      Great internet speeds, terrible service I was perfectly happy with my Ziply service up until I closed my account. The internet speeds were great and they were easy to work with That all changed when I closed out my account. I closed my account on day 1 of the billing cycle. I was assured by the agent that I spoke to that I didn't need to worry, that the bill would be resolved, and I wouldn't have to pay anymore Fast forward several months, I receive letter that I have a bill sent to collections and it's from Ziply. I spoke with an agent on their customer service portal online and was assured it was a mistake, that I wouldn't have to do anything, they would resolve it Weeks go by and my account is resolved. I follow up with a call and after an hour of waiting, I'm told there's nothing they can do and that it's out of their hands. "Go deal with collections" was their response It's not about the money. It's about the repeated assurances that turned out to be false and that ultimately wound up threatening my credit. It's about the time wasted on dealing with this, and the hassle of dealing with something I was done with months ago Terrible, terrible, terrible service Go use any other provider, Ziply is horrible

We have recently dealt with a swath of unforeseen billing issues and errors, and fear you may have gotten caught up in that loop while trying to cancel service with us.       Ziply was super responsive to my complaint and helped resolve the billing issue on their side. Very happy with Ziply's response and help with resolving my issue. Their internet service is great. This was unfortunate but they took care of everything so in the end I'm happy

      I called Ziply regarding a billing issue which was resolved to my satisfaction almost immediately! The agent I talked to was professional and listened to my concerns and made me feel like she cared and understood. I have been with Ziply for a year and do recommend them highly whenever anyone asks about them.

      Ziply has been a very good and reasonably priced internet provider that I have had since before they were bought and were going by the name of ********. The representatives I have spoken too have always been very polite and caring and a great help with any issues that I may have had which I didn't have really any issues at all. The internet service that they provide has been great and stable with very few outages even with stormy weather or accidents.

      My area doesn't have access to fiber or even "cable" internet service. We've been stuck with decades old "telephone wire" internet service for Ziply. The only thing worse would be no service at all - and I've considered that option. It's painfully slow and unreliable. We will change as soon as there's any type of option available.
