    During covid, my apartment wanted to evict me, after some heavy research, it was EASIER to have a broken lease over an eviction. Little did I realize that, that was a mistake despite the research. I got a letter from **** and called them to set up a payment arrangement. I told them I went through my budget and let them know that it was what I could afford. They flat out told me NO, said they REFUSE to work with me, and illegally tried to convince me to have SOMEONE ELSE pay those debts, or to get a loan! They had no right to try to convince me to ask someone else or get a loan. Which I wouldn't have been approved for a loan to begin with anyway! I felt harassed when they kept calling, and finally told them I do not want ANY contact from them and to stop harassing me. This company is HORRIBLE, their workers clearly do not mind abusing laws, rights and customers. Do NOT waste your time with trying to negotiate with them, and if you decide to try anyway, have some other way to record your phone call, cause it's a nasty disrespectful business. I don't know how in the world they have remained in business.

    Only one of the three agents were helpful at all. One hung up on me and another put me on hold, never to return. Not a good experience at all. Especially for someone who was only trying to do the right thing.They would not give me a manager's name or contact info.

    ******* and ************** Apartment(RPA) = Full of Phony Baloney, it's sad they claim to be Americans at other's expense.(RPA) is using creative Fraudulent accounting + "a figment of their imagination" and created a Bogus claim/file/discriminate against a Disabled Veteran/male and a Black Woman/female to scam and shake us down, months after they examined and okayed the apartment was in pristine condition(the property manager accepted and cashed the lease buy-out check and was under no duress).The move-out was precipitated after the black woman was stalked on their property just after move-in, The ************ sent out a few patrol officers and two(2) police reports were filed with the police, then we proceeded with the buy-out. We disputed and opted-out paying their additional Phony claims/charge with the Tulsa BBB and we won, then *** even went as far to sell the bogus claim to a collection company and put a ding on my credit report. Remember, this was written with love and in a non-judgmental [yet] factual manner.We stand by our ^^^ first-hand account = God as our Witness.We simply want to warn others of this abysmal company/people behind the mask and how they leech more money from us (and we still even have a signed letter from the property manager we have a zero account balance at move-out - she cashed our check as payment in full and and she was under No Duress when she cashed the check) - this is so You the public can be informed/warned and Protect Yourself. #NoTariffs

    Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful! Specifically ****** ***** claiming to be some head huncho. He didnt like that I was not enthusiastic about the call. He then said to me this is hurting you more than its hurting me Prior to speaking with him **** ******** suggested I take out a loan or do debt consolidation through my bank to rectify this balance. To an apartment complex that is run by idiots and they refuse you any corporate information so you can call for yourself and try to work out anything. The property manager claims corporate works from home and she WILL NOT provide their information.

    This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with in my entire life. The *** should be involved. On March 19th, they berated and threatened my daughter who only asked questions and to seek clarity. He basically was humiliating her by the end of the conversation. She hung up and was in severe destress and anxious. So incredibly unprofessional. How are they still in business after operating like this? With laws, how are there recordings and they are still in business? Awful beyond words.

    I'd give a negative 5 stars. Very unprofessional and rude. Was hung up on multiple times. Over talked etc... All I got to say is what you put out will come back to you eventually. Also working at a call center for a debt collector. If the tables were turned they would know how a person owing a debt feels. Just remember you reap what you sow.

    Raggedy mf talk crazy I would have slapped this dude in the mouth if he spoke like that to me face to face.Apartment just give these guys their debt and no information. I hope someone treats yall kids the way yall treat people.Also he was wrong in all the information he have me.If your going to act pompous at least be correct.

    I called to pay my debt off and instead this lady took my information that I was thinking was in regards to my debt. she enrolled me into a monthly payment for debt surveillance that I never okayed her to do! Im very upset and have to wait until Monday to call them when they open.

    Complaint against IQ Data International, specifically against "Kerpatrick" (unsure about how he spells his name). I called IQ Data International inquiring about a letter I received entitled "Disposition of Security Deposit". Kerpatrick asked for the account number on the letter. I could not find an account number. I asked him where it is on the letter. The response "somewhere near the top". I told I still cannot find it stating since the letter originated from his company he should be able to tell me exactly where it is ... again Kerpatrick said it's somewhere near the top. I admit to being angry with his response and angrier with his attitude. Kerpatrick hung up on me. I called back immediately another fellow answered the call, I requested to speak to the department manager. This *** said nothing, just sent the call to Kerpatrick. When Kerpatrick answered I immediately stated "you're the manager and you hung up on me"! The conversation reverted to my again telling him he should be able to tell me exactly where my account number is. Kerpatrick became sarcastic stating "you have a piece of paper that is 81/2 by 11 in your hand and it is somewhere on the letter". I told him I will look up the company on ****** and file a complaint against him. He responded I won't find the company on ******. I hung up on him. This is only the beginning of how I intend to address my complaint. This concerns the apartment complex I was living in**Haven at *********************" in ******** ******.

    them to set up a reasonable payment plan for a past rental balance, and they told me I had to apply for at least three loans and show proof of denial before they would even consider it.When I requested written confirmation of this ridiculous policy, they refused and claimed they dont use email anymore. Their representative, *****, was aggressive and hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor.They are using predatory tactics to pressure people into full payments instead of working with them fairly.
