      Very good trouble shooting hints and instructions for us, I think he should be cloned! We had a message from my husbands ** that it " Could not find the *** ". He had several suggests. Very pleased, he even asked to wait while we tried some of them, when we got to having to move the ** we said we would hang up. He said call back if you don't get it fixed. The next thing worked, and I could't think of how to call him.Will call again, if we have the need!!!

      I was lied to by your employee. He said he took off the late fee, and my bill would be $99.00, not $112.00 it is still $112.00

      Both the service and customer service rep ******** have been fantastic. My only regret is that I didn't "cut the cable" earlier. Ziply and streaming provide a significantly better experience.

      Ziply Fiber has always been responsive when I have had a problem with phone or internet service. The customer service people have been diligent in trying to solve my problems, usually successful. However, I intensely dislike having to bill my credit card automatically in order to prevent an additional $5 charge.

      Ziply has provided reliable and affordable internet service for streaming shows and working remotely, and for day to day computer and cell WiFi. I called recently to inquire about increasing our Mbps, and The kind and capable customer service **** did a great job upgrading us from 30Mbps to 100Mbps, and reducing our monthly rate! Great company, great people and great service. I couldnt ask for more!
