I have a contract issues related to the warranty of my surgery. My doctor was moved from ****** location to ******** so I had to make a new appointment to discuss my issues with my surgery from a year prior at the new location. A little over an hour before my scheduled appointment, I was called and told the doctor was out and I was told they would call to reschedule me when they knew of doctors return.Nobody contacted me or has contacted me since. I reached out to them to get an answer on why I had not been contacted still regarding this satisfaction guarantee and was told the doctor no longer worked there and that a manager would contact me. I called a few months later, I was told again that someone would contact me. No response. At this point, Id like a refund for the surgery as I have not been scheduled or contacted to get assigned a new doctor. I already thought it was crazy I would have to change locations from ****** (my original place of surgery) to ******** which is over an hour drive. I chose Sono Bello because of the satisfactory guarantee and at this point, feel like Ive been played and continuously told something would happen and it hasnt happened.Business Response

Our Practice Manager reached out to Ms. ***** to address her complaint, Ms. ***** was scheduled to meet with our surgeon to evaluate her surgical results. Her appointment took place today, February 5, and she was approved for a touch up procedure which is part of our Satisfaction Commitment. On 12/31/2024 I went in for liposuction on my upper, lower abdomen, flank or waist area, and back. Procedure usually called trisculpt or lipo 360. My original purchase price was $13,687.00 I did not receive my upper abdomen liposuction. I am one day post op and there is no signs of bruising, pain , entry point for the lipo suction wand . I am a registered nurse for **************************************************************************************************** the paid area. Additionally during my procedure I was in a tremendous amount of pain as the usual dose the clinic uses was not enough for me. I asked for pain medication after I was done and told no. I asked for a manager and was told the doctor had already left the facility before I could get dressed. I never had an opportunity to discuss the upper abdomen not being liposuctioned as paid for. I called the facility they are closed . I called the main corporate number with no response only an email provided to address my concern at ************************************** As a health care professional myself usually a day post op the patient is called to see how things are going, Ive havent had anyone check on me. I would like a refund on skin removal surgery that was paid for but not done and refund on the upper abdomen area that was paid for and not done.Business Response

Our Patient Relations Manager has been in contact with Ms. ******** to address her complaint. Ms. ******** received a call from our surgeon the evening of her surgical procedure to check how she was doing. Ms. ******** was also seen at our surgical center 72 hours after her surgical procedure for her post-op appointment. This procedure is not a painless procedure. Ms. ******** has been refunded for the skin removal which was not performed, all other areas were completed. She is currently scheduled to meet with our surgeon on April 9th to review her results. No further refund is due. We ask that if she has any further questions or concerns that she please contact our Patient Relations Manager or our center.

I went to get a Liposuction @ Sonobello and they have ruined my body its all blotched and indented in the middle of my stomach and to big indention on the sides of back they have horrified my body and the doctor that did the Liposuction just said he cant fix me as Sonobello doesnt have the proper tools and walked out the room and left Manager there and she said would talk to higher up and then offer me $2500.00 I told her no so she went back and then told me they would get the tools and get me fixed , so she called me and I went back in to see another ** as the first ** that ruined me was rude.i get there she tells me pretty much nothing she can do so she comes back to say all they can do is give me $2500.00 I refused and now I am ruin and recourse for them and I checked the BBB and they have horrible reviews.. I am sorry it isnt an insurance claim this was a cosmetic surgery gone bad and no one wants to take responsibility and think by offering me $2500.00 thta it would be fine and I refused as I saw 2 plastic surgeon and will cause me almost 2 times what I payed them to get repair but still will have a deformation on the middle of my stomach thta can be filled in but will always be noticeable as an indention.

I scheduled a consultation with Sono Bello with hopes to have 360 Liposuction awake procedure, I was approved and paid a $1,000 deposit. I was hurried to schedule an appointment because of a sale they were running. I felt pressured but agreed to schedule it. I did lots of research and the day before the surgery I cancelled when I found out someone died after having told procedure with them as well as there were hundreds of complaints with the ***. I was uncomfortable with moving forward, advised them of this and they refused to give me back my deposit.They should not be able to keep a patients deposit if they decided against the procedure. No one told me the deposit was non -refundable, I would not have moved further with them if I had known this. I could see if a portion of the deposit s non refundable but not the entire deposit. These people were not compassionate about my concerns regarding the surgery and were upset that I canceled. This is not how I expected to be treated surrounding such an invasive procedure.Business Response

