      After ready a plethora of these other negative reviews, I decided to add my own experience. WORST NETWORK EVER. Not only has the customer service steeply declined (much like customer service everywhere), but it is literally the most horrible connection. It will show me full bars at 5G and STILL not load anything. My service drops CONSTANTLY. Dropped calls, no data, missing text messages, just AWFUL all the way around. I have called and done all of the things, requested a 'magic box', reset my phone, airplane mode, everything. We have been sprint customers for over 22 years and have never considered switching providers until they switched to the 'bigger, better network'. Bullsh!t.

      I have been a t-mobile customer for 7 years now, there where times when my service wouldn't work in certain areas in the ******** but for the most part it was super reliable. I moved in to the valley where t-mobile advertises the best coverage area with 5G. Not only do I not have 5G coverage I also have zero coverage in the city where it promotes the best service ever! I have thier internet service at home since I work from home which is garbage! My phone literally didn't have any service for almost the whole day spent hours woth the tech online only to be told that I should use my wife while they see what's wrong with my service!! I told the gal, I have your internet service and it's also not working! There really isn't a day where I actually have a full functioning phone and or good internet connection. I am for sure switching to another phone provider even if it cost more at least I'll know I'll have service when I need it! T-mobile should be fined and or should refund customers for thier false advertising of coverage!

      Cell phone service is the same as ******* but don't do any trade ins. They can never locate the phone. Today is Sept 27, 2022 and they still haven't located it since Aug 9th.

      TMobile is a huge disappointed. They said the mobile hotspot that I paid for personally would work in my service area. When I got home, it did not. I decided to keep the service and see if it worked at my beach house. One bar is all I got! I kept the service for a while and used it at work whenever internet would go out. I decided to cancel service in April 2022. I received a negative balance the next month, then a bill for over $100 in July. I spoke to customer service that said I never cancelled. Account was put on hold. Well, not my fault that your customer service didnt do their job, right! They spoke to supervisor who could clearly see the device had not been used in 3 months. They said the balance was $0. Fast forward to August...received another bill. Spoke to customer service rep who said the supervisor was going to listen to the recording in July and call me back the same day. Fast forward to September....received another bill and then collections. Called customer service again, who kept insisting I had a bill and to pay it. I went ahead and paid b/c I didnt want my exceptional credit score to be lowered due to incompetent, unreasonable people. I will be going on all social outlets to let them know about the poor service.

      I am writing because I was a customer for 13 years, and I fall into the top complaint that most customers have with having service with T-Mobile. I no longer have the patience and no longer felt that T-mobile value me as a customer. I came to the decision after my service being disconnected for *****. A credit was supposed to be processed on my bill and I never received it. I never in my life had any of my services disconnected due to non-payment. I had to pay fees to get my cell back on and I was working from home and was very humiliated and disappointed. This began on 12/29/21 I called in to cancel service, and was told due to me being a customer for 13 years; they valued me being a customer and did not want to lose me as a customer. They had plans that might interest me. I signed up for it, and my bill was never what they quoted. As of Sep 2022 I switched carriers and called them to disconnect service and was told they adjusted account, Really, why was my cell number disconnected in the first place. Its to late now because I switched carriers because they did not honor the plan I signed up for. I will like to return all the cellphones that were free according to them in 12/29/21. Its very disappointing because I didn't expect all the issues after being a customer for 13 years.

      Worst service ever. Lied about my plan, was supposed to be a buy-out plan but not, did a trade-in plan. Have spent three months trying to get it straightened out to no avail. Robbed us of $645. As soon as I can pay off the phones Im leaving and not looking back. Their support people are foreign and hard to understand. My internet goes down at 11 pm nightly. Wish I could *** them, but when I went into my account to print my docs, they had all been changed. What a ripoff. My location is in ***********, **. Beware!

      On September 19, 2022 we went to the T-Mobile Store in **************************** ************************************************** *****) and was assistid by as associate named ************ The phones we needed were not in stock so the store had to order them and have them delivered to us, in the meantime we were told by the T-Mobile ***************************************** Associate) to return our current phones when the new ones arrived. Our new phones were delivered end of the day on September 20 2022 and on September 21, 2022 we went back to the T-Mobile Store in the ************** in ******** to return our old phones only to discover that T-Mobile has already charged me $554.00. T-Mobile had to order our phones because they did not have them in stock and while they were on order they immediately charge me? They were the ones who placed the order, they were the ones who told us to hang on to our phones while the new phones were on order! I received one call from Christian *********************** Associate) on Setember 23rd stating that "we are working on the credit" with no specifics or date of resolution. Please NOTE that the T-Mobile store in the ************** already have our old phones! And so the $554.00 immediate charges should have already been removed, but to this day they are still and already are billing. NOTE: ********* *********************** Associate) from the ************** T-Mobile store is nothing short of RUDE and Unprofessional.

      Ok so first of all I Signed up with T-Mobile August of this year, I was told that I would get $175 for my phone trade in and $463 to pay off my old provider and they have not delivered on either of those promises. I have spoke with their so called experts and supervisor who have all promised me what was supposed to take place will. I have received my second email from them telling me I cannot receive what was promised from the promotion. They had me mail my old phone to their warehouse and they have received it. August 24th. They now are in possibility a stolen phone which theyre supply pay off and did not. My old provider has my family on that plan and they are now in a bind and will have their phones cut off on the 30th of this month please I need someone to get their attention on this. Thank you

      we decided we wanted to leave current cell phone carrier and try t-mobiles magenta plan. Not only did we stand in the business for two hours discussing BUT then in moving forward I was interrogated with their credit check person who I could barely understand her pronunciations of questions being asked - and then after being asked many questions (personal- how much is your house payment/ how much is your car payment etc etc. your daughters birthdate) they declined with no explanation !! now I am back at home and on HOLD with a customer service Manager for ***** minutes - because I want to report this credit inquiry as FRAUDULENT ! Is this the way you run a business! HORRIBLE - HORRIBLE and BTW - I have a 807 credit rating and have for many years ! I will stick with my current carrier - ! I have nothing good to say about how T-Mobile conducts business

      The over the phone customer service is NEVER an enjoyable experience. The hold time for a representative is always high (over a 30-45mins). Once your able to get a representative on the phone, they keep you on the line for an additional hour or so, to get the run around or given misinformation. Im over it and at my **** end with the poor service.
