Offer up had suspended, removed, and banned my account cue to a false report against me. Stating that I supposedly uploaded a listing of violating terms of tobacco, drugs or alcohol. In which that is a complete lie and no evidence that I have done so violated those terms. It is discouraging and dishonorable that offer up would believe such complete lie, even after viewing my listings and seeing no tobacco, drugs or alcohol. This is not fair it is very unjust. I want offer up contacted and holder accountable to reinstate my account and resolve this unjust issue. As of my citizens rights I demanded this unjust issue to be resolved by offer up.

They are advertising fraud companies on there site that advert your search items at a greatly reduced price. And those fraudulent companies steals your money, which your credit card reimburses you. I asked them did they check there advertising companies for authenticity and they didnt reply. Dont buy anything from that site. They are scammers.OfferUp, Inc.

These people are crooks, they are a scam to the uttermost, I would not ever ever deal with them. They are very crafty and fast at what they do, so do not believe anything they say or send any money in any form to them. They are out to make a buck no matter how nice they seem, or whatever listing you may be using for example, ****** List. I'm not saying they are bad, but my experience happened through them. OFFERUP IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!I would leave ZERO stars but not an option!!!!!OfferUp, Inc.

I have made multiple reports to offer up about people using their app to scam their customers out of money, and they still let these people keep posting and s******* their customers, the letgo app should have never joined offer up, at least they were more reputable until now, this app *****, they just don't care I even filed a report with them about someone buying a big flat screen TV for ****** and they paid me with counterfeit money. So what does offer up do, they deleted all the conversations between me and the scammer ,so I could not even file a police report, if your a low life scammer then this app definitely wants you,because they are the same wsyOfferUp, Inc.

I used this app to sell some shoes. Offerup gives you a limited time to put your item in the mail before cancelling your order. I dropped off my shoes at the post office on the last day, and woke up the next day to an email that my order had been cancelled and not to send the item. Unfortunately, I already sent the item but offerup would not reopen the order and told me that i would have to work it out with the buyer. I messaged the buyer several times over the following weeks and he was adamant he never got them. After weeks of follow up and trying to get help from offerup they finally sent me the tracking which shows that the package was delivered and hand off to a resident of the address. The buyer still claims they never got it and all offerup would do was recommend I file a police report.Offerup facilitated me being stolen from. I don't have my shoes, the money or any kind of tangible help. Offerup is a terrible company with terrible customer support. SELL ELSEWHERE!OfferUp, Inc.

1 star is too high for offer up. I forgot my password and been trying to reset it for over 2 months. I'm constantly messaging them back and forth. Sometimes is an automated response but sometimes it isn't and still nothing is fixed. The reset link doesn't come to my email, but yet I still have customers messaging me which is the upsetting part. Their customer service is non-existence. I guess when you are an app, you can hide. HATE OFFERUPOfferUp, Inc.

I managed a business profile for my boss at a car shop for over a year now and OfferUp has started to ban me from OfferUp after I e-mailed them about my issue with getting views on my recent posts after I added a new number to our business account, apparently because I used multiple accounts. The OfferUp staff should have realized that I deactivated all of the old ones that my boss and I didn't use. Another extremely negative is that OfferUp does not allow you to use an old phone number that you removed from an old account and transfer it onto a new one.OfferUp is run by authoritarians who support censorship and oppose small business owners. The platform has become progressively worse, its staff are blindly following orders, and tons of scammers are still present in the platform. Last but not least, they require you to add a new phone number for every new account you make, but they still ban you even if you as an individual only ever had one account because they track either the device, the *** or the location -- I'm not sure exactly which one. I know for sure they are extremely anti-business.OfferUp, Inc.
