    SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM,I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I CANCELED MY ***** MEMBERSHIP, HOWEVER WAS AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED WHEN THE ***** PERIOD ENDEDFOR ANOTHER 3 MONTH. I SPOKE TO A CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE AND A SUPERVISOR AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO DOCUMENTATION OF MY CANCELING THE ACCOUNT, AND THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. THIS IS TOTAL BS!!!! I AM STUCK FOR $18, AND BTW, CLASSMATES.COM *****, IT WAS OF NO HELP IN TRYING TO FIND CLASSMATES FOR MY REUNION. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

    They auto renew and raise the price significantly. Not worth it. I have cancelled and am waiting for a refund.

    I got scammed by classmates I opened a free account I would never get a paid account but was charged $50.00 on 6/13/22 I wrote and spoke to them and they reply its non-refundable.

    This is a scam I sign upyears ago free,now they are charging me $60.00, he'll can not reach them by phone nor email. Tried to use forgotten passwords,changed email,nothing is working,and they " sorry xxxx want answer phone,contact my bank they send me a form to dispute the charge,

    As with so many others, I was surprised yesterday to get an e-mail from PayPal charging $96 to me for Classmates.com renewal of membership. I called to complain. They claim my account was set (not by me) to automatic renewals. I went online and canceled that first, but could not get a refund. As the ** rep stated, You were sent a renewal notice 30 days ago. I had no comeback for that do I hung up. Then I checked ALL my mail and could not find this alleged notice. Thats just bullshit! Im waiting for a call back now. How do these jerks sleep at night?

    They hang up the phone on you and have long wait times. I was told to be patient when I got a strange tracking number when the items were supposedly shipped. They have a bad attitude and are not customer friendly.

    This site is ****, don't sign up at all. They will charge you, NO REFUNDS! They will not work with you or do anything.Material is old, site is old and they don't update it.THIS SITE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CRAP! Don't do reunions or anything else through this lousy service. It should of been taken offline years ago.

    I have just joined Classmates.com and ready to cancel. Many of the links do not open when clicked. I never saw how to register and select a user name and password. I have repeatedly clicked the link that I do not know the password (since I never created one) and although the site claims that it will send an email in 15 min., it has been over two hours and I have received nothing from them.Also, I searched for a former classmate and the person does not come up when all of the classmates are supposedly listed whether a member of the site or not.I paid for three months and will cancel whenever they give me a link for a password. In the meantime, I am going to contact my bank to cancel this rip off.It is a shame that there are sites like this. Avoid www.classmates.com at all costs....especially your money.
