      I went to Sonobello and had a consultation. I was told I needed work on my lower abdomen, upper abdomen and waist the cost of $8,288.20. A doctor did not conduct this exam. After thinking about it and reading reviews, I decided against the procedure. I cancelled weeks before the surgery. When I asked about getting my money back they told me that they got to keep $2,500. For what? They performed no service and I received no products!!! Thats a lot of money! They never told me during my consultation that I couldnt get my money back. I asked about the remainder of the money and they told me I would get it in 8-10 days. That was over 4 weeks ago!!! I just dont understand the reasoning behind keeping $2,500 of my money and not getting the rest of my money back! Its so unfair and frustrating. Im sure there are other people who decide against the procedure. No wonder their company is doing so well! They keep the money from their patients even when theyve done nothing for them!

      I made a copy of the form and sent it. I hope I sent it to the right place. They e already contacted me saying that I must not be interested and that theyd close the case. I did everything as fast as I could. They really didnt allow for mailing time. Now I feel like they just dont want to be bothered. What can I do?

      This company stole my deposit. They told me I was approved for a 7000 loan advance to pay for my surgery and they lied. They told me to put down a 1200 deposit before I could set up an appointment and so I did because I was excited that I got approved. After doing so I was told I was denied financial assistance and now Sono bello isnt returning any of my calls or text and claiming its a no refund policy. They are acting like I gambled with my money hoping I get financed or something. I would have never put down a deposit if I was told I was denied. The only reason i gave a deposit is because I was told I was approved by *******. And now ******* ********* isnt answering any of my calls or text and I have proof of everything I am saying on here incase it needs to be shown in court or anything. I will do what ever I need to do to get my money back. This company needs to be stopped this isnt right Sono bello should be ashamed ******* ********* should be ashamed.

      Hi I want to thank you for helping me get my deposit back from Sono bello. They finally called me after you contacted them and I believe I wouldnt have received it back if you didnt intervene. Thank you so much! I dont know what you told them but now all of a sudden they are returning calls and I can contact them. I did get $1200 back successfully. Thanks again for your help!

      I met with Sonobello in April 2024 and planned to have surgery in September 2024. I paid a down payment on 4/26/24 of $2495.00. In August of 2024 I was seen in the office for a pre-op appointment and surgery was scheduled for 9/13/24. On 9/11/24 my surgery was cancelled by the facility since I was not medically cleared for surgery by their physician. The surgeon was out of the country and could not be reached to dicuss the issue. I was then rescheduled for a pre-op appointment for 10/24/24 by ***** who assured me she would now be over looking my file and there wouldn't be anymore issues. On 10/24/24 I had not received any communication from the office regarding my appointment. When I called to confirm the appointment, I was told there was no appointment scheduled for 10/24/24 or any day. I requested to speak with ***** directly. ***** told me she had no recollection of our previous conversations. At this point in time, I realized that this is not the type of office that I would trust to do a major surgery and requested a refund. I was told a refund would be issued. As I was asking when I should expect the refund by, I was hung up on. On 11/12/24 I called sonobello again to check the status of the refund and was told they would leave a message for the person who handles refunds and they would call me back. As of today, I have not received any calls. I spoke with the corporate office regarding the refund and was told it needs to be handled by the specific facility. I am looking for a refund for the amount I paid on 4/26/24 of $2495.00 since I was not cleared for surgery by the facilities physician.

      On March 5, 2024 I made a deposit of $5000 after push to get a procedure within the April promotion time frame. On April 16, 2024 they were going to charge me the remaining $10,000 for the procedure that was not scheduled and I had not yet received a consultation. I drove all the way to ******** which was over 2 hours away, taking a day off from work, for the consultation and they told me I had no appointment scheduled. I was livid and asked for a refund. They apologized, told me to hold off and give more time to think about it. In May I moved from ********* to *******, which I informed them I was no longer interested and requested a refund. Since then they have been avoiding my calls, texts, emails and/or they'll say "we'll get back to you" regarding my refund and they don't. I feel like they have purposely pushed past the window where my credit card company to get involved to make a charge dispute and now just ignoring me. Its been almost 6 months and I still don't have my refund.

