I spent over $7000 and was promised a bikini body. Instead I am lumpy, not even on both sides, wrinkly and discolored. They canceled two of my last appointments because of staffing issues. One, when I told the nurse how unhappy I was about the results, she tried to sell me several thousand dollars more of a procedure to help "fix" the terrible results that was their fault! The second cancelation, I didn't go back. A friend had a worse experience at the indianapolis location with the same procedure I did. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!

2 starsThis company did not accurately describe its results. They have all kinds of great before and after photos. They do not manage Expectations for individual patients. I invested $5000 and my results were substandard. Buyers beware if you are in reasonably good shape and looking to tweak your physique.Review fromNada E

1 starI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the results of my liposuction procedures. It has now been over a year since my first surgery, and despite undergoing a second procedure, I am still unhappy with the outcome.I paid $9,000 for these procedures, yet my thighs appear almost identical in both the before and after pictures. In fact, the before picture looks better and not saggy, which is extremely disappointing. Additionally, the clinic is 60 miles from my home, and I spent a considerable amount of time commuting for my post-operative appointments, all while waiting for results that never materialized.I endured extreme pain throughout the recovery process, believing that the discomfort would ultimately lead to noticeable results. However, the devastating truth is that even after the second procedure, there has been no change; in fact, my thighs seems worse than before.I understand that healing takes time, but a year is more than enough to evaluate the results. 1 starI did the stomach surgery.
What bothers me is the radio and tv ads I see about how it's a 1 day visit and limited time to recover. It took me 4 weeks to go back to work and I still have issues to this day.
Those ads are not true and I want people to know that. I spent thousands of dollars and all I have is huge scare across my mid section.Review fromDorothy M

I think the commercials are disgusting and they should be ashamed for displaying a woman's body like that. Looks like soft **** to me. Wouldn't be allowed in other countries. We have stopped watching channels that show their commercials. I've seen where they had a lawsuit in '09. Look it up.Sono Bello

I had a consultation with Sonobello in *******. I waited for over an hour to see the consultant ****** who was not a nurse or knowledgeable in the field. She took my weight, height and figured my bmi. She threw out random numbers that seem like they were negotiable based on her view of what could be done. An average of $2095 per area. An actual consult with a surgeon would happen on a "preoperative" appointment costing $495.00. This cost amount would be put toward surgery and was not refundable. To get a surgical consult you must decide to do surgery prior to that. The cost for that decision was $2,495.00 that would be put toward the surgery, also not refundable. For 4 areas the total cost was $12,292.00. I recommend not paying for these "services" which then I was told was not guaranteed results.Sono Bello

I had a procedure done in July 2023. My recovery went well but after the swallowing went down about 6 months later, I am very disappointed in the results, lumpy and a lot of extra skin which I thought was to be gone. I called for follow up visits and it would take 2-3 months to get in to see a surgeon about my concern. They told me because of my age I would still have excess skin. I wasn't happy with that excuse and called to make another appointment to meet with a different surgeon. I feel he said the same thing from the notes in my chart. They suggested I get could consult with the esthetician for further fat sculpting procedures or they could refer me to a plastic surgeon. The AbEx procedure cost 10K and the results did not deliver."Remove unwanted fat AND excess sagging skin from the abdominal area to achieve a sculpted look"Sono Bello

This is a complete scam. High pressure sales under the guise of free consultation which is not free at all. My patient was pressured into signing up and tried to cancel the following day. No one would return calls or emails and then finally they told her they were charging OVER $2000.00 as a surgical cancellation fee when her procedure was not even scheduled to be until December 2023. This was in August. We are filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General and suggest others do the same.Sono Bello

Where do I start? Total waste of money!! 1. I had the procedure about 5 years ago in *****. They gave me a price and when I went to the surgery they said that we never discussed the lower back and we did. They said the day of the surgery, that the lower back would be an additional charge 2. After the surgery at my follow up, I showed them a large lump on my stomach that they missed. I was told it would go away. It didnt!!3. My total fat is back even though I try to eat healthy. TOTALLY A WASTE OF MONEY!!Sono Bello
