      I received a damaged Eufy robovac from Anker Innovations and have been trying for over one month to receive reimbursement after returning the item. *************************************************** money after receiving the item I shipped back. This was an absurdly disjointed, unprofessional, and arduous customer experience. I dont believe they have a real customer service department. This is a scam company, stay away.

      Their products do not work after a while but eufy refuses to fix it if its outside of its warranty period.

      I ordered a Homebase 3 from Eufy on January 9th. It was supposed to be delivered on the 17th. It wasn't. Instead it was sent from my home state down to *****. The new delivery date was the 23rd. On that date, it made its way back up to my home state. I waited all day, it never came. I waited the next day, it never came. On the 25th I personally go to the courier/shipping facility since it was close to me and I talk to the customer service person, they check the truck and didn't find my product. But they told me to contact the shipper "Eufy" to have them start an investigation because somebody stole it. I contact them as soon as I can. I EMAILED ANKER ON THE 25TH EXPLAINING TO THEM EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED IN DETAIL. I THAN SENT AN EMAIL ASKING THEM TO CANCEL THE ***** BECAUSE I BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE FROM ANOTHER CARRIER. THEY EMAILED ME BACK ON THE 26TH TELLING ME TO WAIT 2 TO 4 DAYS (FOR A PRODUCT THAT I TOLD THEM THE COURIER SAID WAS STOLEN) BECAUSE IT WAS "EXPERIENCING A SHORT DELAY." I EMAILED THEM BACK REITERATING THAT I PERSONALLY WENT TO THE FACILITY AND IT WAS STOLEN. ON THE 27TH I EMAILED THEM AGAIN ASKING THEM TO "PLEASE CANCEL MY *****" SO I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK AND TELLING THEM ONCE AGAIN THAT "SOMEBODY STOLE IT." THEY EMAILED ME BACK SAYING THE **** WAS FORWARDED TO SOMEBODY ELSE, "A COLEAGUE THAT SPECIALIZES IN THE ****** I GET AN EMAIL BACK ON THE 29TH STATING THEY NEEDED 10 BUSINESS BEFORE I CAN GET MY REFUND. SPECIFICALLY THEY STATED I WOULDN'T GET THE REFUND UNTIL FEBRUARY 7TH, THE 29TH DAY AFTER I BOUGHT THE PRODUCT. WE ONLY HAVE 30 DAYS TO FILE FOR A REFUND. AND IF I DON'T SEND AN EMAIL TO THEM BEFORE THEY CLOSE ON THAT 29TH DAY BECAUSE OF THE TIMEZONE DIFFERENCE, I DON'T GET THE REFUND. I EMAILED THEM BACK STATING THAT IT HAS BEEN FAR LONGER THAN 10 DAYS SINCE I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECIEVE THE PRODUCT AND THAT I NEEDED MY MONEY. THEY AGAIN REPLIED BACK THAT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL FEB 7TH. WORST EXPERIENCE.

      Beware - ************ is the biggest scam in the world. I purchased 4 s330 security cameras from them, which were terrible. They did not catch many incidents. I reached out and asked to switch them to the E340 which is a wired camera that can record 24/7 They agreed to switch them out. The customer service rep backtracked and said that they meant to swap only 1 out of the 4 (which was not written anywhere)As I was speaking to their customer service, the cameras cost $170 per camera (well under what I paid) the problem was, that the customer service team responded 1 response via email every 24 hours. By the time we finished our conversations (2 months of emails), they refused to switch the faulty cameras and instead offered a refund as the new cameras are now $230 each, costing me $240 more if I want to replace them. All I can say is stay far away from this zero-customer service company. They're a bunch of crooks.

      I purchased what was supposed to be a refurbished video doorbell from EUFY on the EBAY.CA web page. When I received a defective model, they told me that they could not send me a working doorbell to my home. They would have to send it to *******. I had to pay 30 USD to have it sent to a friend to send to me. Finally got the replacement and that didn't work either. I contacted them again and they put off the answer to my request until after I could request a chargeback on my credit card. I believe that each doorbell that I received WAS NOT refurbished but an Amazon reject that they sent to me and was never verified as working. This company used to give good service and stand behind their warranty. When I complained they passed the buck to **** as responsible for the product and the poor customer service here is reply I received from them:Dear *******************,This is ****, a **************** Manager at ****************. Please accept my apologies as I understand that this may not be the response you would have anticipated. Sometimes, our policies are not as per the customers satisfaction but we are working towards making our policies more customer-friendly. **** is responsible for shipping and after-sales for this order, so please contact **** again to get the warranty. However, we honor you as our customer and hope you will continue to do business with us; therefore we'd like to offer you 10% off for your next purchase from us.For further questions or if we can assist you with other matters please do not hesitate to get back to us.Once again we would like to express our deepest apologies, kindly ask for your understanding and wish you a nice day.**** Eufylife Customer Support ********************'s apologies are hollow, their service is poor and product quality is bleak. Do not buy from this company

