  No stars because the company mislead me (and others, see Trust Pilot) from the beginning of the sales pitch through signing the contract. They promise "pre-qualified, screened" leads "ready to purchase". In reality, they use ************ ads about my listings and when someone clicks on one, they agree to be contacted, and send it to me as a lead. I signed a six month contract for $500 a month. To date (90 days) I have not gotten one qualified lead or response. In many cases the phone numbers forwarded are fake as well as the emails. When I search a database, the large majority of respondents don't own a home and income levels indicate they may not be able to purchase a home. I called after 30 days and explained my experience. The response was it takes up to six months for the lead generation and follow up to work. They send out a ridiculous amount of AI generated texts to the respondents and in many cases, the respondents request the texts and emails be stopped. I get the complaint though! There is NO human interaction as promised except the email I send out after I receive the "lead". No one ever responds to it. It's dishonest to assure results and to be less than truthful. I was very explicit when we discussed the program that I did NOT want a second CRM to maintain. They assured me it was not necessary. In fact you have to if you wish to keep up with the respondents. Someone needs to stop this practice. There are so many negative online reviews. I was foolish to fall for it...a very expensive mistake.

  My experience with Market Leader over the past six months has been extremely disappointing. Despite investing $700 per month, I have not received a single valid lead relevant to my service areas. Instead, the leads provided have consistently come from locations over two hours away, which are completely outside my target market. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue in the first two months, Market Leader failed to make any adjustments.Whats more concerning is their refusal to cancel my membership or issue a refund for the services that were clearly not delivered as promised. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer concerns is deeply troubling and speaks to a fundamental failure in their service model.I would caution any professional considering Market Leader to seriously reconsider. This experience has not only been a financial burden but has also taken valuable time and resources away from focusing on my business. I strongly recommend exploring more reliable and customer-focused alternatives.

  First, I have subscribed to Market Leader for over a year for direct leads and almost another year to continue access to my account with information about previous leads In this entire time I have spent several thousand dollars and have had no contracts or ransactions from any of the Leads.Second, I finally decided to stop spending my money on this useless endeavor. I knew the monthly fee was for a month so presumed that if I gave notice during my last paid month that the subscription and monthly fee would terminate at the end of that month.I requested termination of my account in late July, 2024 and was told that I would have to continue paying for August because that was how they did it. I was told that I would receive notice of termination on 1 August and I must agree, in writing, to the cancellation and that I would be billed for August.I had no idea that this extra month fee would be charged. I suppose that if I had taken the time to read the complicated membership agreement I would have known about this penalty.I strongly explained my distress to the billing representative to no avail. Given the complete failure of Market Leader to assist me with generating any contract or closed business with the large number of "leads" I had paid for is, in my opinion, evidence of their income motivation and lack of any concern for the experience of their customers.

  Market leader is a scam company. they promise over 40 leads a month but what i got was bad leads, wrong names,bad email addresses people just looking and very poor quality leads.

  Do not trust. The person on the phone may quote you your monthly cost, but there will be additional fees. When you ask your account manager to pull up the initial call to verify what was said, you will be told no, like *************************** told me. I was also told market leader will not type in your name in the contract box, but they did. They have no record of the contract being sent to me, but yet they produced a contract with my name typed in the box. I asked if me verbally saying I wanted to move forward was enough, and ***** said no. So, how do they have a contract with my name on it?Very unhappy with the lead generation service. It's cheaper to cold call, because most of the leads I contacted had no clue why I was calling them and hung up. They will tell you it takes time like 3-4 months for some of their leads to come around, but if they are hanging up on me, how likely is that? It just makes no sense to pay $3000 for 180 cold leads for 6 months. Just don't do it.

  I am a realtor that was contacted by this company they claimed they had seller leads that were tripled checked to be valid leads. I asked if they would include phone numbers they said yes. All the leads are bogus! Absolutely garbage leads and the company refuses to let me out a of a 6 month contract. They are charging me 450. For nothing. Every word they say is a lie. Please run don't walk on this one. BBB if you can help me get this contract voided. Please let me know.

  They advertise giving you viable leads but the ones I received were not. I got a few bogus names and when I notified ML if this they said they would refund my money for those leads but they did not. The person who told me theyd be my contact did not respond to any communication after signing me up. I tried to cancel my account and they said I had to wait the whole 6 months but told me that the phone call I made was sufficient to end the contact when the 6 month period was finished. Then I got billed for month #7. I called them and asked why it wasnt cancelled. The guy was very rude and said I didnt fill out a form which I was never instructed to do.

  I canceled my subscription by email on 3/21/24. The company was supposed to send me a form to sign. They did not send it because I did not reply to the message below. Their contract does not require that I give a reason for cancellation. However, because I did not reply they did not process my cancellation or send the form. This is unethical but the manager could not see how. I spoke to someone who said he was a manager. He stated that his name was *****. However, the email showed *************************. Do not use this company.   BEWARE OF MARKET LEADER!! This company is terrible with customer service and delayed canceling my subscription once I requested it. I received updates throughout the time I had the subscription, and it stated numerous times that as long as I gave notice before the 25th of the month for any change to my account/subscription, it would be processed by the first of the following month. I had verbal and emails stating I placed my request to cancel the subscription, but the representative, *************************, delayed getting back to me. I had my attorney review the emails/information and wrote a letter stating this was unethical and misleading and to give me the funds back for the second month after the cancellation. The site would not allow me to delete my credit card either. I was unable to stop another charge of $173.00. Then, after she finally sent the email form for me to sign, she sent another one a week later. I had to call and ask why. According to *** in the billing department, the second one was a mistake. They do not know what they are doing. I am forwarding this to my attorney as well. As you can see---the only reviews are negative ones. BEWARE!!
