I am rejecting this response because: I had to agree to the procedure or would lose my $6300 I paid. So I opted for a different procedure that actually costs less. But when given the new quote for procedure, the price doubled on the anesthesia. They are trying to make sure not one ***** comes back to me. I have my original price quote for breast augmentation and a copy of the new one. Plus the correspondence where I asked about the price being different and you will see that no time was taken to look at the original compared to the new quote. Shes talking about two different procedures. Not taking the time to read just popping off answers. I am being bullied into a surgery/procedure which from my understanding is medically unethical plus cyber bullying.

Thanks you for contacting Sono Bello. We are sorry to hear Ms. ***** experience has not been exceptional. Ms. ***** attended her consultation and purchased a surgical package on October 28, 2024. At this time she signed and initialed our Financial Agreement which states "After our surgeon has validated your candidacy at the pre-operative appointment any cancellation will result in 100% forfeiture of your procedure cost." She attended her pre-operative appointment on October 29, 2024, where our surgeon cleared her for surgery. She decided not to move forward with her surgical procedure. Our center has been in communication with her and explained that her funds were non-refundable as she agreed on our Financial Agreement. Ms. ***** decided to transfer her funds to a new procedure and is scheduled for her pre-operative appointment on December 17, 2024. We look forward to seeing her, we however are in no way forcing her to have a surgical procedure. We ask that if she has any further questions or concerns that she please contact our center.

Will do, thank you. Here is the first price for breast augmentation then the second one which shows price increase and that I have paid $6300. Next is the office in OKC texting that I owe $283 more. Also if you look closely the price for anesthesia doubled from first to second bill and recovery package was included on both. I was paid in full and owed money. The contract leaves them wide open to keep my money and add any other charges they want to. So no matter what I do they are making sure to keep my money even though I dont want to have any procedure done there. This is some sort of bait and switch scam. Im still talking to attorney because instead of doing the right thing they insist on trying to take advantage of me and Im sure others out there.

******* has the 1st time I went in for a consult with her for breast augmentation confused with the 2nd consult for tummy tuck which I paid in full $6300. Went to pre op and ** said that I needed skin removal also and yes it would cost more. I said then I could not do that because I had already went over budget from the cost of breast augmentation to this. Now if you look at all the documents and her responses to my questions you can clearly see I paid in full $6300 for mini tummy tuck that ** changed to AbEx at pre op. No where does either ** or nurse state that I was in tears and said I couldnt do the up price and surgery. Left ** and called ******* and told her I was unable to do this and cancel procedure. I told her I mentally could not take it that the stress was overwhelming g with change in procedure cost and recovery time. Im a volunteer with animal rescue and can not have such an invasive surgery and take care of large dogs. Let alone she knew I drive for **** and this was not what I wanted to do.
Read that contract and tell me that they can and obviously will change pricing at will to the point that if I dont pay more I have no procedure and lose the $6300 I paid. Medically unethical to force me to have a surgery or lose my money. I want my full refund or will sue Sono Bello and then ******* ******* for deceptive business practices. There is no other option. She should be fired. Also, she needs to learn some manners and spit out that gum.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
I was rushed through that consultation and was told initial here here and here. No mention of being non refundable. Next day went to pre op. At that time was told I need a different procedure and it would cost more. Visibly upset I told them at that appointment I would not be getting procedure and that I had no more money. Sono Bello then informs me no refund do I opted for breast augmentation. Because if they were going to keep my money I would get something fine. Then they upped the price on it. Then the surgical facility messaged me again asking for more money. Basically I went from consult to surgy date in three days. Lied to about prices repeatedly and now they have contacted my *** about getting my medical records. I have tried repeatedly to call and talk to practice manager with no call back from her. I am talking to attorney. No one should be forced to have an elective surgery if they change their mind. Sono Bello has not even offered to give a partial refund. Again, no one should be forced to have an elective surgery and lose $6300. This is a bait and switch and is wrong in many levels.

