      On September 12, 2022, my mom and I went in for our free consultation. We met with ********* one of the Sales ********** explained to us the procedure and how simple and easy it would be. I asked if I had the procedure on a Friday would I be back at work by the following Monday. She assured me yes I would be back. She also gave me a deal, if I signed same day she would remove the surgical fee. I also saw a $900 fee for garments; she assured me these were top of the line and needed for each phase. She also mentioned a guarantee, meaning if there was any fat still left after 6 months, they would perform another procedure at no cost. I proceeded with the deposit and scheduling of pre-op and operation.On September 23, 2022 was my day for pre-op. Upon arriving, I was given a stack of papers to sign off on, which I read thoroughly. I meet with the nurse and doctor where he begins his assessment. The doctor is now stating I had said I wanted my hips. I confirmed no that I did not and wanted it taken off the quote/bill. *** then began to try and convince me to do my hips and informing me I would like weird if I didnt. I began to tell here that I feel like a look like a square and wanted the procedure to help give me shape. She then proceeded tell me that I might have the wrong idea about the reality of the procedure. I begin to get nervous and tell ***, now you are giving second thoughts on the whole thing. On Tuesday, September 27th, I call *** and inform her that I want to postpone the procedure until Jan ******************************************* case I need extra time. She then says that if I plan to cancel/postpone within 5 days there is a fee of 50% of the entire bill PLUS the bill. I begin to get upset and tell her that is ridiculous as she NEVER explained that to me even after I said I was second guessing the whole thing. I felt bullied and trapped that I had to get this done or I would lose my whole investment. Full report attached

      I went Sono Bello six months ago, on April 8 2022, to discuss laser liposuction in my belly area. The sales lady who I had my consultation with looked like a Barbie ***** She told me that she also had this procedure done and she loved her results. The day of my surgery on May 18, 2022, I was greeted by the doctor who would do my surgery. I was very nervous as I was going to be awake during the whole procedure. The doctor informed me that would be very little discomfort. That was a lie. It has been over six months after my procedure and my results are non-existent and unnoticeable. The nurse informed me, after taking my pictures, that she did not see a difference from before and after the surgery. She told me that they do have a guarantee and that the doctor could do the procedure over again. I am terrified to go through this pain again for the same no results. They sold me on a procedure that they guaranteed me would lose inches off my body. It did not take off any inches at all anywhere. At every appointment I expressed my concerns that I know my body and there are no results and that I am healed. They sold me on a procedure that did not work and I did not see any results and one that was extremely painful. I filled a complaint with them a few days after the surgery. I did not receive what I paid for and what I was promised and for this reason I want my money back of $6,744.94.

      I am rejecting this response because I did not receive waht I was promised or what I purchased. There was no fat taken out of my body. The fluids that were put into my body was what was sucked out.

      I had a free consultation, and scheduled a surgery within 12 days due to an opening they were trying to fill. I was told at my consult that my use of marijuana was fine due to my extremes anxiety and depression. At my pre-op I was told it would be best to quit. The night before my surgery I started having extreme anxiety, throwing up, and couldnt manage my depression. My cannabis use is solely for medical purposes. I did not pay a deposit since I was filling a spot for them, as a courtesy. I was told for any reason, I could be refunded. I am waiting for a full refund currently. The terms of the contract were not aligned with my actual commitment. I financed ****, and **** cash and are currently waiting for both to be reversed.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Sonobello claimed they refunded me for a cancelled surgery, but I still have over $2000 unrefunded to me. Sonobello did refund my financing service, however, I have not been refunded to my debit card. I have reached out, and spoken with Sonobello multiple times. Sonobello said they refunded me my entire procedure, but I am still actively waiting for my $2000 refund. There was no deposit taken, and I was told that I would be refunded the full amount.

