      My mother and I decided to have surgery with Sonobello. My mother did her Abex surgery on Thursday in October and I was supposed to have mu surgery on Friday. Exactly on my surgery Day my mother passed out and we called Ambulance. At ER they did blood work on her and her hemoglobin was8.5 which is under normal range. After her surgery Doctor told us that she had lots of bleeding, besides they gave her combination of ***** and Percocet without considering her blood pressure. All of these situations made my mother ends up at ER next day. I afraid to do the surgery with them as they are not careful about the amount of Drugs they are giving and also they do not care how much bleeding you may have in surgery. Since I cancelled my surgery due to their wrong practice they kept my ******* surgical Fee. I need to discuss this issue with the lawyer . I did not cancel my surgery just because I changed my mind. I cancelled it as I see how they treat with my mother and I do not want to be at the same position.

      I had laser lip done at the Sono Bello in *****, ****, I paid a total of $10,475,82. My first procedure was on 4/7/22 where they did my arms, outer thighs and abdomen. My second procedure was on 4/13/22 where they did my inner thighs and inner knees. My first post-operative appointment was sometime in April, I don't have the exact date of that one. We discussed that everything was healing well, but I had absolutely no change whatsoever. I also mentioned to them it was very strange that I didn't drain at all when I went home and they make it sound like you will be draining a ton, so it had me question if my body had reacted appropriately. They, of course, said to give it more time it had only been a couple of weeks, which I did understand. My next post-op was on 7/13/22 where pictures were taken and results reviewed. Again, looking exactly the same, weighing the same, nothing. I let them know at my appointment I was extremely dissatisfied with my results, since there were none and that is a lot of money to pay for zero results. They said at the next post-op visit they will have me see the surgeon, which there isn't an availability until 12/08/22! I have continued to call to see if there is a cancellation to get in to see them sooner, but of course there is not. I personally feel like this is there way to get you close to your year point in having your procedure so they don't have to do anything because they got me in for my procedure 1 wk after my initial visit. It feels like they push you out so far after that 6 mths when you should see results, the more time that goes by, the longer your body can change and they are able to get out of having to reward you anything for not providing any results. I'm submitting this complaint as record that I do not have any results from my procedure and the before/after pictures will show that. In fact, I have some strange indents on the sides of my hips and am lumpy, I preferred the way I looked prior to the procedure!

      I went in for a consultation on 9/19/2022. I met with the consultant, *** and we went over the areas I was interested in treating. She gave me an initial 10k total but mentioned that if I paid in full by the end of September I would only have to pay half which was about 5k. On September 30th I called back and paid the full amount. Before paying I was told that if I canceled before my pre op appointment I would be refunded. Three days after I paid the docusign email was sent with the cancellation policy. If this was a business with any level of morals the cancellation policy would have been presented BEFORE ACCEPTING PAYMENT! This rubbed me the wrong way after thinking about it, so I decided to dig deeper and found all of the complaints listed on the bbb website and other sources. The complaints ranged from surgery related deaths to botched results and false customer guarantees. The doctor I was scheduled to see is actually an OBGYN. My anxiety went through the roof!! I immediately sent several emails and a text to sono bello Atlantas staff requesting cancellation of the pre op appointment as well as the actual procedure appointment, which all went IGNORED. On the pre op appointment day I received a phone call from *****************************, one of the very people I emailed. Stating that she never received the email and that I would not be refunded any money regardless. She was extremely rude and condescending so I decided to express my concern here instead. Im at fault for not requesting the policy in writing before paying but I truly thought I was dealing with a reputable company. I would like to receive the full refund totaling $5213 of my hard earned money. The only thing Ive received was a free consultation and a glimpse of sono bellos bad business practices.

