      These businesses should definitely have the choice of giving ZERO stars! Where do I even begin? I WAS a customer for well over a year. Im no longer a customer because ********************** is a total scam. I disconnect my services and paid my entire last ****. Afterwards. I was told that I still had to pay $700 ok! SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS!!! Because of some "promotion". Apparently they connected me with seven lines. I only had TWO phone lines. Not only that BUT their employees!! I think the specifically hire young adults. These kids are desperate for money. They will sit there and tell you one thing and charge you for things that were never mentioned during the conversation. Do they work on commission? Yes I believe so! And since these kids are desperate for money....they will get you caught ** in these "promotions" that are just scams.They also have THE WORST phone customer service. They don't allow the customer to speak. They talk over you. They pretty much command you to just pay the **** and that's that! Extremely dissatisfied with this company. I urge everyone to stay away from tmobile. Tell a friend to tell all their friends. $700 for something I don't even own. Smh!

      this company is about scamming people, I order service with them on 5-30-22 for Iphone 13, did not like it, returned phone it was received by them on 6-14-22, reorder another phone ******* galaxy s22 paid ***** tax on the phone on 6-09-22 did not arrive until 6-13-22, told them I dont want your service anymore, returned phone same day., but they continue charging my credit card with monthly service of $88.44, called back, they said once you order phone even if not activated yet you will get charge your monthly fee, I told them its illegal. since I dont have any phone with you, they said they created a temporary phone number so they have a file. I told them what can I do so you dont charge me anymore, they said to disable the account because if I cancel they will not refund me any money that I paid. I have a couple of disputes using my credit card services.So I got another **** for $112.86 service fee for this month, they said if I dont pay it, it will go to a collection agency. I called back financial services but they send my to another country, they gave me same promise, to wait 24 hours while they do all the format. Hopefully this time is true and not just making promises, I will never recommend this company, to nobody.

      In May, I saw the promotion for the home internet. The promotion said $30 for a magenta plan. When I saw the promotion, I called the closest store to me to see if the promotion was for any magenta plan. Since I am magenta military. The gentleman who answered the phone, informed me that I would indeed be eligible. I went to the store to at the home internet to my plan, but before everything was finalized. I again asked the gentleman if he was sure that I was eligible. Again he assured me that I was. I see my first ****, I noticed that I wasn't paying the promotion price. I called customer service and spoke with a Bele on ******. He was able to tell me that the promotion was only for magenta **** but since I would told that I was eligible he would talk the promotion department and see if an exception could be made. Said to give him a couple of weeks. Called back after a couple of weeks and spoke with a supervisor *****. She said I could get the $20 credit and that she would make sure I was eligible. Saw my **** for the month of July and noticed that what was again promised, nothing but a lie. Called and spoke with 2 people today a ******* who is the supervisor, told me I am not eligible and would not be. When promised or told something, a person should be given it.

      TMOBILE STOLE ABOUT $2,000 OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT MONTHS AFTER I CANCELLED SERVICE. WHEN I NOTICED THE MONEY MISSING I CALLED AND WAS TOLD I WOULD BE CREDITED. I WAITED A WEKK, NO CREDITS CAME. THEN I WAS TOLD THE FIRST PERSON DID IT WRONG AND EVERYTHING HAS TO BE DONE ALL OVER AGAIN. I WAITED A WEEK, NO CREDIT CAME. THEN I WAS TOLD I HAVE A PAST DUE AMOUNT EVEN THOUGH I DON'T HAVE ANY SERVICE WITH TMOBILE. THEN PROMISED TO BE CREDITED AND THEY WOULD CALL LAST FRIDAY TO CONFIRM I GOT IT. NOTHING CAME, AND THE SUPERVISER IS NOT AVAILABLE TODAY. TMOBILE ALSO WILL NOT ALLOW YOUR ***** TO CALL HEADQUARTERS IN BELLEVIEW, WASHINGTON, AND REROUTES YOUR ***** BACK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. HAVE WASTED HOURS PON THE ***** TO NO AVAIL. THEY ALSO TRY TO USE A SCAM WOTH CASH APP TO START A TMOBILE CASH APP ACCOUNT. BEWARE!!!!