      I had my procedures in December of 2022.Literally had every single area addressed that Sono Bello offers with the exception of my calves and ankles. It was done in two stages. The first procedure included the mommy makeover of my abdomen.Ive given birth without any medication, and when I say that was the worst pain in my entire life. I received meds, waited hours yet was the first procedure, and I was awake and crying while my flesh was cut off and tugged on to be sewn together. From this first stage, which included several other areas as well, I went home and received no pain medication prescription. I was in massive pain for over a week. I called the office multiple times, it took over a week to get a call back from the doctor. She stated in that conversation I should have received ****** and pain medication prescriptions. That never happened. The second procedure was 2 weeks after the first. Still cannot believe I went through it but they were keeping my THOUSANDS of dollars regardless. It was still painful, nothing compared to the first. Fast forward to post op visits, my body was uneven. I was told over 6 months of post procedure visits to trust the process, continued to wear the compression garments 24/7,and to drink lots of water. Once I said that I wanted to have the uneven areas addressed with a corrective procedure,magically the Doctor was always unavailable. Since then, I have been scheduled for corrective surgery and just before the pre op visit Im called and either cancelled outright or told that I have to be in the office at a time different from the appointment,or else the procedure is canceled. I have been treated this way for 2 years. Just today,after the numerous last minute changes by the first Doctor,I was treated the same by an alternative Doctor at another location that was supposed to perform the corrections this coming Monday. There is zero regard for the patient, despite their satisfaction guaranteed touting once they take your money.

      My initial visit to SonoBello was November 13, 2023 and I requested the following procedures: back rolls, arms, and waist contouring totaling $8K. My procedure was done on December 7, 2023 and yielded no visible results in my back and arms. I am very displeased with this experience and though I was personally told by a former dissatisfied SonoBello customer, I still proceeded with my procedure on the basis that everyone has their own experience and mine may not render the same negative outcome. I was one hundred percent wrong; it was hands down the worst experience and service ever after they were paid, and during and after my procedure was performed. I am requesting a refund for the portion of service I paid that resulted in no change as I was told could and would be done in my initial consultation and that is the back rolls and arms. Reference the attached detailed document. All photos from each visit are maintained at the ******************************************************* location.

Ms. ***** was offered to meet with a different surgeon but she refused this offer. We are committed to our patient's satisfaction and for this reason we offer our Satisfaction Commitment this commitment states We understand that no physician can specifically predict or guarantee the final results with cosmetic procedures. Despite the skilled work of our surgeon and a successful procedure that provides a cosmetic improvement, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and dissatisfaction can occur. Should you find your results to be unsatisfactory, your surgeon would like the opportunity to evaluate your results. If your surgeons evaluation determines your results to be deficient,we will touch up the area at no cost to you. Our Practice Manager also informed Ms. ***** that we do not offer post procedure refund per our Financial Agreement which she signed and initialed states We have carefully explained to you the elective nature of this procedure. You have been informed of the risks of this procedure. Please be advised that we do not offer post-procedure refunds under any circumstance." We will stand by our Satisfaction Commitment  and ask that if she would like to move forward with her touch up procedure that she please contact our Practice Manager.

      I am rejecting this response because the surgery yielded no changes whatsoever as I was told in my initial consultation.Ive requested the before and after photos be provided and reviewed as proof. Also, during my appts the doctor disagreed to redo my back as she felt there was change so why now would you offer to redo the procedure when a third party is involved when I was personal told no. Lastly, because of this complaint, I would never feel comfortable doing any business,  especially involving my health with this company, so redoing any procedure with them is absolutely not an option.

      I intend to seek further legal action since no agreeable resolution can be made.