      I SCHEDULED "THREE PROCEDURES" AND THEY CHARGED ME OVER $9K FOR THE THREE. ON DATE OF PROCEDURE THE DOCTOR STATED THAT WE HOLD OFF ON THE UPPER ABDOMEN PROCEDURE AS IT WOULD BE MORE BENEFICIAL FOR RESULTS IF I DID THEIR TUMMYTUCK AND HE STATED IT WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL $6K ON TOP OF THE $9K. I WAS A BIT DISSAPOINTED BUT, I TRUSTED HIS JUDGEMENT AND EXPERTISE AND HE TOLD ME THE ***** DESK WOULD KEEP NOTES OF IT AND WHEN I WOULD BE READY TO DO THAT WE COULD PROCEED. IT HAS NOW BEEN CLOSE TO THREE MONTHS AND I RECIEVED NEWS WITH A HEALTH CONCERN IN WHICH I CAN NOT HAVE THIS PROCEDURE THAT IS PAID FOR AND I DIDNT HAVE DONE ,COMPLETED. I CALLED THE OFFICE 6-7 TIMES AND RECIEVED ONE CALL AFTER SENDING TEXT AND A FEW CALLS BACK AND FORTH REPEATING MYSELF TO MULTIPLE PEOPLE. I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO CONNECT WITH THE FINANCIAL PERSON THAT SETUP MY PAYMENTS AND SHE TOLD ME SHE SPOKE TO REGIONAL AND THAT IF I BROKE MY PACKAGE I WOULD END UP OWING THE COMPANY OVER $200 WHICH MEANS I WOULD THEN BE PAYING CLOSE TO $10K FOR TWO PROCEDURES?! SEEMS LIKE A SCAM. I HONESTLY JUST WANTED THEM TO REFUND THE $2995 TO MY CARE CREDIT AND I HAVE REFFERED PEOPLE TO SONOBELLO PRIOR TO THIS SITUATUATION AND I AM COMPLETLEY REGRETING THAT. i HAVE SPOKEN WITH CARE CREDIT AND THEY ASSURED ME THEY DO TAKE REFUNDS THE COMPANY HAS TO PROCESS IT. NOT SURE WHY THIS IS THE AVENUE TAKEN ESPECIALLY WITH THE CIRCUMSTANCE I AM IN HEALTHWISE.       I had my liposuction procedure Mid August 2022. I had a fantastic dr who called me when I was worried after the first week I was still leaking profusely from my wounds I am greatful he took the time to see me the first week and prescribe anti biotics. . I have added the ***** treatments to my regimen in the interim to according to soon reduced even more fat of supposedly getting to see the dr again about much lingering jiggly fat in my abdomen area that was missed . I have lost weight since my surgery , wore my compression garment as required exactly , and was informed when I showed the ladies my results now 3 months later that clearly the removable fat wasnt all removed and have asked multiple times to see the dr. *** told that I cant until 6 months ..but at that time would make my guaranteed results null and void. When I said well maybe I can get another area done for more $$$ .. can go in and fix the tummy issue they said sure immediately and we can do a consult for that. But after multiple attempts to see what the dr to fix the issue at your expense as outlined in the contact.. I cant seem to even get. All I am looking for are the results that were promised me and are laid out in the contract if they were not met. Shouldnt have to be a battle. Note the staff is super friendly but all seem to only want to assist when more $ is spent. Sad. I had high hopes sono bello.

      I had lipo on my back and waist with **************** in April of 2022. The consultation was quick and easy and I was told I wouldnt feel anything past some heat on the surgical site. Not true. Day of surgery there was another doctor in the room that I wasnt told would be there. Not sure if he was watching or practicing on me but they brought him in right before my surgery. Aside from not being told hed be there, it was nice he was there because he was actually very kind. *************** however needs to work on his bedside manner. I was told he had a dry sense of humor which I dont mind but during my surgery I could feel the actual procedure as I was not given the allotted ******************************************************************************* I tried to breathe through the pain but I lost control of my body and started crying and shaking. The nurse was wiping away my tears giving me words of encouragement and the other doctor was asking me if maybe I was cold but *************** just sounded annoyed telling me to stop shaking and close my eyes before I got liquid inside of them. I would tell them that I could feel where the cannula was sucking into my skin and he would just tell me to be quiet. After surgery he joked that he didnt understand all my whining and crying if I had tattoos. I ignored his remarks. After surgery my back and waist were uneven. It took 3 post-op appointments to receive approval for a revision AFTER *************** said my hips were just even (which the nurse disagreed with after he left the room) and that my back was uneven due to loose skin. Ive gone to other professionals for second opinions and everyone outside of Sono Bello agrees its uneven fat distribution. I was willing to forget everything and just get my revision and move on but its been over 3 weeks and booking my revision has been like pulling teeth. I keep getting told someone will call me back but Ive yet to get anything confirmed. Overall, my results are NOT worth the $7K I paid.

