    Have used RedWeek on multiple occasions to rent various Marriott timeshares. Have not experienced any problems. Its important to note that they are a broker connecting to independent parties. As I am a conscientious Owner and I always fret a bit that there might be a complication when the renter arrives on property. I want their vacation to be uncomplicated. To date I have not had any issues with this. A recent change by MVCI caused an issue with name change verification. With some delay, and a bit of a long wait on hold, I was able to call RedWeek. After speaking with **** (Kudos to him BTW) he helped me solve the problem. Id have to say being able to reach a Red Week customer service agent directly via phone is a weakness. I did have to wait through the weekend since they do not appear to have customer service agents on the weekend. ********************** might consider that people who use the full service option have a named direct contact (including a telephone #) whom I could deal with rather than multiple email contacts.

    We have used Redweek over the past few years to rent our unused timeshares and on each and transaction they have been absolutely wonderful to work with. In one transaction we had a renter that was being very difficult to deal with and Redweek stepped in without hesitation to address the problem and put the problem renter on the proper path. Their process in posting, renting and consummating the transactions are simple, quick and seamless. We highly recommend using Redweek!

    I am very happy with the results of renting my 3 ***** weeks on Red Week.Working with a third party handling rental reservations, payments is very comforting to person from say ************* renting from a time share owner in *********.I would be even more happy, if I received my rental monies at the same time that RedWeek receives full rental payments.
