      I received a eufy robot vacuum for a belated Christmas gift 2022. After only 6 months of use, the brush stopped working and had worn the casing out, so it is not something I can order a replacement part for: the whole housing needs replacement.The company advised me of a 12 month warranty when I contacted them. I was then told because I didn't have the original receipt, the warranty would be void. I tried explaining that the purchaser/gifter had paid for the gift with cash, but Eufy/****** still declined to honor their 12 month warranty.So I now have an expensive robot vacuum which is trash but only 6 months old. I'm very disappointed in their customer care.Their assigned reference number for my claim is: Reference Ticket TNE986955374

      Order R010301148928S May 12, 2022 1 year warranty recently expired I spent $635.09 USD on the RoboVac X8 Hybrid (but I've spent much more on other parts for the product since). The robot started dying inches off the charging base, and for a while, I couldn't figure out what was up. I finally figured out that the battery had died, which is strange, because I only use this machine for small jobs, and have been travelling for months out of the past year. When I searched for the battery on the Eufy site, it came up for $30, I bought it. When it arrived, it was the wrong battery. I asked customer service for help finding the right battery, but they said that was out of stock.I contacted support and said I needed a new battery, and they said they don't have one and they don't know when they will, but that I should buy a new one, since I don't have a warranty.I explained that my warranty is irrelevant to whether they can discontinue providing essential parts of their product to their consumers. They replied for weeks that they'd give me a 15% discount on a new robot... they want me to spend hundreds of dollars more on a faulty product. I have since purchased another robot, because I have no indication of when this one will work.They owed me the ability to purchase a new battery weeks ago. Now they owe me a new robot, if that's where they need to find the battery. If they are unable to do that immediately, I'd like a refund, since I can't trust the company to carry the parts.

      On June 14, 2023, I ordered a 2 pack if S230 SoloCam (SoloCam S40) exterior security video cameras, from US.EUFY.COM, order #R010301312906S at a cost of $368.45 which includes tax and I was charged this on my credit card. The website advertises standard shipping 3-7 business days. On June 19th I went onto the website to track my order; it revealed no information just to contact ********************************* I emailed them and asked for the status of my order. A computer-generated email was sent to me with a ticket number for this case #TNR861145716 and that they will respond withing 24 hours. Between June 19th and June 21st, I called customer support and at first, I was told that the S40's were out of stock, I called again, and I was told that they have many of the S40's in stock and the order was sent to *** but they did not have a tracking number. I then asked to speak to anyone in sales **** and I was told they do not have any phone number for them. I called support again and told them to cancel my order and to give me a full refund. The support person told me that they could not do this, and I had to reply to the computer-generated email that had the ticket number and advise them to cancel the order and issue a refund. On June 21st I sent an email explaining all of the above and asked them for a full refund. All I received was an email to take a survey. On June 22nd I went on to a live chat with someone who identified himself as ********. I explained what happened and he stated that he left a message to the colleague in charge of my case and have also escalated my case, and they will respond to your email. Today June 26th and I have heard nothing from them either by phone or email and still no refund. I sent them another email demanding a full refund. I also contacted my bank concerning this matter.

      I purchased two of their security camera flood lights. They were $300.00 each. After two months, they stopped working. I informed Eufy of the problem, and they told me all kinds of "stories" to get the things to work again. They worked fine for two months, but then stopped working. This is a big complaint on the Amazon web site. They kept telling me to try all kinds of different things, but nothing worked. Then, even though the cameras worked fine for two months, they told me that the reason the cameras no longer worked was because of the router that I was using. Which is a total lie because they worked fine for two months with the router I have. Then they informed me that I had no claim because it was past their three month warranty. They kept running around, telling me lie after lie, only to delay the process, to tell me that the cameras were out of warranty. Biggest scam in the book.

      I bought a doorbell camera from Eufy, which is owned by Anker. It does not work so I inquired by email about how to get a refund since the product has a money-back guarantee. They responded a few days later and asked for some information. I supplied this information but they did not tell me how to get a refund. I sent several more emails, and messaged their ******** account, but they have not responded to any messages since I supplied them with the info. they requested. This has been ongoing for several weeks. I want my money back. Thank you.

      Bought 2 of these locks in Jan and bought them on the premise of they will unlock automatically with Bluetooth. Description for product shows they unlock automatically with Bluetooth. They do not was told by a tech support rep today that they do not. I have had issues with my phone, doors where the locks are installed. And with work I have not been able to test them fully. Manuals and directions for this product are lowsy. Tech support did not even know they did not have bluetooth functionality til he asked someone Reason I called in was because Lock in description says battery last a year,it is less than a year and batteries are already giving low battery alert. I put new batteries in and it is still saying batteries are low. I reset lock and resented it and noticed the Bluetooth functionality was not working. I was told by ***** IN tech that there is only 3 month warranty when their listing says 2 yrs. And now being told lock does not have bluetooth compatibility. Company wants to put in on the customer the fact they are deceiving customers in the description and on packaging.I was not able to fully check out features,between hectic work and family life and buying this new house where the locks were installed,dealing with moving and still unpacking and after problems with house. None of this negates the fact that anker and Eufy blatantly lied on description and packaging and state this products unlocks automatically with Bluetooth when it does not

      I purchased an Anker power bank Amazon order number 114-7343719-2790662 that came with cables. Both the power bank and the cables have failed sooner than two years. The power bank won't turn on and I have tried charging it multiple ways with other high quality cables. The Anker support email was unhelpful. They emotionally gaslight you and ignore all the information you provide and then denied my claim based on an 18 month time limit. There is no time limit for claims under the Uniform Commercial Code for implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose nor under ********** law. Refund my money or I will *** you in court in ********** and consider a class action.***************************** Attorney at Law

      After 16 months and only 4 months after the expiration of the products "warranty" the battery system without notice completely failed and will not hold a charge for longer than 1 literal second. When I contacted support they offered a whopping 15% discount on a new battery, which is likely a price where they are still profiting off of me due to their lack of quality. When I contacted them again letting them know they would have to do better than 15%, they proceeded to copy and paste the first article on ****** about the lifespan of a battery lasting ******* charges. Even if this was true, that means I would have to have used the vacuum system nearly every day since we first received it in Feb 2022, which is not the case. We were lucky to use is once or twice per week, meaning the battery itself may have lasted only about 125 cycles, which is nowhere near the estyimated ******* they purported to claim to me.

      The 15 or the 20 dollars off coupon on Efuys own website doesn't work. I also referred ******* on getting cameras, and a home base and didn't get a 40 dollars coupon for that.

      I have several cameras from Eufy While they are getting paid $10.60 each month , it is not possible on their side to see any video 2- or 30 days back .I have called them several times and at this point I am triggering you to help me as a disabled person and elderly to get their job done as this is an unethical get no service, and worse not provide service.Their attitude towards a disabused elderly person is negligent , abusive, and mocking in nature !!!Aske for a ********************* happened Their technical support were not willing to get online with me to trouble shoot their issues which is them !!respectfully ****************** **************************************************************************************** C: ************