I just went for an initial consultation, not looking to spend any money, to grab pricing info and see if I could afford the surgery. The lady was very nice and gave me all the pricing information I needed but she was also very good at her job and selling me the package. I felt I was peer-pressured and ended up making a $1000 deposit but, as soon as I got home I regretted my decision and immediately contacted the center by email and the Lady's Cell phone by text. I explained that I was not financially ready to incur such a debt, and she agreed to give me back the deposit. First, she said it takes 30 days, and 30 days later I contacted her again and she said it takes 60 days. The sixty days will be exactly January 11, 2025, but I still have not received any refunds as of today. June 27, 2023 I underwent an "AbEX" procedure which Sonobello refers to as "maximum abdominal fat removal & excess skin removal. It is clearly defined in the purchase agreement that I am entitled to revision treatment within one years' time post procedure if I was unsatisfied with my results. After my procedure I had several follow up visits regarding my post recovery care where it was documented how concerned I was with the results rendered, since I was extremely dissatisfied. I was reassured by nursing staff at sonobello not to worry because I was a good candidate for a revision procedure since I maintained a lower BMI and still had evident loose skin. My revision appointment was scheduled with ********* for 5/1/24. I was contacted 3/28/24 by sonobello stating, " due to unforeseen schedule changes we will need to reschedule your appointment with *********. ** will reach out to you when we have available dates to reschedule your appointment." I have made several attempts to contact management at sonobello and I am continuously brushed off or disregarded. It is now December 2024 and I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding the nature of my concerns. The business has not tried to resolve the problem and has in no way tried to reach out to me regarding the original terms of the services I paid for. I went to sonobello for a free consultation on 11/14/2024 and at office i met that lady that explaining me the process of the liposuction, the reason I went there because I saw an ad on ******** that said no downtime, cause I have 2 special need kids I can't have any downtime I don't have help, the lady while explain the process was the one doing my consultation, she rush me into the process took my information send to lender for loan, I didn't have a chance to go home to think about it the first lender she sent my info to I was not qualified and told her ok let me go and when I get the money I will do it cash, not even one minut she was congratulations you qualified for this one, and she put me on schedule to do the surgery in the next week, same day she had me to meet the Doctor and when I ask the Doctor question about the downtime I realize she was lying telling me if I had the surgery on Tuesday I can go back to work on Friday, I go home decided to do some research about them read some reviews and realize a lot of people complain about how long it took them to heal, I have decided not to have the surgery, then I call them to cancel, they told me they were not gonna give me my $2500 that I put downtime and they are charging my card $340 a month according to them I'm responsible for paying them $8000 even though I didn't have anything done I cancel my surgery, I want my money back and I want them to stop charging my cardCustomer Answer

1. I had the Abex Surgery on 10/3/2023 2. Amount of the $13,688.50 Finances 3. A trim-toned and sculpted look-Satisfaction Commitment -Diamond Recovery Package-Never Received -2nd Stage Garment-Never Received -A revision after a year if I wasn't satisfied and the ****************** declined ton address my dissatisfaction 4. I received a Tummy Tuck of the lower abdominal area which consisted of a jig cut from one end of my stomach to the other-a disfigured navel-lumps of flesh on different parts of my stomach-and on the navel a thickened piece of flesh protruding around the navel area which is painful at times-I've had (3) 2nd opinions from one of their surgeons who stated I would need Laser Surgery to remove the raised keloid/Scar below my navel-the navel cannot be corrected and my doctor which is a Plastic Surgeon said I would have to get another surgery to correct the botched surgery totaling approximately $13,000.00 and also said they couldn't complete a surgery of my back area with procedure they used which was a clear falsification, misrepresentation of facts and a Breach of Contract. Both surgeons new of Sono Bello even before I told them where I had the surgery. I ill be filing a complaint also with ********************************* and the Board of Physicians. The surgeon removed fat from the lower abdominal are only and the other areas look worse tha before the surgery.5. The ****************** ******** offered a refund of the surgical fee and I declined but Dr. ****** told me that she would do a revision with still no guarantees on my hip area only but then told the manager something totally opposite. She's a very deceptive and unethical individual and I don't appreciate her playing with my livelihood. She's incompetent and I would've only agreed to a revision from another surgeon.6. For this reason we offer our patients a Satisfaction Commitment, this commitment states We understand that no physician can specifically predict or guarantee the final results with cosmetic procedures. Despite the skilled work of our surgeon and a successful procedure that provides a cosmetic improvement, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and dissatisfaction can occur. Should you find your results to be unsatisfactory, your surgeon would like the opportunity to evaluate your results. If your surgeons evaluation determines your results to be deficient,we will touch up the area at no cost to you. Ms. ******** case/ results were evaluated by two surgeons both surgeons stated that Ms. ****** has visceral fat and that this can only be resolved via a lifestyle change (diet & exercise) or a tummy tuck. Ms. ****** had been informed prior to having the surgical procedure that the procedure that she was going to receive did not address visceral fat. This topic is also covered in our Surgical Consent which she signed and initialed. This consent also states that there is a possibility of scarring and the formation of keloids.
Our Financial Agreement which she also signed and initialed states We have carefully explained to you the elective nature of this procedure. You have been informed of the risks of this procedure. Please be advised that we do not offer post-procedure refunds under any circumstance. If Ms. ****** was offered the refund of the surgical fee it was as a customer service gesture not because she was owed a refund. We ask she please contact our center if she would like to further discuss her case or request a copy of her medical record with her before and after pictures.

