      ******** customer service. Employee committed fraud (added a line that was unauthorized). Would not issue a credit. Waited forever on the phone, and then was sent to the store, going back and forth a few times just to delete the line they added. Then they would not issue a credit for the 4 months they overcharged me because of that line they added. Employee was rude and disrespectful - even though it was his fault.

      Looks like a lot of customers have the same complaint about Metro PCS, they take your money then cut you off. I paid $105.00 the the month of July. Then on July 4th my phone service was stopped. I tried to call the customer service but was denided. I am totally done with this company and if anyone is thinking of using this phone company I would seriously think of getting another provider for phone service.

      I took my samsung a-14 in to be upgraded and found out that my battery was swelling due to the heat. I was told that I was not elidgible for a upgrade. I end up getting a TCL-K11 because I needed a phone for work. The TCL-K11 has been cutting off on the charger and while at work today the phone cut off during a trip. I had to pull over and restart the phone. After getting home, I called the store where I bought the phone from. I was told to call customer and they hung up. i called customer service and was put on a $50 plan paying $40 for auto-pay. I was told by customer service that I can receive a warranty upgrade and to go to the store and have the store call customer service. The ladies called customer service and I was told that I would receive a phone in 3 -4 days. I was going back and forth to the store and home that I called customer service and was told by the ladies in the store that if I got a a-16 I would have to pay full price or buy a phone that supports my apps. I was told by customer service to call tomorrow morning between 10a and 12 noon to receive a samsung a-16. The ladies in this store were very rude and I did not appreciate it. I cried because I was angry and I left. I have never went through that with this particular store and to experience this was very unexceptable.

      My husband and I were enticed into coming on board to T-mobile with a $120/month couple's plan.
      However, only the first bill was correct. Every subsequent bill quoted a higher amount than agreed upon. My husband would call in every month to get it fixed, and every month your employees would create more and more mistakes.
      After his final failed attempt, I visited the store in Westwood, Los Angeles, California, from which we initially got our plans and phones. The clerk over there told us, the agent who booked our plan used fraudulent means to bundle up offers to entice us, and the "system corrected it" and now there's nothing they can do. We haven't even been able to use our autopay discount due to all these billing errors.
      When asked for a manager, we were informed the store manager simply doesn't come in, and might show up tomorrow for a few hours, during which we would just have to wait for him. And he would probably not be able to do anything either.

      Just terrible I paid my phone bill June 3, 2025, only for my services to be disconnected today 6 29 2025. My services were switched to TMOBILE without being told. I don't appreciate having my credit messed up behind false information. I need to be compensated for funds put out.

      The customer service is terrible.
      Some of the customer services representatives are misinformed and give you inaccurate information.
      They also give you the run around when you try and cancel your service or a second line.
      Beware, they will do, and tell you anything just to get a sell.
      I literally tried to cancel a second line in less than 5 hours of me adding it and they have transferred me to different depts and then they lie and say im transferring you to a supervisor and the supervisor never picks up.
      They don't want to cancel my line or refund my money even though I refused the delivery of a free phone.

      I have been a long time customer of ********************** for over 10 years I have three phone lines on a family plan. I get coupons all the time from Metro saying that I can get a free phone and I have an upgrade and every time I go in there I'm told no I don't All they want me to do is cancel my family plan what's up with that they don't have anything for their long-term customers if you're not new you can't get anything talk about not caring about your loyalty anybody else have this problem

      The guy at Metro PCS in *********************** sold me a cricket phone for $225, didn't even give me a receipt, no box, no charger. The phone takes 12 hours on the charger just to get to 50% charged.they won't take the phone back even tho it's only been a week. Now there's nothing I can about it. The phone is the worst phone I've ever had. I called 611 (customer service) and they said it's a Chinese phone.

      Phone agents for this company sign you up for packages and products that you specifically request not to have. Even when told what you do want is to purchase a phone only no new additional phone numbers additional lines and definitely additional charges I'm only 3 months shy of being a 20-year customer with ************************* but I've had enough I've had issues with this provider for the last 2 to 3 years undisabled on disability do not own a vehicle or drive and they just seem to think they can take advantage I am doing my research for a new provider be careful my friends they are sneaky and don't listen to what the customer asks
