    The representative I talked to was extremely disrespectful, lied multiple times, and used threats to get me to pay a debt I believe I was fraudulently charged with. I told her I was seeking a lawyer and her response was that Id never win. "Why pay a lawyer when you're still going to have to pay this bill?" I told her the only way I could pay it off is by giving her my entire income for the next 7 months and that I'd end up being homeless. Her response was ***** or Mastercard?". I tried to negotiate a reasonable payment plan and she told me the total was due in full within 30 days of the date on the notice. There was no option for a payment plan. This is when she demanded I take a loan from my 401k. I told her I didn't want to do that and she repeatedly asked me why not. She called me a child and asked why I wasn't taking this seriously. That's when she told me she declared my bill as a "willful denial to pay" and she would be reporting it to the credit bureau right then despite it not being 30 days yet. I never saw the original bill before it was sent to debt collections. The bill is from an apartment complex I lived in for 13 days. I moved out on 6/3/2025. The apartment complex sent me a bill for $25,382.24 on 6/11/2025. The debt collector sent me a bill on 6/19/2025. Both bills were sent to the address for the apartment unit in question. The bills had to be forwarded to my new address. I got both bills on the same day. The bill was sent to collections so quickly so the management company could double bill for the unit and make it "look" like that wasn't what they were doing. And then I get told I'm acting like a child, demanded to take out a loan from my 401K, and threatened with being reported to credit bureau despite the bill not being past the due date. She willing to let me be homeless in order to pay the debt, and then she told me I wasn't taking this seriously. How is this okay? This is harassment. This is why your company has a 1.05 BBB rating.

    I received calls from this business about a debt to the apartment complex that I had not paid a balance and the calling number from carrier show scam. I asked the agent if this was a scam and she hung up. The next day they sent me a letter in the mail. I called again and this time I was transferred to another collections employee who was bullying, threatening, rude and did not want to answer my questions. I told her I have all the documents proving that I do not owe anything and she said there was an error in the eviction letter that I read to her but she said that I should argue with her and pay or they would report me. Every time I called I was transferred to this uncooperative woman. I sent the documents proving that I am not in debt to Apartment by mail and I called a week later to confirm that they received them. She claimed that they had not received them yet and that if they did receive them it would take months to review them. I asked for an email to confirm that they received my paid housing bills and she refused to give it to me either. We contacted the complex and they reviewed it and found that I do not owe anything because the missing month was paid to the previous owner but they asked me to deal with it. The complex apartment manager has contacted them with the same information. This company is unprofessional and works in a threatening and pressuring manner.

    This is the worst company that I've ever spoken with. It sounds like two college kids in an office. I spoke with a gentleman named ***** and I explained to him that this is all my credit and how can I get a payment plan but I wasn't able to pay $500 a month and he laughed and scoffed at me and said how do I expect to get this off my credit report if I can't make any payments . We were well past the point of getting it off of my credit report because I know I need to make payments or the full balance and ***** on the phone, heard some frustration in my voice and started screaming that I did not have to get mad at him. I'm the one who can't pay my bills and got myself in this situation. It's not his fault.. and he said good luck with getting an apartment because you can't and hung up in my face. Then I called back and requested a supervisor and got another young man, and when I tried to explain the situation, he totally blew me off because he clearly was in the same office as *****. And by the end of the call said you can't get anywhere with ***** and you can't get anywhere with me and you'll never get a home because you're not gonna be able to pay this bill basically throwing in my face the reason why I called was to get the bill situated. Both representatives basically argued with me on the phone no professionalism called me a liar, and both hung up in my face without giving me any information to clear this up. They need to be shut down and they shouldn't be handling anyone's debt or have anyone's personal information. They have over 500 complaints and they also have lawsuits.

