The company has responded to me many times regarding this issue and still failing to honor their manufacturers warranty when I provided all proof that it is still, in fact under warranty. They came ** with every excuse in the book go get themselves out of replacing my machine. Please notate on their business file and public records that they are a F- rated poorly run business who does not stand by their products.Initial Complaint

The company contacted me through email and finally provided an address to send back the equipment for a full refund. I received a refund about a week later after they received the returned equipment. I consider this matter closed. Thank you. . I provided the info they had requested and again asked them to provide instructions and the address where I am to return the item. They responded on 12/05/2023 advising me they would refer me to one of their specialist and should soon receive an email within 24 hours. They also gave me an option to request an escalation of my ticket with a manager if I was not satisfied with their response. That same day, I escalated the ticket through their online forms to a manager. I told them about my frustration in returning their product and how they were not fulfilling their promise in their policy. I also let them know that if I would not receive a response within the 24 hour time frame, I would put in a complaint with BBB for delaying a refund of their product. It has been past those 24 hours they have set up. I dont understand why they are delaying the process.Initial Complaint

I had high hopes for this doorbell, but after a year, and reaching out to customer service, I have lost hope. The notification feature is great - half the time. It may or may not detect a person delivering a package. It WILL ring, if someone pushes the button, but don't they all????!! Twice a morning the notification goes off - for the porch light turning off (which is on a timer). Reached out to customer service and was told they know about it. Wow. I tried to limit the notification field to as little as possible without missing people (again 50% of the time). After spending over $100, I will have to look elsewhere if I want something other than a simple video doorbell (had to eventually turn off motion notifications when I started getting 5 in a row - of no motion).Update: Realizing there is a 1 year warranty, I reached out to have my unit replaced. Less than 3 weeks left of my 1 year, they gave me the run-around and want me to send video clips, although they sent no instructions on how to do so. Just poor customer service. I went with ******************** due to Anker owning them and having great products, but this has been a great disappointment.Update 2: I sent the video clips as requested. Again, they sent further instructions, which I had already done. I finally replaced the doorbell with the Wyze v2 doorbell. Problem solved! No false notifications. Very disappointed that Eufy did not honor their warranty with a defective doorbell.Initial Complaint

Hi, The business promised me a 25% discount on my next order (Ticket TNR786196220). They did not impose any conditions like time limit etc on the order at this time.I further clarified on Nov 20 via email (same ticket as above) on how to place the order to get the discount. They asked me to place the order and then send them the order id. I placed the order (Order R010301435231S) on 21st Nov for $418.36 and then sent them the details via email. They issued an incorrect refund amount. I responded on 29th asking them to correct their mistake on 29th Nov and have not received resolution.Initial Complaint

This complaint is against Eufy for misleading me in buying their product by providing wrong and incomplete information. I had a chat conversation with Eufy before purchasing and asked the diff. of buying from them directly or from Amazon where the product costs same. They said its same, and they have full 20 day money back guarantee. However Eufy is a fraud company. Not only they refused to refund full money paid when I requested for a return, they told my refund will have shipping charges deducted. This is fraud. Their website says, "Get a full refund when you return your undamaged products within 30 days". Screenshot attached. Now, they are refusing to refund full on my return and will deduct money for shipping. How is this full refund, if they are deducting shipping charges? If there are terms for deducting shipping charges, then it is no way full refund, and Eufy need to mention that "Get a refund minus shipping....".2nd fraud - I purchase 4 camera bundle which are outdoor cameras, and they put only 1 extension cable, and now they are forcing me to buy other 3 from them. This is manipulated sale as when u r selling outdoor cameras, u need to include long wires as all other companies do. They are cheating customers, and forcing them to buy those 3 extension cable as included cables are small. How are they expecting customers to install those cameras without the long power wires?3rd fraud they are doing is that they keep sending me $40 coupon to make a purchase, and then they refuse to honor it. I used 1 coupon which I BOUGHT and eufy refused to apply their own coupon that they keep sending to me. I raised concerns for both the extension cables and the coupon, and they refused to honor. This shows this company is not at all customer freindly and are indulging into fraud.I am filing this complaint to get my FULL refund as per their advertisement. I am reaching out with considerable concern regarding my recent experience with Eufy Anker *** Despite repeated attempts on my part to rectify the situation directly with the said company, my concerns have been continuously ignored or inadequately addressed. Therefore, I am seeking the assistance and expertise of the Better Business Bureau to mediate this unfortunate situation.Their customer service is disaster, they ship slow, and broken the box on my new purchase of Eufy S330 camera, I simply asked to exchange, they required me to go to **** to return which was pretty far away very inconvenient for me to do, I asked if I can return via **** they said I have to pay to return it via **** The support was patronizing and condescnding, and customer care is the last concern they have In the spirit of understanding and hoping to find an amicable solution, I proactively reached out to [Business Name]'s customer service on [dates of contact]. During these interactions, I came across a range of responses. Some representatives were [apologetic but ineffective/unresponsive/condescending], while others [made promises but never followed through]. Each of these interactions further exacerbated my frustration and disappointment.My decision to approach the Better Business Bureau was not taken lightly. It stems from a place of exhaustion and, quite frankly, sheer disbelief at the lackadaisical attitude displayed by Eufy support. While I remain hopeful that this situation can be resolved to mutual satisfaction, I also believe that accountability in business practices is paramount.I am immensely grateful for the BBB's time, understanding, and anticipated support in this matter. On June 14, 2023, I ordered four cameras totaling $695.96 (Order # R010301312712S). On July 11, 2023, I returned all four cameras and SmartTrackLink using ***** (tracking number ************). On July 12, the ***** package was delivered. On July 20, 2023, Eufy issued a refund payment in the amount of $347.98. I contacted ******, customer service representative for **********************, ********************'s parent company, via email ***************** Ticket # ************* who advised the refund is for two cameras and will help with the rest of the amount and I will receive it within 3-5 days. I still have not received a second refund in the amount of $347.98. On July 26, I submitted a dispute with my credit card company. On July 27, 2023, ****** sent me a screenshot of their system including my customer details showing two refunds in the amount of $347.98 were sent on July 20, 2023 at 02:32:20. However, on September 22, my credit card company dispute investigation had an attachment showing only partial credit of $347.98 was issued instead of the full amount ($695.96). Thus, I am requesting a second refund of $347.98 to be issued to receive a full refund as I returned all merchandise within their 30-day money back guarantee period.
