      Sono Bello RIPPED ME OFF! My initial consultation was in 2021 they correctly identified my condition at that time as primarily visceral fat, which the team indicated could not be effectively treated with liposuction. However, upon my return in November 2023, following significant weight loss, I was assured by the sales representative that I was now qualified for the procedure, promising a transformative outcome. Well It did notI had the liposuction surgery, and my body looks the exact same as I did 7 months ago. It was completely misleading and promised a great outcome after paying a whopping $9,443.50. Despite following all post-operative instructions, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, I have observed no noticeable improvement in my appearance. This contradicts the assurances provided by the staff that the procedure would significantly alter my appearance. I visited the office and met with the doctor and office manager to express my dissatisfaction. Later, I received a call from the office manager and was asked if I would consider a second opinion by another doctor (located in another state) which I agreed to. I received a call from the other doctors office and was told that after reviewing my file and pictures they confirmed there was nothing further he could do to help me. The office manager called me back to inform me that they decided to offer me a $2,000 refund. however, to get this refund, I would have to sign a non-disclosure agreement and keep this to myself. I was misdiagnosed and misled, which has caused considerable distress and financial strain. I am requesting a full refund of $9,443.50 for a procedure that has no positive outcome at all. Your own staff indicated that I was misdiagnosed. I looked to you as the professionals, to make the correct diagnosis. I am so appalled that you think its okay to provide a service and when the outcome is not favorable to your customers you want to take their money and abandon them.

      I saw the ad online for sono bello, claiming to be a miracle wonder for reshaping women and using lasers to be a desirable alternative to mommy makeovers and surgeries. Also the ad said that you can get a same day treatment and free consultation. (Spring of 2024), *****, Ga Location) I am a mother, with a little belly fat n to get rid of. I was interested, so I called and they set up an appointment. I drove a whole hour, I even explained to them the office was an hour away form my house. I went in filled out all this paperwork. I am in great health, besides needing a little nip and tuck from pregnancies and breast feeding. Honestly I am 125 lbs. I am not obese or anything or have any other health issues. Anyway, I was very excited about getting a same day treatment, as posted in the ad and very excited about starting my sono bello treatment plan, then I was called in a private room with a lady who told me to stand up in front of a mirror and show my stomache. then she said "yeah, sorry we can't help you here, for what you need we can't treat you. you need to go to a plastic surgery down the street!" I was like what? I was very surprised and shocked she would say this and I had to drive a whole hour back home with no help form sono bello. What a rip off and a waste of time. Aren't they supposed to be a surgery alternative? unbelievable. I want my free t same day treatment as listed in the ad and I want to set up continued treatment with sono bello! Just not with that lady. Shes no help. False advertising!

      on 5-15-24 i had a 10 minute consulation with ****** at sono bello **** which was supposed to be no obligation. i was told my full result would be in a couple weeks.. i told ****** multiple times i need more time than 10 minutes to decide, that i dont understand it, and that i would get back to her tomorrow. i called my family for advise during visit & told her theyre not answering & i really need to discuss with them before any decision. she refused & told me in order to get a date held this year at all i would need to schedule it right away just to get a date set in case i decide to go through with it, & can change or cancel later.she said it was no obligation and i would be refunded if i dont have the *** op appt with the surgeon and took a $2,495 credit card deposit for a 5-29-24 operation.the next day i did research on my procedure and it turns out the recovery time she told me is not correct. I also did research on sono bello and saw bad reviews and horror stories online. i spoke to the office and told them to cancel & was told the balance is due today 5-16 like discussed if i decided to proceed even though. the truth is full balances arent due until day before surgery. the office charged my card another $6,505! they said its too late to cancel. I spoke again with ****** about refund on May 20 she agreed that she will refund me $6,505 as i havent had a *** op appt with surgeon but that her manager would have to refund the $2,495 deposit and call me about it.She then tried to talk to me into how badly i wanted the proceure asap. she told me she has a 5-23-24 surgery day and 5-21-24 doctor *** op appt available and to think about it that she has that ready for me but isnt finalized. when she text me to confirm i said no and cancel everything!im not paying $9,000 for a rushed dishonest 10 minute consult and i never got all the paperwork.i was told by front desk manager would call me for refund, there is no response to my texts & calls for refund.

      I attended a "free" consultation. I was made to feel like paying the ******* deposit and scheduling the labs, pre-op appointment, and surgery were incredibly time sensitive in order to secure appointments and lock in promo pricing. Very soon after the consultation and reading reviews of former patient, I decided I no longer wished to go through with the surgery. I am seeing the refund of my deposit as I did not meet with any medical staff nor hold any appointments from other patients. I also do not with to have the deposit credited toward any products or services they may offer.

      Paid for 8 Venus ****** treatments. Told treatment needed weekly x8 weeks. Paid for tx with first appt same day. When I arrived, 20 minutes prior to scheduled time, received call that need to reschedule for 2 hours later, explained I could not reschedule, receptionist on phone repeated need to reschedule. I then requested office manager. I was transferred and then told they would give me appt at scheduled time. Completed 1st tx and then told that there was not any available appointments for the next 3 weeks. I was, however, told that I needed to come weekly to see results. I only selected procedure due to timeline of results and procedure. Now they are saying I need to wait and start over in 3-4 weeks when appt is available. I was also told mild redness and swelling after to, but left with severe ecchymosis after 1st tx. I should be reimbursed due to inability to schedule per their recommendation as they had me pay, without having appointments to be able to schedule me for weekly treatments. Photo of post 1st procedure bruising. This is very concerning as well, but not as upsetting as the poor business with payment, but inability to schedule as instructed.

