  Ive been a Ziply Fiber customer for over two years now, and yes there have been a few questions regarding billing (always turned out to be errors on my part), each Ziply Fiber representative I spoke with, in these matters, has ALWAYS been nice, understanding, and helpful ! And a company that treats their customers like that, definitely gets my business!??

  Service worked as sold. Installer was amazing and bent over backwards to make sure that everything we needed was accomplished. Our installer named CHANCE even answered some questions as a local because we are new to the area.

  What a great service. Easy to sign up and schedule the installation. The technician was prompt and professional. The service was up and running in about an hour. I used my own WiFi router but found it was too old to actually allow me to obtain the network speeds I signed up for. A new purchase of a more recent model router immediately allowed me to obtain the up/down speeds I expected. Since installation, about 3 months ago, I had had no interruptions or slow downs. A very positive experience.

  I have had nothing but a positive experience, which is quite refreshing these days. The installer was very knowledgeable and offered me some great tips. He identified a dead zone in my house, which just so happened to be my office where I work from home. That explained why I had been having so many issues with a previous provider; although that wasn't the only issue with the WiFi internet service I had previously. The solution the Ziply installer recommended is working like a charm. My internet has been solid for the past couple of months. My son, who was constantly complaining about losing connection while he is gaming, hasn't complained once since we switched to Ziply Fiber.

  I have had Ziply for several months now and it has been great! Connection goes out occasionally but the customer service has always been fantastic, very friendly and helpful and it is fixed in minutes. Previously had Spectrum which had to be reset once a month and their customer service was a nightmare. Definitely recommend Ziply.

  After some issues with the install appointment everything has been flawless. The speeds are reasonably priced. I dont encounter service interruptions which is fantastic. They have provided me with a well priced, reliable internet service. The times Ive called their help desk my issues have been promptly fixed.
