1 starEgregious Customer Service I paid for a few different scheduled procedures at once (their policy). I was sent out to the ********* area, because I was told the Dr there specilaized in "curvy woman" so I agreed ( That was BS- they send you to offices that need customers). I had the first procdure and although I was told people sleep during these procedures ( they even had me bring my C pap machine) it was so painful the Dr had to stop at one point. I was just ok (not excited) with the outcome because he had to stop it was the outcome I was told to expect. I didn't want to drive 2 hrs just for my 4 week check up so, I asked to do my follow-up locally. I found the Dr's locally did the same thing and had "curvy woman". I spoke to the local office and decided that I would do go through them for my other procedure and deal with the 2 drive referal later. However that isn't the worst part of my complaint. I was getting ready to schedule my second procedure, since it had been paid for, but my health changed. I had some abnormal heart issues. I notified them in July that I would be able to move forward, sent them a copy of my Dr's recommendation that I NOT have any procedure. I took a month to get a reply that I would get the balance refunded to me. *****, told me several times a check was going to be sent to me. Finally I contacted my bank ~ September to reverse my final payment that was resolved. However: the balance of the credit has still not been paid (over 2k) and it's December. now my emails go unanswered. This is so riduculos that I have to reach out to the BBB for help in resolving what I thought to be an easy request. I have all emails and text - I just want my money and move on!Review fromS.Atkins

I went to Sono Bello in **********, the pain, omg ! I'm was screaming and no one asked if I needed more pain meds,or your ok! People heard me screaming from the lobby, be aware!! The doctor was like I got to get this part. My upper back area was not numb on right side!S.Atkins

I had liposuction October 2022, doctor tortured me like animals i had to cry out loud to stop surgery in the middle it so painful procedure, i indure so much pain during surgery and after, it has been six weeks after surgery and i have no sensation and still numbness around my stomach and waist line, i cant perform my physical duty due to pain discomfort and numbness. I regret having this procedure its not worth at all, i paid around 9k for my procedure. ******* ****** and consultant they all lied to me regarding this procedure its awful and very pain procedure with no results at all, i have not loose any weight. I suggest everyone do not consider this procedure its not worth the pain and money. I hope and pray that no one have to go thru this pain ever again. Sono bello is scam and needed to be shut down for good. Every time i call to complain they are giving me run around and excuses, im consulting with my attorney might bring law suits against them. So please please stay away from Sono bello.Sono Bello

She explained the procedure and process she explained that with the less invasive ****************** removal I wouldn't have to be given anesthesia or put to sleep. I was the *********************** ** office on *************. L made special payment arrangements for me and initially I was ***** and decided to review Sono Bello reviews under the Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately I was terrified at the stories and as I kept searching I found simular horror stories on other Reporting Business sites. The other disturbing part was that all of the reviews were very very resent only a few months ago some as recent as this past October 2022. I can't in good conscienceness move forward with your company Sono Bello I am afraid of putting myself in ***** way. I had liposuction on my upper arms and legs in June 2022 and my legs are horrible. My legs look worse than before I had the procedure. I was given false information by the advisor and surgeon. I spent over $9,000.00 dollars with no positive results. I would like my money back. I would not recommend Sono Bello to anyone. I was told by the surgeon that I have excessive skin and need to have the skin removed to get the desired link I want and that would cost an additional $8000 and Sono Bello dont perform this procedure. This was not communicated to me during the pre op visit. The surgeon called after the procedure and said everything went well and I should see the desired results I want. That was a lie.Sono Bello

My procedure was done in 2016.Very misleading and dishonest. They advertise as a permanent fat removal procedure.After my procedure there was no difference they said it will take a few weeks for the swelling to go down That I needed to purchase their body girdle to hold on my stomach in.After every follow up appointment they had some excuse as to why my stomach was still fat. They agreed to see me again in September 2022. They had me undress and put pn their underwear set so they could see my stomach. He has the before and after pictures of the procedure, there is no changes. The ******* said that he would have never performed the surgery on me because I have fat under muscle. If they would have told me this before I paid thousands of dollars beleaving they would make me look like All of their advertising photos of before and after procedure I would have never ever spent that kind of money.They are very dis honest when I received a call back after weeks of me calling she said she was sorry that we were playing phone tag.my definition of phone tag is we miss each other's calls. We didn't play phone tag you never returned any of calls. They said that I wouldn't let them take pictures rhT is another lie. Maybe they don't realize how embarrassing it is to get naked and show your fat. The sergeon nor the nurse asked me if they could take photos. But like I said to her you have the before and after pictures and there is still know changes.You should honor what you advertise znd say when you can see for yourself that your procedure didn't work and reimburse the money backSono Bello

I got the surgery, then requested a revision, because the results were not very good. After paying so much money and seeing the pictures shown in the internet, you expect to see some kind of results or at least honesty. If they were not able to provide good results then why trick people into spending money for no reason. I was offered a free zone and then taken away because I didn't do sign up for the number of areas they wanted me to do that day (but ended up doing anyway). I followed trusting the process, worked out and took even more care of what I eat. But, there has been not big change to my body. During the check *** I didn't get information on how much fat or the skin that was removed. On top of that I have a horrible scar that will not go away not matter what I do.I feel like Sonobello took advantage of me, and I want a refund, because at this point a revision will not do it, it's too painful and I don't trust the process or this location.They should be ashamed of advertising a service that they are not prepared to provide.Sono Bello

1 starThis place should be shut down!! I am mortified by my entire experience at this location. The staff are SALES people not caring health CARE professionals! Avoid having any procedure here at all cost! Cosmetic surgeons should be working to provide the service that a customer is asking for and not trying to sell them as many procedures as they can. I went here looking for a non surgical procedure like CoolSculpt. I had already had s tummy tuck less than a year prior and was very happy with my results. They pushed me into getting lipo, stating that I would get better results, "Its not like regular lipo" its not as invasive as lipo. I'm limited to characters here, so to keep it short, I feel like they lied to me and said whatever it took to get me on the operating table. I never even wanted lipo. I thought what I was getting would be much less invasive than what I received. They removed all of the fat from my upper and lower abdomen leaving a very undesirable look. My skin is very loose in the areas they treated. Also, I wanted to cancel. Their cancelation policy states that I would loose $1,900 if I canceled before seeing the doctor and the FULL $7K if I canceled after I spoke with the Doc only 2 days before the procedure. What was explained to me by the consultant was much different than what the doc had to say. I had a revision scheduled with my original doctor for a small amount of excess skin which was what was causing me to seek out a non surgical procedure in the first place. The consultant told me if I had the lipo I would not need a revision. The doc said I would need it and that I should do them together, however with only 2 days to make that decision it was financially impossible for me, so he told me I would be able to get the excess skin removed in 3-4 months post op. I spoke with him 4 months post op 2 weeks ago, and he is now saying that I have to wait 2 years for any revisions b/c I have "already had so much done in such a short time".
