User friendly system with personable representatives. I have used Redweek for multiple rentals and have always been happy and well satisfied. Prompt attention to inquiries.

I used my timeshares when my grandchildren were small. Now we dont vacation together as much. My maintenance has soared to $6,000 a year. Without Red Week, I would have been forced to get rid of them. The staff is so courteous and they resolve issues and provide assistance in a very professional manner.

Red Week provides quick professional services. I have successfully rented three timeshares over the last two years and could not be more satisfied with the results.

I've had luck renting my timeshare weeks on Redweek. My experience this week has me disappointed in Redweek's service and more.I posted a rental on Redweek, using the ***** ***************************** I followed the prompts, & successfully listed the rental. Redweek posted the listing as ********************* Another *************** found my listing on Redweek, sent an inquiry to confirm the phase location of the unit. That's all they confirmed. The other ************** signed the contract & rented on behalf of their guest. Redweek accepted their payment. 3 days later, the other ************** asks to cancel the reservation stating "Our guest has mobility issues and the loft will not work for them" and they want 100% refund of the non refundable deposit. I reached out to Redweek for assistance. Instead of contacting me, Redweek cancelled the reservation, posted my listing again, & refunded 100% of the deposit. They claim I misrepresented the unit. I have so many questions about how this was handled. I've sent multiple ********************************** has yet to contact me. What's the purpose of ********************* If my listing should have had a tag that said it was a Loft, why didn't they catch it in the Verification process? It's on the reservation confirmation. Isn't that part of Verification? There is a clause in the signed contract that states: "If Renter has specific needs or requests that will affect their travel (i.e. accessible unit/ground floor, pets, etc.), the Renter must verify these factors with the Owner/RedWeek prior to submitting Rent Payment to avoid cancellation penalties."The other ************** never asked about accessibility. But Redweek refunded 100% of their non-refundable deposit. All without discussion or communication with me. Verified & Protected should mean the same for both sides of the ************************************ needs to communicate with individual customers when a problem does arise. I was not protected in this transaction.

This is the 1st time that I used RedWeek to rent my timeshare. The process was very easy and when I had questions they were very helpful. They were very responsive and quick to get back to me through email or text. I definitely plan to use them again.

I used RedWeek for the first time to rent our timeshare in ****** and was completely satisfied with the ease of using them. It took about four months to rent, which gave me plenty of time before loosing any points, and they walked me thru the process the whole way. I had many questions being a newbie, and found everyone I dealt with extremely knowledgeable and helpful.I would highly recommend this service to anyone who has a timeshare or property to rent as they are very helpful and easy to use.

I am new to RedWeek so this is my first transaction. We were unable to use our reserved 2 timeshares in ****** and it was super easy to post our units on RedWeek and get them rented. RedWeek was super helpful at every step and very organized, since I was not.
