      Never wanted to be moved from my previous loan company. LoanCare is awful!!! No one knows what they are doing. Was emailed that we would be moved over to them. If that months bill was paid we would not be charged. They charged for that month, we called, complained. They claimed they hadn’t received all our info from previous company. Why the hell would you charge half way into the new month without checking it was paid!!! They repeatedly lie, we did not want to be on auto pay with them. Did not trust them. They charged again for the next month when auto pay should have been removed and that month was already paid last month!!!! They claim they have to send a physical check which is bull because the first time we called they refunded it then took it out again a couple days later. Living paycheck to paycheck and can’t pay our other bills because they keep taking out money that they are NOT supposed to!! They want a billing statement to prove they took it when the account clearly knows saying that the next bill is now not due for another 2 MONTHS!!! They won’t accept a screenshot, it’s 2025. Poor company that is just scamming the hard working consumer. Would be zero stars if there was a choice. It’s awful that the reviews are all the same and this “company” is still messing with the community.

      Communications are poor at best. Have been trying to get reimbursed for repairs due to Hurricane Helene. 4 months so far in battle to get reimbursed. I have lodged 2 complaints internally already.
      Now they are filing an exception to their policy which will take 7-10 more business days. Twice they have i formed me a check is on the way, no check ever arrives and they don't contact me to let me know there is yet another problem.

      customer service is the worst, they took double payment and cant give it back have to mail a check but need bank statement first but they ca post it that they received it and it cleared give a web site to go to that i still have not found hours on phone with multiple people and still nothing just the worst i have ever seen. i never asked to be with them just got sent to them. be very aware of this company and all reviews say about same thing

      zero stars zero customer service how is this buisness still operating they lie & scam people increasing false public tax records & everything increases in their statements escrow taxed tripple they cant give you an anwser & stop taking your calls and or emails they wont summit the correct up to date documents they ask to correct your bill & keep trying to scam you for more more money how is this legal corruption as we see with ***** **** robbing investigations should be done asap

      Don't expect them to process your payment. Expect them to give confirmation that you did, and then charge you late fees for consecutive billing cycles.
      STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

      This company is absolutely horrible. My loan was paid in full through a refinance. Customer service insists they sent out a refund from my escrow on 12-31. As of 1-11-25 I still have not received the check. What is interesting however is that today on 1-11-202 I received a letter regarding the summary of the escrow account for the past year dated 1-2-2025. Why would that letter be received before the check? They insist they cannot control the mail. I have received several checks in the mail from many companies over the years and have NEVER had this sort of time lapse. This is NOT the postal service. This is completely an issue with this company and no one else. I am getting the runaround on this issue and likely will never see the check.

      These people are bottom feeders. Have been fighting them in court in New Jersey as they have been trying to retain ownership of my house via fraudulent means

      Absolutely outrageous on charges and never takes out payments when they are supposed to. No one knows anything when you call, just run and go with another company if you can. Almost every comment on this page, I’ve had the same issues and experience.

      Loan care is the worst, they lie and no one knows how to do their job. They delay delay and delay. We have been trying to work with them for the pass two year's to get this Mortgage straighten out due to doing a forbearance during covid. This company has absolutely no clue what they are doing. My husband is a retired veteran 100% disability due to military medical issue's. He has been working for ***** *********** for 17 year's this year it will be 18 Year's. And this company lied to the VA representative telling them the reason we can't get the VA vsap program cause my husband doesn't have a stable income. When in fact he has two incomes,all they do is lie left and right. At start of the program the loan care representatives ask us, are you able to afford your mortgage and do you have a stable in come do you still live in your home. They harass you left and right by sending out a person to your house taking pictures and to see if you still live in the home. They take pictures of your cars everything. We told them yes, but yet they lied to the VA representative that we didn't have a stable income. All they want to do is take your home and sell it for profits. They don't want to help you at all, they are crooks don't know how they are still in business with the shady practices they do against their customers! It has been a horrible experience with loan care, if I could give them zero star's I would. Than they claim, we are assigning someone to help you, it's all BS cause they don't do crap other than lie!! At this point we are going to retain an attorney, cause this company is shady as hell. I have documented all phone calls by time and date I have all the names and representatives ID number cause you have to protect yourself from shady companies like these. Everything is going to be forwarded to our attorney at this point, we are very frustrated and stressed out with this shady company. It's now going to be in our attorney hands on ******** with these liar's!!

      Absolute worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is a joke, no one knows what they are doing there.
