      Mediocre, they want the money, then they do a mediocre job, and expect the patients not to bother. DO NOT GO THERE.

      Very on professional business and employees.. the charge me extra money for a procedure that I didn't not get, and the told me that the will send me back my balance, is being a month and still not gotten nothing.. that's braking the contract and the word.. I DO NOT recommend this place...

      Some of the staff did not provide proper patient care. I had Lipo in my abdomen area. I requested four areas. I had complications and the doctor suggested to stop the procedure, due to the complications. I did not recover mentally from the procedure complications. I was to by the consultant that I could not get a refund. Then, I was told that my medical files needed to be reviewed, after I requested the medical files that I have not received to date. I am unhappy with my results. The doctor said that due to complications, he could not continue. I asked for a refund to cover the charges of the sections that were not done, which include both arms. Also, my abdomen area was done and I was told to come back. Mentally, after recalling *********************** mother's death after a similar procedure, I could not mentally return. This was not the result I wanted and paid for. Sonobello reps offered other methods. I told them that I preferred a refund or credit the card that was used to finance. They didnt do nothing about it. I am very disappointed of this place and I will never recommend this place to any one. They don't care about customers satisfaction. People should know about this before spending the money and not getting the right result.

      The pain and suffering I have had during and since my liposuction and Abex 7/5/2022 has been extreme and ridiculous. I was awake and had local anesthesia which must not have been done correctly because I felt sharp pain and scraping. I advised Sono Bello prior to the procedure that I was concerned about being awake and I was promised there would be no pain. The Doctor gave me a weak pain killer for recovery and told me to double up. This meant the medication was gone sooner than three days. I sent an email in the morning asking for some additional pain medication and was not answered until after business hours. I dont feel the doctor initially gave me the right medication and the next morning was told to take Motrin or Aleeve when I dont take these as I have had ulcers. I feel I was abandoned. I paid over $10,000 for this procedure and so far just pain and suffering. I believe I may have some PTSD from it. I had not finished my paperwork in the office at preop and someone said it was okay that it wasnt completed - it was put back in the file. I dont think my medical history was complete. The woman I met for my consultation was very nice but this is no way makes up for what I have had to go through. I dont want others to experience this. I have contacted my lawyer regarding this situation.

      F/U to my 1st Post 7/12/22-After explaining my whole experience to **** at Sono Bello, I was offered a $250 gift certificate. I find this unacceptable although I do recognize that they are at least trying. I will not accept this $250 - I will send it back unredeemed. I am finding that the Sono Bello experience continues to be less than satisfactory, now in their attempt to make things right. In addition Im 2 weeks out and dont have the 1 week garment yet. Sono Bello sent the garment out yesterday *** ** but it wont be here until next week when I am at 3 weeks post proceedure. I think $10,300 is a large amount of money more should be done for anyone who goes through days of unnecessary pain and/or negligence.

      I had liposuction and the skin removal on 7/2022. During my pre op apt with my surgeon he was crass and dismissive, upset that I spoke about staging it into 2 apts to get the most of my procedure. I paid 20k for hips, thighs, waist, upper and lower abdomen and pubis with skin removal. I was in tears after the post op apt how the Dr treated me and told me he would do this in all one procedure and no one should of told me it would be staged. I was thinking of canceling the procedure all together. The nursing staff reassured me he was an excellent surgeon and the most aggressive when it came to taking out the fat. I decided to continue on with the process showed up for my procedure. They started with the fluid and lidocaine injections which was painful but tolerable. Once the liposuction started the surgeon started from the right hip and moved his way around my body by the time he got to the left hip I was in excruciating pain moaning and screaming out, did he ever think to stop the procedure and give me more pain medication or more lidocaine, no! I did hear him say to the nurse I told you I need a 3 1/2 an hour for this procedure Im assuming that another person was booked after me and now he was running behind he quickly finished up the left hip I do not feel like he did the same amount of removal from that hip that he did from the right hip one because I was in a lot of pain and two because he was behind schedule.Entire procedure was very painful and I thought that maybe they couldve medicated more or re-medicated to help this procedure be a less uncomfortable. I had my postop visit yet I did not see the surgeon I saw two LPNs who pulled out my drains and told me I was healing wonderfully and gave me all these reassuring little peptalks and how everything would come together. My incision is not very uniform and there is some skin flapping that was sewn in properly Im sure Ill have issues with later on and the left hip is larger than the right hip.