      I paid for lipo and skin removal.Due to years of back problems I have been taking narcotic pain medications, which I informed them of when they told me they did not use anesthesia. Procedure was begun on 7/27/2023, by ** ******(now retired), I felt like I was being stabbed in my chest, and said "OWH" twice. Next I know I am being sent home. Procedure not completed, I am not even sure if all of lipo was finished. I was told I would have to come back to have it finished since the sedation provided did not mask the pain so the doctor stopped. I could not arrange for the transportation needed until June of 2024, when I met with a different doctor. **. ********* At the pre op meeting, he said he would not finish the surgery and that it never should have been started due to my tolerance of pain medications. He then said to the nurse that was in the room also, "Give her her money back". He had the practice manager come in after he left the room. She has said she was not in the room when he said that so this was all she could do, so I asked for someone else to talk to. Which she has not done. I am in worse shape physically and mentally than when I walked in originally. I signed to get all my records back and left. I called numerous times, spoke to ****** **********,practice manager, about my refund. Eventually she said I would get back the unused portion. I told her the doctor said "give her her money back", not give her back what was not used. I got back the "unused" portion.This is not enough to fix the mess they left me with.I told them about my pain medications from the start and no one gave me any indication that it could be a problem. I trusted them to have my best interest at heart,after all this is basically surgery without anesthesia. I just want all my money back so I can try to fix what they messed up. I have had a year of discomfort and none of the results that I was expecting.

      I went into ***************** in *********, ******** to have an abeX and liposuction procedure done. I was given little to no information about what to expect the day of the surgery. I was taking immediately into the operating room where the doctor took a rod and put it into my stomach below the first layer of skin he did not give the numbing medication that he put in my stomach anytime to kick in he immediately after giving me the shot of Novacaine went to jabbing the rod into my stomach. I started to cry and tell him how bad it hurt and to please either be more gentle or give me more numbing medication. He was very agitated and annoyed, and angry I was told basically to deal with it or get out. He then left the room and I remember asking the nurse is it safe for him to operate on me because I am concerned bc he so agitated and annoyed and that is about the last thing I remember, they mustve given me something else which made me fall asleep. I was awoken when the dr **** coming back into the operating room about an hour later, where he began to do the liposuction and skin removal there is a hot iron that they use to cut your skin away. I was jolted awake by a sharp burning pain on my leg and I remember asking the doctor why he burned me as he was standing over me holding this hot tool. I fell back asleep. and was jolted awake again when he burned me for the second time, this was his solution to me, not waking up fast enough I now have an infection in my scar and I see absolutely no difference. I have $11,000 bill. I have a huge scar on my stomach thats infected. And i have 2 burn ****s on my leg, . Im not even sure if he did anything other than cut me open and some back together I want my money back and I want to have a other Sona ***** surgeon fix what Dr. **** at the **************** location messed up and I want him to be looked into for malpractice for burning me. and the burn **** I sent a picture of that is almost 3 weeks out so its healing.

      I am absolutely not satisfied with anything thats come out of that clinic not my results not the way I was treated and surely not the way the production manager handled it. Basically he called me and was very almost arrogant and the way he was speaking to me. there was no sort of what would you like to see as a resolution with the truth of the matter is is I paid them for a service I paid them $11,000 For them to perform a procedure on me and I expected a certain level of professionalism and a certain level of results, and the fact that his position felt that it was OK to burn me and be to literally make me cry because of how much pain I was in and then refusing essentially to do anything about it other than Kick me out of the operating room. I feel there should be a monetary compensation. I would like them to refund some of my surgery and Id also like an apology. Id like for them to say hey you know what Miss ********* I am sorry our doctor messed up. He should not have treated you that way and heres what Im gonna Do. Im going to give you so much off of your procedure and if after six months you are not happy with your results then we will do everything we can to help correct that and I think that would be a suitable solution for what I had to experience because at the end of the day let me say it again. He burned me with a hot  iron on my leg twice on purpose And I know for a fact that he didnt think I was gonna remember. He also tried to tell me that I was given no other sedatives other than a 5 mg ******** and a ***** bull c*** I was **** near drooling on myself for the next 24 hours. That is a load of c*** They gave me way more than that and I dont know why theyre lying about that now too that seems to be a theme with this place though I would like for them to do the right thing. Offer me a real compensation for whats happened to me not well well see what happens in six months and I think he offered me $250 to help pay for gas. Which I have not seen, he said he was gonna eat some out. Email it to me and I havent seen or heard anything else from ****** not OK with that if Im paying you that amount of money to perform a procedure on me I expect a certain level of professionalism and when your doctor burns the patient on purpose then theyre definitely needs to be more compensation than $250 And theyre definite  needs to be an apology a sincere apology. Hey I am really sorry my doctor made a mistake and if they would do that, I would be more than happy to accept your apology and Id be more than happy to discuss a fair refund on my procedure. Im not asking for them to refund it all, but I think there should definitely be some sort of compensation made towards my procedure.

