      The representatives I spoke with were helpful and resolved the questions about my missing ******* main concern with Ziply, however, has to do with the increasing costs for their services. I see no attempts to keep costs down. I first got their fiber optic TV, phone and internet service through *******, which became Frontier, and now Ziply, and under Ziply the costs have skyrocketed. Ziply may want subscribers like us to switch to streaming through **** or some other service, but we prefer the channel listings and cable boxes we currently use for the selections and ease of use, and we do supplement all of that with our Roku devices for ******** Hulu, etc. I am sure that you could reduce your charges and offer the same level of service. We first signed up for our fiber service with the promise that it would be superior, and it has been very good, except for the rapidly increasing costs. Please bring your costs down.

      I have had only a great experience with Ziply so far. The service is more reliable and speedy than any other internet connection Ive had before. I work remotely and have come to depend on Ziply quite a bit and they have delivered 99% of the time at least. I would recommend their service to almost anyone but especially those that desire high speeds.

      I was told that Ziply was better than ******* Xfinity. I had nothing but trouble from the very beginning. I attempted to take over service at my new home address and immediately after creating an account I was told that my order couldn't be processed. I spent a week of back/forth on the phone to get the previous account disconnected (even though the previous owner had already done that a month before and had email confirmation). I worked with customer service who said they would correct the issue and that I would get a call back the next day to set up service. I got no such call, but I did get ***eated calls from the sales department asking me to call to confirm my address. It's clear to me the customer service and sales departments don't talk to each other. I had one failed attempt to resolve with someone from sales who parroted the same issue about a previous account existing. Finally, I spoke to a sales *** who was able to cancel the account, but said I had to wait a full day to set up a new account. We set up the new account and a date for the install. On the day of the install, after calling Ziply to inquire about my install window because 30 minutes were left I finally get a message that the technician was running late. One hour goes by. Two hours go by. The technician never shows and there is no update to the status. I decided I wanted internet immediately, so I went back to my ******* account and activated new service at my address. Within an hour, I had set up all my old equipment and was using my high-speed internet. So much for Ziply's customer service, which they pride themselves on.

      Charge and charge and charge away for less and less service. DHL connectivity pretty bad and service has increased including an outrageous "rental fee" for router. Fiber goes right down *********** to other "more populated" neighborhoods but they won't bring it into my smaller community. BUT! rest assured, billing has increased. No other options so....kerplunk.

      The young woman who assisted me should be a hiring model if women such as this can be readily found. The sincerity of this representative's concern was well beyond my expectations while I have always Ziply and its employees in high esteem. Thank You **** ******

      Absolutely the best service and support (and it needs very little of the latter, in my experience). The service has remained up though all our power failures (I have our network on a ***** I dealt a lot with customer service a lot initially because they were just moving into our neighborhood when I signed up and had just broken off from *******. The people I worked with were fantastic. I recently had to call them with a simple billing question and quickly got an answer from a great *** without a lot of waiting.