      Since T-Mobile took over Sprint, customer service has been shi%. They lie, scam, and do say anything to get a sale, even without your permission. Always send an email, call, and follow up with a certified letter for any cancelations. Their call centers are out of the country and lie like rats. So disappointed, and really ****** at this company. I was to receive a brand new cell and received a used non-working cell. It was crazy. I can go on and on for each call. For simple requests, the service has been good. Otherwise do not ever trust them. Do your own research.

      I think t-mobile is a company that steals! This company fraudulently take money from peoples account after they have terminate the services within the buyers remorse period. I wouldn't advice anyone to purchase this service. If you do purchase t mobile DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRIST! I would advice you to just pay the extra $5 a month and not do the auto pay. They will use your account fraudulently!

      I was a loyal consumer for at least 10 years and forced to cancel my line due to their lack of customer service. They made it nearly impossible to apply my work discount, not to mention how I was over charged for over a year on a service I was not receiving. The way they handled both scenario's was just awful. Glad to have moved on. I would not recommend.

      T-Mobile won't unlock my phone. I have paid faithfully for months to get my phone unlocked and after repeated assurances that they would permanently unlock my phone, unlock failed once again. I am at the end of my rope. Urgently in need of resolution.

      I have been with T-Mobile for 20 years I pay insurance on my phone's I never upgrade I'm not a techie person I could care less recently my four-year-old phone started to fall apart then I dropped it in the sink the two phones are initially replace my phone with didn't have any storage won't even hold my contact was also too skinny for me with my disabled Hands when they sent me the next one it was the same c*** too skinny didn't have much storage oh yes and they changed *** Chargers so they sent me a phone without a compatible charger so how am I supposed to use this new phone if I can't charge it they change the plug to some funky little plug that my brand new car doesn't even have so what a waste and I don't have a charger to charge the phone and they want me to pay for a new one replacement phone still sitting in my drawer and I'm putting up with my broken phone normally when I have insurance on my phone they replace it with a better phone but not this time I got nothing but the runaround for three days straight promised they'd give me a better phone than I could have physically hold in my hands were supposed to send me an OtterBox for the s**** phone that was too skinny for me to hold but they never did I basically had a woman tell me to go to the store take the phone that I couldn't use and they would exchange it I drove ************************************************************** there was no such thing they told me that to get me off the phone I've never been so mistreated or disgusted with T-Mobile I sat in the parking lot for an hour trying to straighten it out before I left the store hoping to get a phone I could actually use but no I was so upset at that point I cry when I get mad I think if I walk back in they're store I would have punched the snotty kid in the face I will never go to the Rockaway store again I've never dealt with such a snotty little jerk I hope he likes working for T-Mobile because with his attitude he's never going to go anywhere I am thoroughly disgusted I am looking for a new carrier after 20 years of being with T-Mobile I have never been treated so poorly in my life lied to put on hold for hours charge for things I don't have three trips to ***** because I returned things to them and they sent them right back to me I hate T-Mobile I hate to use that word I hate your company and I hope you go under the way you've been treating people and the way your customers services in the stores the kid was not only rude to me I saw him rude to another customer keep up with you rude untrained customer service people you're going to go under it's just a matter of time

      Terrible service and coverage. There has been an outage for over a month and it still hasnt been fixed. They cant even give an answer to why or when it will be fixed. I pretty much have Wi-Fi only. I call in for an update as to when it will be resolved or if any progress has been made and they tell me no progress. No estimated fix time. Just to wait. They are a multi BILLION dollar company and are just taking money from their customers and not even providing a service they claim to be the best in the nation to provide. And then cant fix it for OVER A MONTH. Replace the whole tower then.