      My mother and I both had a surgery done and the results are awful. After MULTIPLE attempts to connect with our doctor or the manager, we finally got ahold of her. They continued to say they would call us back and we had to follow up each time. Finally, when we got ahold of her (because we called corporate) we worked with the manager of the location and she offered us our money back or to go back under. We met with a new doctor (she said hes called the fixer bc of issues like this- which shows this place has lots of issues). He was so rude, dismissive of our concerns of our prior surgery, and in no way would we feel safe going back under with him as our doctor. The nurse also said doctors here do not like patients from *********** where we are from- which is VERY concerning. We have called the center 3 times to get our money back- which was promised and no one has called us back. Weve tried to get ahold of someone higher up to help but get sent back to the manager of the ************ location with no help. We have so many instances where we are concerned that this is unsafe and a fraud but taking so much money from People. Theres just not enough room to type it all. Wed just like our money back so we can move past this horrible experience.

      I was lied to about the services provided I now look worse than I did before surgery. They are running a very scary business it made me feel like I was in a third world country. They couldnt even place an Iv on me and the pain was excruciating. I felt everything and I was lied to about that as well. Ever since the procedure I have been suffering from depression and severe anxiety and have had to go to the er due to the anxiety. Its caused severe trauma since I feel like I was butchered and I feel like they should be shut down. They are doing this to many people I have seen their reviews and people are very upset after going there. I feel like they need to be checked out for safety as there has been a death linked to one of their locations. I would like a refund so I could go to an actual place that is reputable and knows what they are doing. I tempered the doctor saying its hard to numb the area sound the belly button but that was while I was already under the procedure.

Despite the skilled work of our surgeon and a successful procedure that provides a cosmetic improvement, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and dissatisfaction can still occur. Should you find your results to be unsatisfactory, your surgeon would like the opportunity to evaluate your results. If your surgeon's evaluation determines there is an opportunity for improvement without compromising your surgical results, we will gladly offer you an additional procedure with only the cost of the surgical facility fee of $2,495." We contact ****************** after receiving her complaint and discussed her concerns. She stated she did not feel like her surgeon was a good fit for her so she will be meeting with a different surgeon to address her concerns and evaluate her results. ****************** was scheduled for next month, and we look forward to seeing her.       I paid Sonobello for a procedure I canceled within days of making the appointment on March 20. On March 25, I canceled the procedure with the office of W. ***********, **. I did not receive a credit to my Amex credit card. I called again on April 23, and they said they would take care of it. Then, I called again on May 1st, and I was advised that I needed to contact the corporate headquarters, which I did on 5/6 and left a message; there was no callback, and then I called again on May 7 and I was advised that they would credit me right away. I called again on May 15 and was told they would let the manager know, and I should receive a call. No callback; I called again on May 20, and they left another message to have someone call me back. Here it is almost three months with no credit to my Amex, which I getting charged interest.

      I dont know what has happened to the ******* location, but this visit was a mess . I had the 360 tri sculpt with lipo, hips, waist abdomen. My primary care doctor was concerned with my procedure. I requested a second opinion from Sono Bello. The Dr. I saw at Sono was NOT who I scheduled to see. There are issues with my results, its evident. The Dr. I did told me to go see a plastic surgeon, but I had a tuck!!?? I close my eyes when I listen to some people because Im dyslexic. The Dr. was so insensitive asked me if i was listening to her. The disrespect was almost discriminatory. It is clear that my stomach and waist needs other correction. It appears, they dont know what to do. The office was unorganized and I sat in the room unaware that I had to wait for a procedure to be done before I saw a random Dr.. I live 2 - hours away. Why did you schedule me at 7 :15? Why did I not see whom I was scheduled to see? My Dr. left for retirement. It is clear he took all the integrity with him. I was told I would see the Dr most familiar with my previous doctors work, they worked together for years. I have the texts to prove this. I was told ** wait about ***************************************** Nope. When I reminded them I was there. A gal in back spoke to me like Im an idiot. ( this was not my nurse) I asked if they forgot about me, I was then was I told a procedure had to be completed before I was seen. The scheduling was awful and the office was full of anxiety. My 13 year old was with me and even she could not beleive how rude this girl was to us. Yes - in front of my child. I was already pushed back an appointment date after my 6 month when my original Dr. left. Almost a year now - and no ETA on resolve. I cannot imagine this situation will get better . I dont trust the current situation at all. Front desk acted like questions annoyed them. Didnt appear they like what they do. The demeanor of most of the staff was uncomfortable.

This does not mean our surgeon is not confident in her work, it just means she did not want to over promise and under deliver. We understand if ****************** was not happy with this, and for this reason our Practice Manager has been in contact with her to set up a second opinion at another location. ****************** has been informed that our ******** location will be happy to have her at their location.       I am finally in contact with the Raleigh manager and no longer have to deal with the clerical  staff there. I am currently waiting for the *************** to reach out.  It is not so much resolved as it is in limbo. 

      As Sono Bello stated worse results and not better. Which falls in line with what my initial complaint stated , they are not sure how to fix it. This is not a matter of beauty. It is a realistic  matter of balance and  some un proportioned  sections of the procedure area . The   Raleigh manager  is diligently making an effort to resolve this. And I appreciate that, now we are communicating. 

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution temporarily satisfactory to me.

      I had a consultation early May and decided to have lipo the business manager was very pushy and kept saying we have specials if you book now at first I was a little skeptical if this place was legit because she kept taking money off if i scheduled at the moment. I had booked my lipo and just last week found out that I have ovarian cyst and might need surgery due to increase in size. I talked to office manager and she stated that she could not refund the $2000 I had already paid and that I would incur more charges for canceling procedure. I dont see how someone can be charged for services that were never done.
