    In late September I signed up for a six month contract for lease with this company after a phone call with *****, who seemed down to earth and on the up and up. The majority of leads that came to me were bad numbers, disconnected, wrong numbers, or people outside the areas I arranged to get leads. Im on my second account manager in just three months. I attempted in late November to cancel early with 30 days notice and was rebuffed. They instead switched me to a more expensive product where Im getting fewer leads but (supposedly) they are supposed to be better. Needless to say, they havent been any better. In 3+ months I have a total of one person on a legitimate search, and have done one price analysts for somebody who was only curious about the potential value of his property because his neighbor sold his for a great price, but he has no intention of actually listing. *** also had email bounce backs, non responses, and more wrong numbers. And fewer leads, although thats partially been a blessing as the higher volume of (poor) leads were a waste of my time.In late February, Ill finally be able to officially inform Market Leader that I intend to cancel. Im eagerly awaiting that, because I would honestly get more out of wiping my **** with the $600 I spend on this each month. Stay away from Market Leader. They are hardly an upgrade from a total scam, and their policies and customer service are lacking to say the least. No wonder they dont allow you any outs from their contracts- they know their service is crap!

    Do not work worh this company. They daid I eould get 40 plus leads and only got 4 spam ones and would call them and never could get a hold of no one. My list can go on and on. Stay away!

    All MarketLeader ever had to say about an email issue was we didnt do anything so we cant fix it. My new CRM had me on the right track in a couple days. I was lied to about SMS messaging being a couple months out in Feb 2021! It was still not available as of Nov 2023. MarketLeader ***** and is stuck in the 20th Century. Strongly advise people to look elsewhere.

    I was promised 7 leads/month for 4 zip codes. I got ONE in that zip code in a 5 week period. The others were from a city south of me on the outskirts of town. Of the 7 contacts, 1 home was already listed for sale, and only 2 gave me phone numbers. None of the others were responsive via email.When I contacted Market Leader to close my account, I was told I was locked in to a 6 month contract and that leads weren't required to give phone numbers ("but another program we have offers phone numbers"). And they wanted over $300/month for that? What a joke. Save your money.

    As part of the monthly agreement/contract they would provide 15 real estate leads or more per month and if they did not I would be reimbursed. Basically, the leads were not good waste of money, they said they would change things but never did and the leads they sent people got mad because they never asked for service and told me to stop calling. the last 5 months the leads were less and less until I was receiving NOTHING!!. At first, they would credit me for the first month but when I confirmed I would not be renewing the contract I got NO leads and NO credit. I complained through **************** and they lived and changed the number of leads. STAY AWAY DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!

    ***** , my *********** I keep calling him telling him the phone numbers and names are not legit so he put me on different program where now all i get are RENTALS NOT FOR SALE HOMES !! Wth get hung up on .. so frustrated ! Horrible way to spend 540 a month for 6 months!! HORRIBLE

    This sells rep named ***** keeps calling saying I signed up for information which I have not then when I politely tell him I didnt he starts with the harassment . This has been going on every few weeks for several months. Im not interested in services but if I was I would never do business and spend my hard earned money with a person like that.

    Scam. They are charging me 700+ a month for 80 leads Its been 3 months and and Ive only got **************************************** a 6 month term. Dont Trust Market Leaders !

    I called trying to figure out prices. I was told about how they are number 1, and then shared prices that were above what I saw on line. I was told that this is the basic price. I was told that they have a $99 special this month, but then it would be $539 a month for 12 months. Knowing that I have not had a client yet, so my money was from my other work that supports my family. The sales person begin to be disrespectful about my business and demeaning.

    I work for the most trusted brokerage brand in DFW and I will not let any of my colleague buy this lead system! IT IS THE WORST LEADS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AND I HAVE BEEN IN SALES FOR 12 YEARS!! The customer service is terrible. They promise an account manager but they are never there to help you. None of the leads are workable. They run ads on ******** which is not a real estate lead generation system so trust me this company will rip you off and put you in a contract at that. DO NOT DO IT! TRUST THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS.