I asked **** **** if there was another corporate contact because she stopped responding. I have sent numerous messages with no response. I was sold on results that I didnt receive; as well as the results I have contradicts your commercials (advertisement). I have no access to my navel. My stomach is numb and waist extremely sore, I have scarring; around my waist, no steroid shots or medication prescribed as told. Pouch still present. I stated to ****, it is going to be costly just to try to get some of these issues rectified. At this point, I am asking you to refund my money please and I will no longer contact you and try to seek assistance elsewhere. I was told you have a million dollar insurance policy guaranteeing results, obviously this didnt apply to me. I had my procedures in December of 2023. I paid $12,000. This is a ton of money to me. I wanted to do something for myself to feel better about my body. First off, I think the sales practice is so wrong. I was shown women's before and after pics. I was not shown pics of procedures that didn't go well or pics of the horrible, extremely long scar that I would have or the fact that they would create a new belly button on my stomach. I liked my belly button. It's more like a time share presentation than an honest discussion about medical procedures. I also know that a patient should be in the right frame of mind while agreeing to something like this. I actually couldn't stop crying while there because my sister had passed away one month before.I could see absolutely no difference after the procedure on my upper thighs. Nothing! The thing that bothers me the most is that my NEW belly button is not centered. Every time I look in the mirror I see this. I told them at every follow-up appt that it is not right. Each time I was told that there is still swelling and it will correct itself. Well, it's been almost a full year and this hasn't happened. $12,000 and I do not feel better about my body at all.Business Response

I STRESSED that I don't want to return because the thought of returning in causing my anxiety to skyrocket. She said it's their protocol. I have an appt on January 9th. The only had one appt earlier that I could not take. I told her that I will not get any more procedures from them. I di not want this case closed!!! I feel like holding up a sign on the sidewalk outside of their business to warn others. I won't but that's how I feel. I think that I need to return is BS.

Their contract states 100% satisfaction. It says nothing about there being a limit on what can be removed. When they finally scheduled the revision. They were extremely rude. They accused me of being late for the appointment that the office manager set for me. They wouldn't have taken me had I not already taken the required meds. I then had to reschedule the 1 week follow up appointment. They said they had no time available after 1130am. I work til 1130 am. They refused to reschedule a time and hung up on me. What we offer is a Satisfaction Commitment which Ms. ****** signed, this commitment states We understand that no physician can specifically predict or guarantee the final results with cosmetic procedures. Despite the skilled work of our surgeon and a successful procedure that provides a cosmetic improvement, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and dissatisfaction can occur. Should you find your results to be unsatisfactory, your surgeon would like the opportunity to evaluate your results. If your surgeons evaluation determines your results to be deficient,we will touch up the area at no cost to you. Ms. ****** met with our surgeon for a results evaluation and she has already completed her touch up procedure.
The issues regarding her appointments and the time of arrival are a result of us not having a reliable form of communication with Ms. ******* We attempt to call her but have difficulty reaching her, we also text her at a number to which she has previously responded to but she is now unresponsive via that method. ********** has tried to accommodate her schedule as much as possible but not having a reliable form of communication makes it difficult to coordinate.
Our Patient Relations Manager has also attempted to contact Ms. ****** but she has been unresponsive with her also. Our Agreement which Ms. ****** signed and initialed states We have carefully explained to you the elective nature of this procedure. You have been informed of the risks of this procedure.Please be advised that we do not offer post-procedure refunds under any circumstance. We ask that Ms. ****** please contact our Patient Relations Manager at her earliest convenience so we may discuss her experience, she however is not owed a refund.

