  This company is a sham. Contacted me with an aggressive, arrogant attitude with no notice or prior communication. Claimed to have attempted several times, but i can track the call and it was never made in the past. Continued to push for payment that was unknown to me, with no supporting documentation and no evidence whatsoever. I would recommend this company be banned from what they are doing. Unprofessional and abusive. If i ever have a chance i will do everything in my power to let people know to avoid ever speaking to them. I would give zero starts, but they will not allow a post without one star.

  My husband and I received a very rude and threatening phone call from this company saying that we owe a debt to our last apartment complex. We were not only wrongfully evicted from the complex, but an a judge ordered that the complex not report the eviction on our credit file, but also asked them not to charge a lease break fee because we did not break our lease. This phone call was the first that we heard of the debt and it was so upsetting to have someone not only tell us this, but to be rude and threaten legal action and use a very demeaning tone was just appalling. I guess people tend to forget that we are human beings.

  I have a letter from IQ DATA agreeing to a pay for delete agreed upon between the law firm I hired and IQ DATA. The debt was paid for the **** Apartments and IQ DATA has not followed up on their end of the agreement. They have in fact left this account open on all my credit bureaus with an updated amount of the difference. This account needs to be deleted immediately as agreed upon or IQ DATA is in direct violation of agreement and will be sued. Do not agree to ANY agreements in paying this credit collector as they do not follow through on their end.

  I've had to file a complaint with the consumer financial protection bureau for a **** on my credit report from an apartment complex who falsified paperwork to try, and bill me for damages and then sent it to IQ Data who demands payment. Even after supplying documentation proving I was not responsible it's still on my credit report. Even after disputing it it's still on my credit report. IQ Data is not interested in doing whats right even with proof, they just want the MONEY! ************

  I spoke to three different representative from this company from rep to the supervisor all were very rude and unprofessional. I tried to explained that the **** government program paid in full my old apartment balance and that there was no damage to my apartment. I also explained I took pictures and an employee move into my unit days after I moved out. When I was talking the supervisor hung up on me . When I called back a supervisor name *******************************, kept talking over me while I was trying to explain how the apartment company changed owners and that I was offered a new lease agreement and that I did not owe anything. This collection company is not honest with collection practices and rude to customers.This company need to be under investigation fraudulent claims.