    Honestly wish I could leave 0 stars with the most unprofessional debt collector company I have dealt with. I called because I received a letter saying I owed money to my previous apartment complex (which the apts never sent me a letter, email, nothing stating I owed money), and that first interaction I wanted to dispute. They explained the process, short and simple. Between yesterday and today, they called me 6 times while I was at work, ILLEGAL! I answered and this debt collector agency gives ZERO options aside from having to pay the full amount. I asked to setup up a payment plan, they asked a whole lot of questions giving the impression they were going to help me out, then they say that I didnt qualify for a payment plan. I had to pay un FULL. I kept telling them, well I cant. They proceeded to ask if I can ask other people to pay for it me. Like really? Be for real! I explained I dont have anyone to do that favor for me and they just transferred me to a so called supervisor without me requesting one. The supervisor was 10 times worse! I told her I recently became a single mom of 3 paying everything by myself and then she got sarcastic stating its called adulthood you put yourself and your kids in this position. LIKE WHAT! I couldnt believe the words I was hearing. I called again to speak with someone elseno difference whatsoever. Treated me like I was stupid, talked over me, yelled at me, Im surprised they didnt cuss me out. They suggested I get an attorney to explain it to me. Again, treating me like Im dumb. I would love to get an attorney to sue them!

    FAMA BAH is absolutely HORRIBLE! Her call logs should go into the WHAT NOT TO DO in customer service files. She purposely tried to increase payment and withheld important information when repeatedly asked for it. It took DAYS for a simple email that she promised after resolving case! I lost housing due to all this! This is unacceptable! Cause more financial harm is absolutely unacceptable.

    I do not ant to give this company any stars at all! This collection agency's behavior is bullying and possibly illegal. They refuse to send a paper accounting and will not say why the amount they are demanding is so much more than the original debt and they can't subtract either! I think this is fraudulent and against the law - there are laws that insist that collection agencies be clear with people as to what is charged and cannot be outrageous in any fees, and why amounts are charged. IQ Data International does none of this. They have harassed us and demanded over $800 more than the original debt and refused or ignored my requests for a paper copy of the account. If I could afford a lawyer, I would start a lawsuit!

    I just had my first interaction with I.Q data international *** I called because I received a letter I spoke to **** ****** how ever u spell his last name. he was very unprofessional in every manner possible. I ask how do I go about dispute he kept saying you can do that but it won't matter, just obnoxious and rude. I asked hey your being rude can I speak to someone else he said no and stood on the phone silently until I hung up. I even stated I understand what your job initial but you don't have to be rude about it and his response was well ok I'm telling you it won't go anywhere. This day and age I guess good customer service is not a thing. Now that I can think about it first time I called they told me they bout to close in 10 mins can I call back a different day lol. Like how did they become a business fr. Theyre unrealistic they should be shut down.

    These people are pure evil. They are completely unethical and I have 0 idea how they are even in business. Id leave a -100 if I could. They are unreasonable and never willing to reason with anybody. The first interaction I had with them, the woman had a self righteous attitude and wasnt willing to work with me AT ALL. She lied and notated in my account that she offered me a settlement when she NEVER did. The second time I called back I got transferred to a manager who again was very nasty, unprofessional and unreasonable. She word for word said to me beggars cant be choosers and I replied yeah and you guys are the beggars! THEY are trying to collect the debt but arent ever willing to work with anyone for what we can pay??? How do they even stay funded??? I wish i would have checked the reviews before dealing with the likes of these minimum wage, brain washed bots. PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME DEALING WITH THESE LOW LIVES!!!

    I just had my first interaction with IQ Data International. I had never heard of them before a random phone call telling me that I owed money I knew nothing about and should not have been my debt anyway. Apparently, there was $111.14 owing for services from when I left my old apartment that my roommate was responsible for. I received no letters, emails, or other contact about this matter previously. After threats about my credit rating and telling me I had to pay, I did pay. Very unimpressed with the threats and intimidation. Horrible bunch of people.

    I received a call from ****** about an outstanding debt I had. I asked him several time to call me after my work hours and he just ignored my request and continued to be rude and aggressive about verifying my information. I then hung up since I was at work and not able to have a lengthy conversation. I called back, requested someone else and was told that is not possible and he then told me that if i verified my address first we could transfer and then did not. I asked to speak to his supervisor and she was even worse. She was beyond rude and condescending. She was upset that I wanted to speak to someone else besides ****** and that I was now "interrupting her day and her duties" and when I reiterated that I would like someone else she stated I was being difficult and rude. Worst company ever
