      Horrible customer service we bought a camera from Best Buy immediately the camera did not work we took it back to Best Buy Best Buy refuse to change the camera and we find our money meanwhile we call the manufacturer Eufy they just keep on giving us the runaround and nothing gets fixed this company is horrible we are getting ready to file a small claim lawsuit against them this business should close down with so many complaints. If you want a better camera go with ring they have better service

      I bought a doorbell camera from Eufy, which is owned by Anker. It does not work and the functionality is awful so I inquired by email about how to get a refund since the product has a money-back guarantee. They responded a few days later and asked for some information. I supplied this information but they did not tell me how to get a refund. I sent several more emails, and messaged their ******** account, but they have not responded to any messages since I supplied them with the info. they requested. This has been ongoing for several weeks. They are unprofessional, unethical and corrupt. And their product stinks. And they collect user data illegally. ****** this.

      Eufy Floodlight Camera 2K fails to perform as advertised!Eufy say the Floodlight Camera 2K is built to withstand freezing cold ******* but if the temperature falls below -20c (-4f) the camera will activate constantly and fill up your storage with useless recordings. So this product is not much use in most parts of ****** and some colder ** states.Eufy say the Floodlight Camera 2K has powerful built-in AI but it cant distinguish the difference between a real moving object and shadows caused by sunlight - this causes near-constant alerts, which also fills up your storage with useless recordings (even when set to the lowest sensitivity). So not much use if you have trees on your property and its a sunny day with a light wind.I tried submitting a review of my experience on the Eufy website (twice) but neither were published. There are currently 71 reviews for this product and curiously every review is rated 5 stars, my review was less than 5 stars and I suspect dark forces are preventing you from hearing about the experience of real life customers. I asked Eufy why it was that my review was not published and this is what their customer support manager said For the review, you could check if you have set the filter to 5 stars only, change it to all review will be ok, we would not have any operation on that Clear as mud right?In summary then for a premium $300 Floodlight Camera it fails to deliver on the most important features and the customer support provided to date has been underwhelming. I would recommend that you avoid this product/company until they refine the firmware or consider other options.

      Stay far far away from Anker security cameras! Bad firmware releases has disabled solo cam 40's for over a month now. My three operated correctly for a whole two months before faulty firmware releases started coming that leave customers hanging for over a month with defectively working cameras. Forget about the one year warranty as they will scam you into believing a compatible firmware release is soon to come that will fix it.... but that has not been the case in my short six month experience with the Solo Cam 40's. Warranty does you no good for anything when all you get is defective firmware not covered under warranty. I'll never purchase another Anker product of any kind.

      Received eufy vacuum as a gift. Product scathed my hardwood floors in every room. Left visible grooves on the floor as if sandpaper was attached to the bottom of the product. Contacted the company was told I could return the product with no mention of how to address the damage to my floors.

      Stay away from Eufy cameras. Their devices and app are garbage. NO aspect of it works as it should since day one, and since they started advertising their next gen ********** the camera and homebase randomly disconnect from our devices often, leaving us to have to reconnect everything in order to secure our home. They are scam artists who are exploiting those of us who need to protect our homes, as is further evident through recent stories of them storing sensitive data in the cloud after claiming they don't. This company deserves to be sued. I'll be changing to another brand for my home security system. Their customer service is garbage too, which is unsurprising for a chinese company. Complete scum.

      I bought a robot vacuum and they sent me an used one fully filling with tons of dust and animal's hair. how crazy. I was so shocked. I have a severe animal hair allergy and when I open the box I felt cannot breath. I was wondering but shortly realized there are tons of animal's hair. They were almost killing me. Seriously, they lost their mind to send a used one like new one. I think they treat the customers like jerk.

      I purchased 3 of the eufyCam 2 Pro cameras and a wired doorbell cam on various dates in early 2021. I am heavily vested in the Apple ecosystem and use numerous Apple products that integrate well with each other. I was looking for a camera system that is compatible with the Apple HomeKit app, and this clearly states that it is within all of its advertising. It was also promoted on the Apple Store app as a compatible Apple HomeKit device. What they neglect to tell you is that while you absolutely can use their product with the Apple HomeKit app, in order to do so, you are forced to downgrade the resolution from 2K to ****p HD resolution.I have made various calls to Eufy support and even spoken with supervisors about #2 above. I keep being told that Apple is forcing those stipulations, not Eufy. Ive even gone as far as calling Apple and all they can do is document my feedback and pass it along. So essentially, Ive been the monkey in the middle of a battle between Eufy and Apple. While Eufys hands may very well be tied at the expense of Apple, they are in the wrong by not disclosing these stipulations on their product, website, etc., so that the consumer can make an educated decision on whether or not to purchase their product. Instead, I have been told by more than one Eufy supervisor in the past to hang in there and that they are currently working with Apple to get this issue resolved. We are now nearly 2 years later without a resolution in sight, and my cameras are now out of warranty. Other issues include inconsistencies with the motion detection. Sometimes they work and sometimes they do not. The audio coming through the speakers of the cameras and doorbell is beyond horrendous! Ive had better audio quality screaming for a cheeseburger and coke ********************************************************** **** before the attendant was able to make out what I was saying.There's more I wanted to say, however, I am limited on characters on this review.