I consulted with (4) surgeons; Dr. ******* who performed the surgery, Dr. ****** a surgeon at Sono Bello, for a second opinion at my request and (2) independent plastic surgeons. Dr. ****** advised me to get Lasik Surgery to remove the Keloid and said Visceral fat cannot be removed-an argument they often use as an excuse for incompetence. The Patient consultant Yaneek, did not mention Visceral fat, it was never discussed. What she stated verbatim and why I signed the contract was, "Any pinchable fat is removable", and Bra Rolls are pinchable fat, which is called Subtaneous, contradicting the claim about visceral fat and suggesting misinformation for profit. And so was the fat on my Upper/Lower Abs and waste area that was clearly visible before after the surgery. Also, my surgeon Dr. ********* explained to me that the surgical procedure, liposuction, and tool used called a Cannula could not remove the excessive amount of fat/Bra Rolls on my back necessitating a horizontal incision from one side of my
back to the other, which neither disclosed. After surgery, I noticed a disfigured belly button and stomach bulges due to un-repaired muscles that is part of the procedure, again contradicting the promised sleek figure. She assured me I would have the results just like the ones seen here in these advertisements.
Both surgeons in ******** are remarkably familiar with Sono Bello and told me they get a lot of customers needing corrective surgery after unsatisfactory results from Sono Bello I
have incurred significant medical expenses and face an estimated $13,000.00 for revision surgery, unacceptable. Please request Sono Bello produce a Surgical Consent form that
Im said to have signed about visceral fat and keloids because to the best of my knowledge I signed nothing of the sort neither do I have a copy. I know what visceral fat is but the
discussion that I had was for the removal of Subtaneous fat. Why would I agree to give these people over $13,000.00 dollars if they had informed me that there was a possibility of visceral fat that would prevent me from getting the results I paid for, or the sleek figure as promised. I received a Tummy Tuck which was poorly executed as well.
I have consulted with Lawyers who declined to get involved because it is not Malpractice even though without another surgery I'll be scarred for life, but it's most definitely a Breach of Contract. I never received the Diamond Recovery Package-The Second Stage Compression Garment and Sono Bello along with Dr. ****** refused to refer me to a surgeon who could give me a revision. The manager ****** ******** has called to follow up with me each time they were contacted by your office, offering a refund only of the surgical fee which I refused, and they continue to call me to set an appointment for the Diamond Recovery Package but each time I've called to schedule they are not available.
I have experienced a considerable amount of physical and emotional distress due to unmet expectations and the complications that have arisen. Furthermore, the financial impact has been significant, with incurring unexpected medical expenses and dealing with the stress of ongoing financial disputes. I'm reaching out for a resolution through your services and to bring awareness of the unethical business practices of Sono Bello but who is listed as a *** ****************** on your site. Afterwards, if they continue to ignore my request I will seek Legal Representation for Breach of Contract-file a complaint in Small Claims Court and Civil Court and I have also contacted The Maryland Board of Physicians to request information about reporting the rendering Provider. How is it that Sono Bello and their surgeons are allowed to continue to outright take advantage of people with their Fraudulent, Manipulative and Unethical Business Practices without scrutiny and consequences. I am requesting a refund of $9,598-All current medical bills paid from other insurers and removal of all charges from my credit report. Also, she never explained all the hidden credit card charges and accrued interest I would owe. Approximately (3) months ago I entered a class action lawsuit against Care Credit which is currently in litigation. She told me that I would only be responsible for $13,688.50 and here it is a year and some months later and I still owe $13,186.11. I would have never agreed to this under normal circumstances. The sale pressure, aggressive tactics, and manipulation led me to purchase services that were never provided, leaving me financially burdened and scarred.

