  This business is terrible.I needed to leave my apartment a month prior my lease was up due to being laid off because of COVID and I didnt want to get evicted. The apartment complex office was aware of the situation when I retuned keys. Months after IQ Data sent letters to my new place requesting payment which the amount didnt match with what it could have been if any late fees/penalties I could have gad god leaving early. I sent mail back via certified mail and return receipt asking for documentation which they sent partially. I replied back acknowledging some charges and be willing to pay for those snd ask them to send me info for payment. They never did. A YEAR later I get another later saying that they could make an offer of 50% off, and when i called them for further questions, people were rude, trying to get payment right away, even using Cash app (which is so sketchy) threatening me that if I didnt pay they will go after my wife, and interest will go up every day. They tried to say that I was refusing payment which I said no, that I was refusing to pay. Why no entity has done nothing about this? Why I keep reading complaints about this company and they still exist? The ways they try to collect payment and scare people is ilegal.

  Honestly, they are just down right rude. Certain customer service agents will literally yell and also I have been cursed out on one occasion. I understand collecting is their jobs but no reason to be that rude at all. I honestly dont even know how they havent been sued for harassment with the extremes they take it to.

  I just got a call on MLK day. *** on the phone did his little script saying I was in collections because of an appartment I lived in several months ago. Never heard anything from my appartments. but I aprently owe 200 dollars for a water bill. Maybe I do maybe its a mistake. **** in short they demanded money in that exact moment on a holiday moments after first finding about owing money to anyone. But not giving me the opportunity to validate the debt and to demand money while making threats is unacceptable behavior.

  These people are actual criminals. I have worked for collections in the past and I know its a necessary asset for the economy, sometimes financial hardships happen, sometimes people do not realize debts were not paid, I moved out ******* covid and was told I did not have move out fees. Apparently I did. But in collections or not they have no right to treat people the way they do. While I was in collections we could work with people to pay their debts off and sure we would push but these people will straight up harass you. They will yell at you and demean you. They told me not to pay my rent or my other bills to pay them off the guy told me he bought a house and boat from this job and his morals are fine. Again collections or not you can still act right. And I know this complaint will go nowhere but if you can just pay these people off and try not to talk to them. They Weill legit harass you.

  Negative stars!!!They called me to collect lease break fee $4732 that we PAID 12 days after we moved out from Se.re.nade apartment. The guy ******** was RUDE. I was ***** talking to him coz it wasn't our fault at all. My money left my bank months ago. And he raised his voice back at me that i got mad at the wrong people and that pi.ssed me off! I was raising my voice back coz he made me mad. I wasn't trying to be rude or mad. I told him his system Suc.ks! And I still have to deal with these people again as long as my problem isn't solved. They suck!

  I spoke to a representative this morning named *************************** who claimed that she was the supervisor . She is easily one of the rudest people Ive ever been in contact with . I noticed I had an account in collection for damages at an apartment totaling **** dollars . I am able and more than happy to pay it and wanted to get information . When I called to ask for information she told me the total and I said ok thank you for the information and she made the comment can you pay or not ? If not dont waste her time . Ive never dealt with anyone that bad in customer service . Unfortunately Ill have to call back the company in order to get the issue resolved , but I hope I never have to come into contact with them again .

  These are the worst they are unprofessional,disrespectful and disgusting. I wanted to know who I owed and they said they could tell me that information. This crazy and i talked to 3 different people all of them where very rude and tried to raise there voices at me until they hung up the phone. I stay getting credit alert cause these people change the balance every week. They are a total scam and i would rather keep whatever it is on my reports before i give these people any money.

  If I could give them -0 I would. I received a very very threatening call from *****. Demanding that I pay for breaking my lease. I explained to him my lease hadn't been broken and that I was on a month-to-month lease and I sent notice to the apartments that I would be moved by April 2021. He went through I didn't pay the rent for **** (of course, I didn't I was moved out) I stated to him why I didn't sign a new lease and because I went month to month my rent went from $1850 to $2300. I also told ***** I cleaned the apartment and I have pictures of the apartment being clean. I would pay for other damages but refuse to pay $7500. (which later in the conversation went to $8400) ***** basically suggested that I file a police report. I have never been contacted prior to this and was told that "because of covid the file was on his desk" this company called me 2 Fridays and demanded payment. Refuses to work with you

  If I can leave 0 stars I would. They contacted me on a debt I had no knowledge of and they added $400 in interest. ************************* harassed me to no end when I told them I couldn't afford it they proceeded to yell at me and say if I didn't apply for loans and find a co-signer they would be forced to report to the credit bureau. And they asked for social security number and some other things. They forced me to pay $100 to get them off my case for one day. Then I had to call everyday by 4pm or they would be forced to proceed my account to further action. I kept getting argued with when I couldn't afford things. I told them constantly I can't afford it. They proceeded to Hang up when I couldn't afford. They took money out that wasn't authorized by me and when I questioned it they denied such action. The manager yelled at me when I asked for an extension to pay. I called her a name in anger and proceeded to call me a mother *. After I filed bankruptcy they kept contacting me in letter form. I told them to communicate with my attorney. I want to file a lawsuit on them and if anyone else wants to join let me know. It's time for IQ Data International to be taken care of.

  If I could no stars I would. Bunch of bullies. They are accusing me of refusing to pay them. Asking whats in my bank account and what other debt I have. Its none of their **** business. I told them I have barely been able to financially survive like everyone else and they dont give two s**** I had a guy who would not give up until I gave him a card number and I expressed many times that I dont and would not have the money. I may have had some but I got laid off and my bf got Covid. But thats somehow my fault. These people are disgusting bullies. I have also shown proof several times I cant get a loan. The first time I never heard back. They suggested a credit card. How when I cant get a loan? I hope they go out of business. Slime covered rodents.
