      There billing is so difficult to understand then they had the same phones on 2 different accounts. I was being charged 2 different time a month. When taking care of this 10 hours of time 2 visits to store. The money doesnt add up for me.

      I think T-Mobile service stink. They tell you one thing when you sign up with the. They suppose to have a plan for people's 55 year old. When I signed up I was suppose to get a free phone and my plan was suppose to be $48.00 and change. Every month I am paying a different price for this plan. T-Mobile telling me now that the phone is not free. They doing false advertisements. They doing this to a lot of senior citizen. A lot of people's is being scam by T-Mobile. They are liars, thieves and crooks. Every time I call I get the run around. I was told by a manager that my phone **** would be forty eight dollar and change. I don't want no other senior citizen to go through what I am going through. I hope someone can help me resolve this problem. T-Mobile have the worse service than any other cellphone company. I hate I ever signed up with them. When you talk to customer service they have people's talking to you that don't speak good english. You can't understand their language. I would like for BBB to look into this complaint.

      I have been a customer of ********************** for 6 almost 7 years. In September of 2021 I requested to have a line removed from my account due the phone on the account being stolen. The rep I spoke to asked me if I wanted to suspend the line so, as a customer who has never worked for any phone company said YES. Well, fast forward to January 2022 I noticed my **** was abnormally high so, I questioned it and I was told I was still paying for the line I requested to have removed. So, I again requested the line be taken off my account. Well, February I go into a tmobile store to purchase a new phone and I paid my entire **** to a zero balance. March rolls in and I have a $400 **** for ONE phone and One apple watch IMPOSSIBLE! SO, I call and complain to again find the same phone line was not only being charged to my account but, I had full service on the line that was requested to be removed in September. Fast forward, I continue paying on my account because I really need to keep my phone on as I use it for work as well. Well, now its June and finally a rep somewhat resolves the issue however, claims that T-Mobile's process is that they will only credit up to 3 months unless they can prove the issue was documented beyond that point. I have spoken to at least 4-5 reps who refuse to help. In fact, they've been quite rude about the situation. As of today, I have a balance with T-Mobile and my service has been interrupted due to a T-Mobile issue they refuse to rectify. They wont even allow me to set up a payment arrangement without taking yet, more money from me. I am beyond furious!

      I wish I could give this an o rating. First time I signed up for t-mobile they stole me and my husband's phone. I had to actually go make a police report (smh) to get that issue resolved. Next they want up on my **** and change the plan we originally sign up for which was buy one get one. 3rd we say about the internet deal on the tv about $50 a month. Went to the store asking how do it work and was giving false information. I was told that it was a 30 days trial not 15, but it didn't work good in our house. So before you return the the internet box you have to call to cancel. Than they will send you a email of the return label in your email to send it back from the *** store. So that's what I did. Next billing cycle I received a $279.00 **** which my plan is ******. I was furious! So I call the customer service line and was told that, they never cancel the internet service and ''I was **** a each fee because I purchase the internet device in the middle on my billing cycle. WHAT IS THAT ABOUT!! I was never told this when I signed up for this. I had to explain what happen over and over again for them to fix this ****. So be aware of T-Mobile scams that commercial is a lie. there are hiding fees and surprises.

      Wish I would have looked on here for reviews, before changing to Tmobile. As a few others have stated, their sales reps lie, & customer service is the worst. Wish I never fell for their sales rep stating she could get me cheaper service than I was paying with my prepaid phone. Ive been with them 3 months, my **** has gone up each month. Also I set up an internet account to receive emails for payment confirmation, not wanting my phone connected with my bank info, instead they send a text, trying to get a hold of customer service is a joke, then once you do, they dont follow through with their promises to correct the issue. They send an email to me of what my **** is going to be. Im so ready to go back to my prepaid phone

      I purchased a TMobile phone from ******* and without my permission was set up with a TMobile account. I was just wanting to buy a phone for my son so he could play his games as I have internet at my house he can use. Well after I finally realized I had an account I closed it and then I wanted to let my girlfriend use my phone only to find out that the phone was locked. Well tried calling T-Mobile but so we had to call ******* where we purchase the phone originally so that they can unlock it well ******* doesn't unlock phones. So then I was told to call T-Mobile back which in return T-Mobile told me to call Metro by T-Mobile. Well Metro by T-Mobile doesn't unlock phones so we called Metro like T-Mobile again and since I didn't have remembered pin word or pin number that we gave when we purchased the phone we had to go to Metro store to show our license and have them unlock the phone. Well the T-Mobile Metro whatever store they don't unlock phones either never never never do they ever unlock phone so they wound up giving me a special number to call and he left a note on the account to let them know that we did show ID and you know everything is legit go ahead and unlock the phone well. I'm working on the third day and like I said I was told to go here told to go there they unlock it they unlock it no no they unlock it no no they unlock it the third day and after being told 20 minutes it'll be unlocked now I'm up to 24 hours and it will be unlocked so it's not been a very good pleasant experience ***** due to ******* Chevy account down our throats which we didn't ask for and T-Mobile Metro whatever not unlocking the phone that was paid for it it says $50 phone so buyer beware !!!

      When I tell you this is the worst it is the worst! I have been on hold for 3 hours transferred back and forth to cancel a hotspot I spoke with Tel who she said she needed to transfer me a forth time this is AWFUL! Ive had it 3 days this is awful

      I have had the service for over a year and I have had nothing but problems. The network is not the best network out there as they advertise. I have been paying on a cell phone that hadn't worked since day one. They replace the cell phone multiple times they replaced SIM card multiple times. They informed me that I had to wait for service because they were upgrading the towers while I still had to pay the full price that they advertised for the best 5G network. I was shuffled around from one technician to another told the same thing in a bunch of other excuses for why the service wasn't working. Couldn't get a supervisor on the line to answer my questions. Overall the service is awful when they do have issues with their towers they don't give you compensation you're still expected to pay your full **** even though you didn't receive full service. For over a year I have fought with them and for over a year I have gotten nowhere. I believe they still money from people while advertising a service they do not provide. My phone disconnects from The network Every few minutes. I drop calls can't send text messages... And this is everyday I have this problem. And yet I am still expected to pay my entire **** with half the service.

      Tmobile experts should be titled Tmobile NITWITS because they call and tell you a billing problem and think they are dealing with a consumer dummy on the phone..I just got off the phone with one of their supposed to be experts and realized I must start a collection on social media to buy them new calculators..just amazing and they want to argue with me that I'm wrong..whatever, hopefully no more calls to my phone from one of these dummies who are supposed to be experts..I have a splitting headache from this one today...The CEO of Tmobile has his hands full if these are the people they have working for him..I feel bad for this CEO now..ugh..

      These businesses should definitely have the choice of giving ZERO stars! Where do I even begin? I WAS a customer for well over a year. Im no longer a customer because ********************** is a total scam. I disconnect my services and paid my entire last ****. Afterwards. I was told that I still had to pay $700 ok! SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS!!! Because of some "promotion". Apparently they connected me with seven lines. I only had TWO phone lines. Not only that BUT their employees!! I think the specifically hire young adults. These kids are desperate for money. They will sit there and tell you one thing and charge you for things that were never mentioned during the conversation. Do they work on commission? Yes I believe so! And since these kids are desperate for money....they will get you caught ** in these "promotions" that are just scams.They also have THE WORST phone customer service. They don't allow the customer to speak. They talk over you. They pretty much command you to just pay the **** and that's that! Extremely dissatisfied with this company. I urge everyone to stay away from tmobile. Tell a friend to tell all their friends. $700 for something I don't even own. Smh!