I am rejecting this response because: I received one voice mail from Mr. ********* and I returned the call on Monday 2/10/2025 and spoke with Brea because he was unavailable. I asked them to send me a copy with all documents I signed, and they said it would take anywhere from three weeks to a month. Also, we discussed a reimbursement of the Bra Roll Area only and I was advised to seek another consultation from an independent Plastic Surgeon to see if a revision of Liposuction alone would correct my problem or would I need the muscles repaired which Sono Bello doesn't do. If it's Liposuction only Sono Bello will consider a revision surgery. I have an appointment with a Plastic Surgeon 2/17/2025 and I also need time to receive my medical documents from Sono Bello because as I stated before I never signed anything about visceral fat or keloids, but they're stating otherwise. I do have my Photos and my pre op notes and wasn't aware until 2/10/2025 that there were other documents.

Thank you for contacting Sono Bello. The patient did sign a consent that states that visceral/ keloids are a risk of surgery. Based on our consent forms, everybody's body is different, and results may vary. The patient has met with two different surgeons, and both agreed that she would not benefit from additional surgeries, due to visceral fat and loose skin.
The patient has received her records, per request and has also been offered an alternative resolution, to which she declined. we have reiterated that she is welcome to reach out if she changes her mind.

Sono Bello continues to misrepresent the facts by claiming I signed a consent form acknowledging the risks of visceral fat and keloidsissues that are entirely unrelated to my complaint. Their own consent form (Pg. 33) lists visceral fat as a limitation, not a risk, and this was never my concern. My dispute is solely about subcutaneous fat, which they explicitly stated would be removed. However, six months post-surgery, I still had the same pinchable fat that was promised to be eliminated. Dr. ****** also falsely assured me that this fat would never returnyet, I have since learned that, without proper dieting, it can return.
I have consulted three independent surgeons, all of whom confirmed that I still require liposuction. When I spoke with Brie, she stated that Sono Bello would consider a revision if my final consultation with another surgeon also confirmed this need. I agreed to a revision only if it was performed by one of their top surgeons, which is what I had originally requested.
This entire process has been riddled with inconsistencies and falsehoods. How is it that I underwent surgery to remove subcutaneous fat, yet six months later, Sono Bello now claims that the same pinchable fat has somehow become part of my outer skin layer and is now classified as visceral fat? That explanation is entirely illogical.
After my appointment with the surgeon on February 17, 2025, I called Sono Bello and was told by Brie that her Manager and the Surgeon in Chief have now decided that a revision will not be considered because they claim the remaining fat is visceral. They only offered a refund for the Bra Roll area. However, the surgeon I consulted notedand I can personally confirmthat there is no visible entry point where fat could have been removed from my back/Bra Roll area, meaning this was never properly treated in the first placeclear evidence of fraud.
Furthermore, my contract explicitly states that if I am not satisfied with my results, a revision is an option. Nowhere in the contract does it state that I would be left with:
1. A disfigured navel/belly button
2. Bulging flesh protruding from my lower abdomen
3. Pinchable fat still present, despite the procedure
Sono Bello cannot claim this is due to weight gain, as my BMI actually decreased post-surgery. Their sudden assertion that my remaining fat is visceralwhich was never mentioned pre-op or post-oponly arose after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If this fat were truly beneath the muscle, as they claim, then how am I able to physically pinch it?
At this point, my only acceptable resolution is:
A full refund for the Lower Abdomen and Bra Roll areas
The removal of any negative impact on my credit history
If these terms are not met, I will proceed with legal action for breach of contract. Sono Bello should not contact me unless they are willing to honor these conditions.

Goodmorning my problem was no resolved with Sono ***** When I talk to **** form sono **** she is the person that handles all of there complaints. **** told be to call care credit back to ask for a refund or a credit. When talking to care credit they inform me that there be no refund or credit due to the fact sono bello reported that I used the funds . Which is not true .I informed care credit not only I was not a consumer of sono **** can't even give me no information about the client they was there. I told **** if I was no there it should be no reason my information was even used. The person that use my care credit account was nathaniese yearrell born on ********** which was unauthorized change. The person that told me nathaniese yearrell use my information was somebody form the calling center of sono ***** I need a letter stating I was never a consumer of sono **** this a identity theft. Ms. ****** has done neither of those things. Once she does that we will respond through those companies. I paid ******* dollars for a procedure at this business. When there were no results from it, I had a follow up with nurse and ** *** stated I should have not been signed up. I feel the business uses deceptive practices in getting you to sign up when you should not have been to just get your money. After numerous attempts with emails and phone calls I feel that they know what they are doing and just run you around with follow up visits.