Transaction Date : 8/14/2024 Total Amount Paid: $6,895.00 Reimbursed Amount $4,400.00 ***** ************** Care Consultant) met with me for a free consultation on 8/14/2024 discussing the procedure for the upper ABS, lower ABS, waist, and ABEX. I explained to her that I would need to talk to my sons about the procedure before totally committing. She told me that if my sons were not on board she would reimburse the non-refundable amount of $2,495.00. I kept the pre-op appointment on 10/04/2024 to obtain more information. While there my ** was 190s/90s which was a concern for me since I'm on two medications for **. I had an appointment with my PCP (Dr. **** *****) on 10/14/2024 and discussed this with him. He didn't think it was a good idea to go through with the procedure although, Dr. ***** ****** at Sono Bello said they had medication in the office that could be given to lower my **, but they didn't like to use it and to talk to my PCP about adjusting my ** medication. I called Sono Bello to cancel my procedure after discuss with my PCP. Sono Bello reimbursed me $4,400.00 on 11/05/2024. Sono Bello is clickbait sales at a master level. I am getting married in the Spring of 2025 and wanted to lose some weight, I saw a Sono commercial and scheduled in the *********** office in May 2024. My consultant ******** although very nice is not a plastic surgeon which is odd. to me. She discussed price and sent a contract to sign. I was charged $11K for upper, lower, and waste lipo, plus Abex (skin removal). I went back and forth on if I wanted the Abex because the idea of having an open wound outside of a hospital was slightly alarming and I wanted time to think about this. I even canceled once before rescheduling. But the great salesperson ********, informed me that I could get the skin removal at a later time, however each time you go in for a procedure they change you a surgery fee of $2500 plus $500 for aftercare and prescriptions. She gave me the $3K "family" discount, but I had to make a decision then to get it and be allowed to meet with the surgeon. So, I signed. October 14, 2024, at my pre-op I provided my concerns specifically that I have a preexisting back issue that if I lay for too long, I will have lower back pain and asked if they could provide a prop under my knees to help reduce any potential back pain. Dr. **** said no, I must lay flat and to think about it. He also informed me that the amount of fat removed was only about 7-10 lbs., if I lost any weight, I would need to have another surgery for the new loose skin. I left there unsure if I wanted to move forward. On October 28th after much consideration and to not add any unneeded pain, canceled my surgery and was immediately informed that because I had the pre-op and Dr. **** cleared me for surgery, I cannot get a refund per the contract. It is terrible that this company does not allow time for patients to review everything after chatting with a doctor. and before being cut open. They are stealing money and forcing people into surgeries they do not want after provided valuable information.Business Response

on 10/25/2024 I had the opportunity to visit one of the Sono bello offices located on **********************************************. As per ******** advertisement and a text message from above office I believed that the initial consultation is fee/ complementary . My expectation was that I will see an MD or a nurse and will be able to receive a verbal and written information about the procedure as per patient bill of rights. I was hoping that all my questions regarding risks versus benefits of the procedure will be answered by a medical professional and only then I will be able to make an informed decision. Unfortunately the only information that I received were a few before and after photos and I was assured that I will look great and there is no a chance for complications. Then I was rushed to sign a financial agreement without being allowed time to read it and was pushed to provide full payment for the procedure before I was able to see a surgeon. The consultant did not informed me that I will be charged 2495$ if I book the procedure After reading patient reviews I decided that I am not willing to accept the risks and notified the above mentioned business that I would like my pre op appointment and the procedure to be canceled and the 6000 $ refunded . Please note that I was charged 6000 $ instead so call surgical fee of 2495$ . As a nurse who always made sure that all of her patients were well informed about any treatments or procedures and all their questions are answered before they are able to make an informed decision, I believe that above described practice is unfair and that the financial agreement is designed to force the patients to undergo procedures without receiving any information about any risks and possible complications.Business Response

I visited Sono Bello on September 24, 2024 to get a consultation for body contouring . I was told that I was a perfect client for their services. I was asked to pay a $1000.00 deposit so I can get a discount on the services. I was told that I can bring in a cashiers check for the remainder balance on the day of my pre-op appointment with Dr ******** September 26, 2024 was the day of the pre-op with *** ******* Dr ****** stated that he was very uncomfortable with doing any procedure with my arm because of the rod I had placed in it 2 years ago after it was broken. I said ok. I went back to the consultation ***resentative and explained and asked for my refund and she told me that I will have it within 2 weeks. I was contacted by another *** named ***** who yelled at me and told me that the company is not handing out refunds and the consultation *** named ***** was wrong for telling me I can get one. ***** also stated that I better be glad it was just $1000, If the *** is uncomfortable with performing surgery on my arm I am ok with that. This business has used and obtain my personal emails without my consent to email me constantly. I was employed there for a year, but never gave my personal emails for them to use for sales. I have unsubscribed time and time again but they never stop emailing me.
