5 starsI have used Redweek now for several years to rent out our timeshare. They make the whole process so simple. Have never had any problems and have been completely happy with each detail of the process. I would recommend Redweek to anyone that wants to rent out their timeshare. 5 starsWe have used Redweek as both a buyer and seller of vacation weeks and we have never had a problem. The Redweek web site lets users assess what is a fair price for both timeshare sales and rentals. Our experience with Redweek handling of timeshare rental contracts has always been a positive experience. Absolute worst customer service. Will never rent through Redweek again. My Daughter decided to tryout for cheer after we planned a vacation and I cant get help to change the date which is during cheer camp which she can not miss. So I lose $2500. The owner ignores my emails and Redweek wont step in to help me.

Thanks so much for sharing your experience and we're sorry to hear that changing dates isn't an easier process. It's important to know that Owner's reservations are very different from regular hotel reservations, in that many times owners have to reserve weeks up to a year in advance and availability is always very limited.
In your case, **************** is usually booked almost solid in June and there is little liklihood that the owner will be able to accommodate your request. However, as a courtesy, we've been trying very hard to reach out to the owner to see if there's any possibility of any change at all.

5 starsI have been using RedWeek (RW) since 2016. If the rating scale would go to a 10 I would rate it a 10 without question. I ************ shares on RW and I'm most satisfied. Matter of fact, I don't know what I'd do without RW. RW has wonderful exposure, very inexpensive, allows me to post anywhere from 1 to 14 days or more days My common posting is 5,6,or 7 days. If looking for a vacation, RW is it. much less expensive to use or join, verified and secure and most all times much much less than a hotel.( my guess would be ***** percent less)I love RedWeek and will continue using them - FYI I have used other sites for my postings - no comparison and when I found RedWeek I was hooked for good.Sincerely **************,Review fromStephen L