      On November 7th, I paid $6K for surgery on November 13th to address my upper abs, waist, and lower abs. However, my upper and lower abs weren't serviced. I'm requesting a partial refund of $4K for these unprovided commitments.During the surgery, the doctor admitted he couldn't remove fat from my upper and lower abs due to the biology of my fat composition. Yet, there weren't any adjustments to the charges or scope. This is not a matter of dissatisfaction with my appearance but rather a failure to deliver on the services promised.Immediately post-surgery, I raised my concerns with a nurse, explaining that my issue was not related to appearance but incomplete services. She suggested I wait a week. Attempts to follow up with the doctor immediately after surgery were unsuccessful. At my follow-up on November 20th, no routine weight or full-body photos were taken. This deviation deepened my concerns. So, I filed my dispute in writing.Only about 2 liters of fat were removed. Industry standards are up to 5 inclusive liters can be removed per area per surgery, meaning the total could be 15 liters. Clinically overweight and nearly obese, my body has sufficient fat for removal, but it was the fat type that was an obstacle. The untruthful post-surgery report created the illusion that the entire abdominal area was treated when only my waist was effectively targeted, exploiting the perception of the abdominal region as a unified area.A misleading consultation was on pricing and promotional photos and omitted critical potential limitations if certain areas might not be serviceable. These false pretenses left me unaware of the true scope until after the surgery. I was misled and taken advantage of by the business.Speaking about a refund with the business representative on November 25th was met with deflection when I was repeatedly told to wait 3 months, and I clarified my complaint was about appearance or healing time rather than a failure to deliver services.

It should have been "Speaking about a refund with the business representative on November 25th was met with deflection when I was repeatedly told to wait 3 months, and I clarified my complaint was about a failure to deliver services rather than appearance or healing time" and not "my complaint was about appearance or healing time rather than a failure to deliver services."
      I understand that complaints are not meant to be changed after submission, but this change is major considering the context of the rest of the complaint. Would it be possible to make this adjustment, please?

Our Practice Manager has been in communication with Ms. ******** and has been discussing her case. They has an phone call appointment scheduled for December 9, 2024, to discuss further but when our Practice Manager reached out there was no response. Our Patient Relations Manager also attempted to contact her but Ms. ******** has been unresponsive. We ask that she please reach out to either our Practice Manager or our Patient Relations Manager so that we can continue discussing her case and possible resolutions.       I scheduled liposuction with Sono Bello in ********* during a consultation on 2/23/24. I paid for the full cost up front totaling $7667.82. Sonobello delayed/rescheduled the procedure several times so that in the end I was rescheduled for May 2024. At the end of April 2024, I had emergency surgery for appendicitis. I was informed by Sonobello that I could not have my procedure in May 2024 without a note from my surgeon. The surgeon told me to wait 6 months, so I did. In those 6 months I decided I did not want to have that procedure with Sonobello. I understood I would lose my ******* deposit, but I want the other $5000 back. They did not call me back several times, but on the 3rd try, Sonobello tells me they cannot refund because I cancelled the procedure without a reason, even though they said I could not have the procedure without a note from my surgeon as stated above. Now they are not calling me back again.