      My complimentary consultation was on 8/29/2022. I showed the sales person my problem areas and she confirmed that the look I wanted could be achieved. I took some time to think about it and decided to proceed. My second consultation was conducted on 9/20/2022. The doctor had less than stellar bedside manner. After disrobing, the doctor went over the three areas, which one was incorrect. I asked the doctor for confirmation if the areas would be smoother. The doctor stated No, they would not change much at all in appearance! What I wanted was not possible. I was in shock because the sales person ensured they achieved those results all the time! The doctor left and the technician explained to me in more detail what the doctor failed to do. With the information I was given during that appointment, I decided to cancel the procedure. The sales person contacted me and I explained what the doctor said and informed her I didn't want to proceed. She tried to rebook me with another doctor but I declined. She stated she would process my full refund and it would take **** business days. I waited the 10 days and still did not receive a refund. I contacted the sales person via text on 10/4/2022 with no response. I texted and then called on 10/5/2022. The sales person said the **** business days was what she assumed this establishment used because that was the case at her previous location. She apologized and said my refund will be processed on 10/10/2022. I called and inquired again about my refund on 10/10/2022 and was told the sales person has been out sick all week and will be in tomorrow, 10/11/2022 and no one else can help me. At this point I am outright frustrated! It has been three full weeks since I have been promised my full refund and I have been given nothing but air. This is completely unacceptable!

      Hello. My name is ******************************* and I visited SonoBello in ******* on August 12 for a consultation. At that time, I had the consult appointment with ************************* and also pay a deposit for $3600. During the consultation, I was informed that for any reason or any cancellations, I would be refunded my deposit back without any problem. I have canceled that appointment (due to health reasons) more than a month ago now and was told that I would receive my refund back in 7 to 10 days which I have not. I have emailed, texted and attempted to reach out to the corporate office and have spoken to a few staff members that insured me that this situation was being resolved. Most times I do not get any response from anyone. ILast week I received a call from someone named ******** stating that my funds would be in my account Monday or Tuesday of this week which, once again they arent. If there is any way you can assist me in this matter, it would be greatly appreciate it and I will locate the contracts and upload it, and I also have my bank statement where the money was debited. Thank you again.

      I went for a consult with Sono bello cinsultant and was excited about everything. Everything went well during the visit so I thought.. I signed paper work and quickly scanned over everything as she explained what to expect and what all was important I wasnt concerned about canceling or rescheduling at the time of the appoint so I took note of her mentioning the refund policy as non refundable after the initial visit with the Md meaning if I put my money into this today to hold my spot I would be refunded if I need to cancel or reschd for anytime before then. Well I had some major life events in less than a week of scheduling with them (job loss and big expense for a family members funeral arrangements) obviously an elective procedure would have to go on the back burner. To decrease my stress I informed them I would have to cancel at first we played phone tag and then communicated via mesgs due to no call back from rep to discuss options. I submitting this report due to being mislead and placed in a situation of misunderstanding with Sono Bello. They are now keeping $2195 of my money due to this situation and or forcing me to reschd a procedure Im not even sure Ill be able to have within the next year. I saved money specifically for this which took time Im not going into debt for this so I think especially due to the time frame of my canclation I should be allowed a full refund with maybe removal of a consultation fee which at the time was free. I expressed how I felt mislead

      On July 15,2022 I had a consult at Sona Bello in ***** ******* for a procedure. The consultant told me and my husband that there would be zero issues from the procedure I would be having done and I'd be up and back to work in 2 to 5 days. She told us this after seeing I had a very large scar and that I was a smoker. She never said I'd have complications. When I went to the pre- op appointment and saw the surgeon he said I would have complications and could even have wounds from the procedure. He told me to postpone it till I came back from vacation. I was already wanting a refund after meeting with the surgeon only to be told they would not refund my money. I paid for the procedure over 9 thousand dollars from the information the consultant told us. I want my money back they never did the procedure. I feel I'm being forced by sono Bello to have the procedure or lose over 9 thousand dollars. I guess that is what they consider my life worth trying to force me to get the procedure done. What the consultant sold me on and what the surgeon said are two very different things. I think sono Bello is a scam.

