      I do not normally do this, but this is exceptionally bad customer service. I ordered in November for Christmas and my shipment has been unfulfilled for nearly a month with no response to my numerous emails to customer support. I have spent hundreds of dollars in product that I have not received and cannot even cancel my order so I can buy replacement gifts. This is beyond disappointing.

      I have seen that I am not the only person having issues as if now. They will not respond to any emails, that is the only way to contact them, they have no phone number. I ordered from them in November for Christmas and they still have not shipped out any items. I had to order from somewhere else. Worst customer service and just bad business in general.

      Do not purchase from loungefly. I had purchased 2 purses, a backpack, and a wallet from them. Upon arrival all were damaged with stains (one of the purse looked like what honestly can only be described as muscus as the stain). I opened a claim with customer service(you can only email them) and sent them pictures of everything. They gave me 10% off of the bag that has mucus on it after asking me to remove it, then sent me a replacement for the other purse and the wallet. The backpack you might ask nope not stained enough for them. The replacements were in WORSE condition then the originals messed up stitching and even more staining. I let them know that at this point I'd like a callback and I'd like a supervisor they respond have you tried cleaning it? I have been dealing with this since 10/24. At this point I am sending back the replacements rather than the originals and have come to the realization that they have poor customer service and could care less about customer experience. I will never purchase from them again. ******* had better quality than this

      I purchased a starwars trilogy wallet from the website. The snap that keeps it closed broke after the first use. I contacted them and they sent out a replacement wallet with the closer broken upon arrival. I have written them several times with no response . I would like to send the wallets back and receive a full refund. I love these bags but with service like this I will no longer be purchasing their products.

      I ordered from Loungefly on Sept 30, 2022, and today (Oct 14, 2022) an entire 13 days later, Loungefly has canceled my order because they "did not have enough stock to fulfill [my] order," and they "will not be reordering" any more of this item. They are citing that their inventory system did not update in time, but it took nearly two weeks to realize the error. They are issuing a refund to my payment, which I'm grateful for, but frankly this makes me feel like I am not a valued customer and that they don't want my money. It's a shame, they have really cute products. However, I will not be ordering from Loungefly again.

      ordered a chucky funko a few days ago and got confirmation. Days go by and i decide to email them on when i will be receiving this item. The reps ******** and said this :::::::::Thank you for confirming your information. We understand the anticipation to see your order start its journey from us to you. Due to our recent warehouse move, there may be slight delays but our fulfillment team is working hard to process orders as quickly as possible. As we ramp up, orders are currently estimated to ship out within 2-3 weeks. Your order is processing and once it ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.       Ordered from loungefly 3 1/2 weeks and my order never came in. The tracking number never updated and I tried to message customer support about it and never got a response. This was my first time purchasing from loungefly online and this would be my last.

      Ordered a loungefly bag with pop. Used no packing materials, pop came crushed. I contacted customer service. HE SAID WE ENCOURAGE OUR CUSTIMERS TO TAKE THE POPS OUT OF THE ****** Which is total bs.... if they was the case they wouldnt sell limited edition items. This was my reply. And funko does want customers to keep the pops in the box or you wouldn't send any pops in the cardboard protectors. If Funko wants customers to take items out of the box, why do they put limited edition stickers on the box?????????? This item arrived damaged because it was shipped poorly. It would be nice of Funko to send me a replacement box. If you can't send me a replacement box I would like a refind. Let me know so i can proceed accordingly. thank you In the end... I'm hear because of funkos poor shipping, and no willingness to assist their customers.
