      I ordered a custom Funko collector double figure for my nephew for Christmas and what I received is a poorly packaged figures sealed and packaged backwards so you cant see what you paid for. When I tried to contact there is only email which they only answer with a generic email nothing addressing the problem. It has been about 2 months with now answer. ****** down the tubes

      Aside from taking weeks to ship, when theres a problem, they have no customer service to help you. Its an email drop that automates responses.,

      ordered 5 items total, one of the items was completely damaged and the other 4 I never received.. I ended up getting 1 item I never even ordered.. My entire experience with them has been a nightmare and they dont have any real way to contact them..

      Absolutely terrible. Sent the wrong item and after multiple attempts of contacting customer service they refuse to respond or send the correct item. I wi never deal with them again.

      I placed an order on 9-17-24 during a sale. I received an email 9-21 letting me know that it shipped via *** tracking *** shows they never received the package. I have emailed customer service, filled out the customer service form. Several attempts and absolutely no reply from funko. I tried calling and the phone menu on the line does not do anything. Cant even wait on hold. This was a large order of over $200 and Im wondering if Ive been scammed and need to start a dispute with my credit card. I would love for the company to contact me back to sort this out but Im wondering if they just dont want to honor the sales prices they posted. Absolutely not a good experience.

      No number to communicate with the consumer. Got the ENTIRELY wrong product and no way to have it resolved without waiting weeks. At 50+ dollars a bag the consumer deserves a number to call for issues!

      Purchased a custom Funko at their store in ********* and several mistakes were made. I left a ****** review and Funko Hollywood said to email them, but so far they have not responded to my contact requests.I also emailed Funko Inc who said "all sales are final" and it was up to the customer to expect the item before leaving. Sorry, but if your store is dimly lit I cannot see certain details and other issues occured hours later like the ***** piece separating from the face.Until a resolution is reached, I can't support this business any longer. It's a shame because I've spent hundreds over the years and have another custom Funko.

      Ive had three packages say delivered that were not. Two just today and I want ANSWERS. Order ******** and ********. I have cameras and can prove they were not delivered. Dont trust this company bunch of scammers
