      T-Mobile treats my data like its a cheap thrill, sending me four defective phones under warranty. They ******* me with the same annoying ad on loop while Im stuck on hold, enduring obnoxiously loud hold music that could wake a coma patient. They force me to request a callback to avoid long wait times, only to slap me back on hold for an hour as soon as they call. They employ clueless staff who can barely address issues. Every visit to their store is a nightmare. Employees act like theyre under the influence, taking two hours to hand over a simple SIM card because theyre too busy chatting like high school cliques. Their network security is as flimsy as tissue paper; my phones been compromised on their system. This company is an absolute disaster, and I cant fathom why anyone would pay $50 per line when you can get superior service elsewhere for half the price.

      I used to absolutely love TMobile. Myself and my family have used them a handful of time over the last 20 years. However, over the last year every single interaction I have had with their customer service has been abysmal. First they stick me with a phone financing plan that I had never agreed to and told me to eat the cost. When they did that, I cancelled part of my service with the intent to eventually fully get rid of my services. It turns out when this was done the service representative did not fully check my account and different account setting got changed. My email & primary contact was changed to another number on the account that I do not have access to. It was discovered in July when I went to add other services that my account was essentially bricked so I could not receive assistance without going to the store because they could not verify my account with their one time passcode despite me knowing all of my other account info including the account passcode. I went into the store to have this fixed and had been told I could receive an account credit for the inconvenience. However, this promise was never honored. The people I had spoken to were extremely rude. I decided to transfer some services to the individual who was using them & cancel the rest of my account no longer working with TMobile. They couldn’t even do that correctly. They transferred 1 of the 2 lines & did not cancel the other service that I had just signed up for. They charged me additional shipping cost & for the less than one day I had the device. They are also charging me the full month for the other 2 transferred lines despite them only being active on my account for about a week of the billing period. I would never recommend TMobile to anyone again. While the prices may be good the customer service is absolutely trash. They don’t care about treating customers right at all & that is a huge difference from how they used to be. It’s because of that that I will never work with them again.

      I have been with t-mobile for 22 years and have had the worst experience ever. I have a Galaxy S22ultra that stopped working since June 29, The screen went completely black. Customer service technician did not know why my phone did that, It is July 3rd and i still do not have a replacement. Customer service keeps giving me the run around for my phone, one agent sent me 52 minutes away from my house because a certain store had a tech guy, well come to find out they don't. There was a charge on my account for $100 because i supposedly added a line, which i did not, and no one bothered to let me know. I have been calling every day to see how they can help me but they are useless. I will be changing to another provider after this

      Will never go back! Have been charged and never even refunded for my internet. Canceled internet after having it less than 10 days after charged. No refund, then they hit me again for another month of service when it was canceled. So out of 100 and they just keep giving me a run around about the account.

      Poor customer service. Spoke to 10 reps and supervisors received 10 different stories. Very accusatory, very rude, defamation of my character, un helpful. Will never recommend them I have been with them 18 years. Will be leaving them in the next couple of weeks.

      Not helpful very poor customer service never got my phones activated and they want to charge you. Took a lot of energy just to get everything straightened out bad business tactics

      Cancelled service before the next billing cycle due to high prices (found the exact same coverage at 1/2 the price) & had a credit balance. Received an invoice stating I had a credit when I contacted T Mobile to have them return the credit amount I was told I would have to go into a T Mobile store to receive the credit. I went to the store and they could not do the credit and called T Mobile to ask them to issue a check. They told the Store Rep and myself the credit was a credit adjustment and can not be returned on a closed account so there was no way to receive the credit (which is unused money due to me for service charged and not received ) The credit amount was minimal but the unethical policy practice that T Mobile is doing to their customers. Not to mention they are very overpriced, long wait and foreign based Customer Service which is an issue with them trying to understand the issue or understand the accent without having to repeat numerous times.

      I am a currently deployed active-duty U.S. Army Soldier stationed in the Middle East. I’ve been unable to access T-Mobile’s network services for over a week, despite being billed approximately $177.00 per month, which includes a $50 international plan that does not function properly in my location.
      I have contacted T-Mobile at least 8 times through chats, surveys, emails, and phone calls. I spoke with a manager, but their assistance was ineffective. I submitted trouble tickets and was told the issue would be resolved in 48 hours. Over a week later, I have received no updates, no resolution, and no explanation.
      Due to this failure in service, I was forced to spend $379.99 out of pocket on a hotspot (“puck”) and SIM card from another provider so I could maintain essential communication with my family and fulfill my work responsibilities while deployed.
      I have also filed two formal congressional complaints through my state representatives due to the severity and unresolved nature of this issue, which affects not only me but other deployed service members as well.
      Desired Resolution:
      1. A refund or credit for the period I was billed without usable service
      2. Reimbursement of $379.99 I spent on alternate equipment/service
      3. Temporary suspension of billing while I’m deployed, or a workable solution
      4. Accountability for the poor support and unresolved service failures

      The worst experience with ANY mobile carrier. Its been 6 days since we signed over to T mobile. I have been on the phone and in the store for over 17hrs combined trying to get my services correct. Every single rep says they can't do anything. Then the supervisors aren't much help either. I've spoken with well over 8 different people and 2 were kind enough to assist. They still don't have my numbers correct. And today the fiber(internet) was supposed to be installed. I've been home along with 2 others in the house and big dogs. These guys came up and rang my ring doorbell 1x and left. On camera. Now t mobile is telling me they're not able to contact the installer to have them come back. They are telling me to take another full day off to be home for them. I want something to compensate myself, my time, the frustration, the lies. I also want some sort of sanction on this company to hold them responsible for treatment of customers like this. As if we don't have our lives and our time isn't valuable.

      1-Line, no phone charges but charging $138 is absolute rip-offs to me financially