      Date: 10.12.2022 Amount: ****** dollars Product: Liposuction The most horrible experience I have ever had in my life with a business. First time ever getting this procedure done. Showed up at ****am (as directed). No one came to greet us until a lady rang the bell up front around 7.24am.Was told the doctor would be in at 8am to get ready for procedure. Doctor showed up at ****am with bloodshot eyes and you could tell she just woke up. The doctor and the nurse has several other people in and out of the room before my surgery began as I lay their with my face covered with a drape and could barely breathe. They were talking about partying and going out and hitting people with golf clubs The doctor was unprofessional talking about wanting all male patients, because one patient who was coming in for a procedure has a big "trouser snake" Doctor was extremely rude and left the operating table after the procedure was over and never even spoke to me after wards or gave me next steps. Ignored me in the hallway as I was leaving the facility. Nurse left IV in my arm as I was waiting by the elevator to go home. The nurse ran and grabbed gauze and tape and pull the IV out of my arm by the elevator and wheeled me downstairs and sent me home Please DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. As a person of color I definitely felt like I was discriminated against and I have never felt this way before in my life. I would never go here again nor would I ever recommend anyone ever go to this business. LOOK AT THE COMPLAINTS **** stars out of 5. THAT SAYS ****!STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

      I went to Sono Bello in ******* **. August for a consultation. My surgery was scheduled for 9/7/2022. I went in 9/6/2022 for pre op and my blood pressure was extremely high. I told them that I had been diagnosed with high blood after my pregnancy but thought it was just preeclampsia. They prescribed me some blood pressure medicine to take the night before and that morning. I went in for surgery and it was still high and they gave me some more medicine to take to lower it. 20 minutes after the medicine was taken my blood pressure was still over 150/80. I texted my husband that I probably wont be having the surgery and they gave me a couple more pills to relax me. I was knocked out and the procedure was preformed. It was extremely hard for my husband to wake me up and he called the doctor on the release paperwork twice that night and no one answered. I have spoken with several doctors that have stated that I should have been seen by a primary doctor been on blood pressure for at least 3 months before the surgery was preformed. Because the medicine used during the procedure will elevate blood pressure. No one called to check on me for 3 day until they had a question about my care credit. I was still in so much pain after a week and I called the after hours number 4 times and texted no one answered. I called during business hours and voiced my concerns with the nurse that no one is answering the number provided. She was very nice and told me to come in for a visit. I hate my results and the fact my life was put in jeopardy over money and greed. Sono Bello doctors do not care about their patients.

      I would formally like to file a complaint against Sonobello in ***********, **. I went to Sonobello for a consultation appointment on 5/2/22, to discuss liposuction services/procedure. My appointment was with the consultation specialist named ***************************. There was a persistent push to reserve my appointment space and put a deposit down immediately at that time because this would ensure the best pricing deal and there was a discounted percentage option that was available for a limited time. I was pressured into believing that if I didnt take advantage of the discount at that exact time by placing a down payment then I would later have to pay a lot more. I was not verbally told that there was a no refund policy in place. I would have not risked my finances like that if that information was disclosed verbally during our conversation. I was distracted by the focus of the conversation being on taking advantage of the discounted price. I put the down payment down to reserve my surgery appointment for 9/14/22 with a pre-op appointment consultation scheduled for 9/1/22. In between that time prior to my surgery consultation, I was diagnosed by my OB/GYN with high blood pressure, prescribed medication and referred back to my PCP. This was frightening for me because as a Black woman this diagnosis puts me at risk for so much. On 9/1/22 (hours before my appointment), I called Sonobello to inform them that I would like to reschedule my appointment or cancel, because of my diagnosis. I explained that I had an appointment with my PCP and wanted to be cleared first. After my explanation, I was transferred to ***************************. I explained to ********* again that I wanted to either reschedule my appointment and told her the reason why or cancel. ********* ask me what medicine was I prescribed. She asked me what date was I diagnosed. She stated that I should be good after 4 weeks of taking the blood pressure medicine and that I can come in and see their (Sonobel

      I paid in full for surgery for SonoBello on 10/11 and was told by their doctor after my consultation that my desired results could not be achieved, which was in direct contrast to what the consultant told me when I booked the appointment and paid for. I then asked for a refund, and they have refused to call me back and are no longer taking my calls to speak to them about my refund. I am frustrated because I was told at my appointment that I would receive a call back to cancel and refund, and that has not happened. They have stolen $6978.87 from me that I immediately want returned.