      I purchased a Solo L40 outdoor camera 15 months ago, just 3 moths after the warranty expried. The camara quit working without notice. It just went blank. I went through all the troubleshooting procedures. Called the technical support just to hear the same steps over and over. After having no luck making it work. The representative told me to just throw it in the trash. Exactly, trash over $150 in just over a year, because this company's products are not worth even trying. I understand the warranty expired, but they do not offer any solution to a faulty product. This company should not be in business, their products are sub-qulity, and they do not stand by their products at all

      1. I placed on order for a nebula Cosmos 4k Projector (Nebula is a subsidiary division of Anker). After placing the order I realised it would not likely arrive in time for the intended purpose . 2.Within 2 minutes I chose the cancellation option and was advised that the cancellation was not able to be process because the order was already packed at the warehouse and processed for shipping. There is no way even in the best automated system that the order was processed that quickly. 2.I then immediately called your number. It was after hours so it was not answered. 3.I wrote e-mails immediately to your their support e-mail line and received an obviously automated response that I would hear back in 24 hours. I used the escalation option and was again notified by automated e-mail reply that I would hear back in 24 hours.4.I called again the next day and was advised by a rude phone operator that "they you do not process cancellations over the phone so I could write to support."The upshot of this is Anker / Nebula has a cancellation system designed to delay your response so that you cannot cancel before order processing.Their cancellation "system" deliberately delays their response time which favours avoiding cancellation before shipping leading to the consumer having to process a return instead. They are not consumer friendly which is evident throughout my interface with their system and people.AVOID: NOT A SERVICE ORIENT COMPANY.

      The Brand EUFY Well, we decided to buy a Robot Vacuum by EUFY. This has been the biggest nightmare that we have undertaken in years.As with all technology, we tend to let it settle in and get grounded in society before we go off exploring and or buying ANY New Wonder-Product, this vacuum was no exception. At first it ran well and then after just over a month, it kept reading and sending out messages that the side brushes were stuck. It no longer works, and weve been without it for over a month now.We contacted customer support, and they said it would take awhile but they would send 2 motors and a new battery. In the interim we found a Refurbished unit through the EUFY company. We actually paid for the EXACT SAME MODEL, and they sent us one with one less brush. It was not the model we ordered but an OLDER MODEL, a 20G. completely different from what wed ordered. On top of everything else it was USED and filthy! Usually when someone or organization refurbishes something ITS NOT FILTHY!!! In desperation though we decided we did not want to go through the hassles of customer support again and just kept the substandard product.The first one, a G25C was deemed to have 2 defective side brush motors and they opted to send us the 2 motors and a battery. Well today we got 1 motor and the RED wire that went to the end piece that connected the motor to the unit was cut. IT WAS CUT AND UNUSABLE! Its not my job to go behind someone and splice a wire. So, we not only get 1 of 2 promised replacement motors but the 1 that they actually sent is inoperable. We waited over 2 weeks for this and its still not right. Now what? Another 2 to 3 weeks because someone has their heads stuck up their ***** in the shipping and parts department.My suggestion and recommendation to ANY CONSUMER is to STAY AWAY from ANYTHING made by EUFY especially if it is one of their PIECE OF C*** ROBOT VACUUMS.

      The Eufy security camera package that they sell are unreliable at best. When I called for assistance with cameras malfunctioning they requested I send them camera specs and update log from the app, which I did. One full week with no response to my issues or even my email inquiring the status of their research. I searched internet and found many others having the same problems that I am having and their solution to these people was to purchase their latest product. This was after they did a firmware update which has caused all the problems in the first place. Put out a product, update the firmware sometime later which makes the product obsolete, and suggest the cosumer purchase a new product from them. Seems like bait and switch to me. I choose to switch, to a different company.

      We purchased a baby monitor from Eufy, which stopped working after 2 years. They are only willing to provide a 30% discount and will not replace the product that no longer holds a battery charge, although it is a known problem for them.