      I had my original consult appointment on 4/13/22. After hearing my options and booking the procedure I put $1,500 down for the procedure with the understanding I could cancel at any time. After discussing it with my husband and doing further research I decided the procedure was not for me. After reaching back out to **** at the ******* ** location about canceling the procedure and getting my money back I was told I would not get my money refunded. After several months of back and forth emails and explaining Ive changed my mind due to other health concerns. Im still out my $1,500. I never even went to the preop appointment and its been MONTHS since I booked the original procedure.

      3/31/21 had a consult w/ ****************************** ************ Consultant, in **********, **. I was reluctant that I wouldn't get my desired results. She showed me what she said were her before & after pictures & said I would look similar. She emailed them to me along with other pictures & said that I should expect similar results. I received a quote for $13,150.15 for upper/lower abs & waist ***************** EX. I was concerned that I might need muscle repair which SB can't do. I asked ************ said at my pre-op the doc would tell me if I needed it. I then paid a $5000 deposit for surgery on 6/10/21. 6/8/21 I had my pre-op appointment w/ Dr *****************. I asked about muscle repair & he said he didn't think I needed it & would be fine. He did say I wouldn't be totally flat due to my body type which I was fine with. He did say I would get a lot better results if I added trisculpt to my hips. So I did & paid the remaining $10,695.15 on 6/8.I met with the nurse for my 1 wk, 1mo, & 3 month post-op appointments. At my 3 mo app the nurse suggested meeting w/ the surgeon at my 6 month to request a revision as I had lumpy areas around my belly button, hips and lots of loose skin still. I have huge muscle separation that is now very obvious. On 12/21/21 I met w/ Dr ********* told me there was nothing he could do & I needed an entire body lift. I was very upset & met with *********************, office manager. She agreed to consult with "corporate" to get a 2nd opinion. In the meantime I went and saw 2 other plastic surgeons & both disagreed w/ an entire body lift. I received an quote for $8,250 to fix me from 1 & 1 said he wouldn't fix what SB did.***** finally got me a consult w/ ************************** at SB on 1/26/22. I had a revision 4/14/22. On 8/29/22 Dr ******** said I need another revision & would be set up ASAP. I called a week later and was told I "need to be patient" & they would call me when they could. A month later & still no call. I would like a partial refund to get fixed.

      During pre-op the surgeon suggested taking a staged approach so that we could remove 10 liters of fat from all the treatment areas as opposed to just 5 liters. After the first stage of the surgery including my abdomen and waist, I noticed that my results looks uneven. I immediately got in contact with Sono Bello and the gave me every excuse in the book saying that it was loose skin or that I wasn't wearing my Faja. After the second stage of surgery, addressing my back and front bra roll, I noticed my results were very minimal. Also, the day of surgery the surgeon had not even filled up a quarter of a container with the fat extracted from my back. They're allowed to fill up 2 containers. I assume this is because we didn't start my surgery until nearly 5 pm and he was ******* to leave for a planned vacation. After MONTHS of excuses from all the practice staff, I finally requested to have the surgeon look at my results for my 3 month post op visit. That is when Mr. *** approved the revision surgery because he agreed the result did look uneven in my abdomen and that the "stomach donut" was a difficult area to treat. He told me that it was not extra skin, but in fact fat. He also mentioned that he did not take out as much fat as he could have from my back area because he didn't know how my body would respond. He let me know that he didn't even bother treating my front bra roll because its he didn't think it was worth risking damaging nerves to reach and it's up to the surgeon's preference what areas they do and do not treat. After approving my revision surgery, I was told I would have to wait until January because revision surgeries are low priority. So, not only did I pay for treatment areas that the surgeon refused to address, but I have a botched stomach with uneven results, and my transformation/healing process is being delayed 8 months. I want my revision surgery scheduled earlier on the calendar and all the treatment areas addressed or I want a refund!
