      We had Ziply for a month, and after the slowest Internet speed weve ever gotten, we canceled them. About three weeks later while Im at work, they show up unannounced to take their cable back, and in the meantime, destroyed the front of my house. They dented and cracked my siding, mangled a piece of roof flashing, completely removed a piece of trim (which Im assuming they damaged in retrieving their cable), cut wires and left them hanging all over the front of the house. They left their box and trash and broken branches all over my driveway. The worst part is they showed up unannounced and definitely did not have permission to be on my property. They also disconnected our other Xfinity cables, and left us with no **************** for two days now (still havent heard back from them). This is beyond laziness or negligence, it seemed personal, and that they treated us like this because we canceled their service. The damage to the front of the house is so extensive I have to have a contractor come out and fix it.

      **************** hung up on me. Second call next day they said I didnt have an accountthe one they verified at the beginning of the call. Router never connected to my devices

      The guy that came out to install left all of his garbage all over my house and yard, all the way out to street, to the point where I keep finding it with my bare feet over a week later. Stepping on plastic pieces and trash day after day is so frustrating. Wiring run around the house is sloppy, loose and ugly. This guy clearly doesnt give a fk about customers or his job. ******* does a better installation job than this, which is so disgusting to say. Dude also left a huge dump in my toilet and didnt flush. Love that.

      we have been customers since it was verision then frontier, they have always raised their prices but never done any upgrades for us. then I changed to streaming and we now have faster internet and better tv. when I asked why we were never given the same service as new customers they just said we were on a old program. just as long as you pay your bill they are happy. but do not expect any service.

      Worst installation process ever. I have showed up for multiple missed appointments with them. I still don't have service and they closed my ticket had to reschedule again for subpar DSL internet service.

      I've had no problem with them across the board. ******** spent time and patience explaining every question I had. Again, installer did the same thing. Dropped internet service I've had for 13 years because cost kept going up and up.

      They are not sending my monthly Telephone bill and they want me to pay online, which is i do not agree. I am collecting my all my utility bills for my future references. I complained this situation before and solved the issue. Now they started again.

      Had a Account Manager named ********************* set up an appointment to install Ziply after I told him I that I didn't wanna work with him, because he was vague and would not call back. I set up an appointment online to learn that he made an appointment for me and stopped my order from going through. He even scheduled it for a Wednesday, when even when I talked to him I specially stated that I wanted it installed on a weekend and he assured me that it was possible. He got the dates of scheduling wrong twice before I gave up on using him. I haven't even started this service and they are a awful company.
