loan Care processes. Should I miss my closing date at the end of the month, legal escalation will be warranted.
