      If I could give them a zero star I would I ordered on cyber Monday and I emailed them like 5 times and everytime they guaranteed in the email anything bought before December 6th would be here in time for Christmas it is now January 5 and it is still not here never ordering from them again I deserve a refund that loungefly purse was my daughters gift from Santa and it is just ridiculous how long it took them and they also responded to my emails with automated emails never contacted me directly when they said they would such a horrible company.

      Sorceress Loungefly and Pop Combo came in with adhesive all in the box and on the face of the pop and on the bag - Pop had no protection it was just laying in the box next to the bag with not even a sorter box. Funko responded indicating that the bag and pop are exclusives and that they couldn't refund nor replace. Not sure why but they wouldn't send me a return label when on to talk back and get an attitude with me - THIS WAS MY FIRST RETURN with Funko. Not a good look and won't be back.

      Loungefly's (Funko Inc.) shipping and fulfillment is a disaster. The company offered a cyber Monday sale, an order was placed on Nov. 28th, and the order still hasn't shipped as of Jan 2nd. The company continues to push products and collect payments, but won't ship products. Loungefly's fan base and cutomers were counting on the company to make good on their Holiday orders. Loungefly needs to do more than just offer a 15% coupon! People haven't received the merchandise they ordered in late Nov., yet Loungefly wants customers to continue to spend money on additional products. This company has become unreliable, customer service is non-existent, and they continue to disappoint.

      Loungefly customer service is a joke. They promised bags to be delivered before the holidays as long as they were ordered by December 6th, I ordered November 28th. It took 3 weeks to even send the bag out, then the bag took even longer to be delivered. I did not receive it in time for the holidays. When I tried to reach out to customer service they sent a generic response, with the attempt to offer 15% off. Their response made it clear that they didnt even read my message to them. I reached out twice more and they ignored me. I am not pleased with this company, they make nice bags, but I dont Want anything to do with them if this is how they treat customers.

      As per my other fellow customers, Loungefly is a disappointment. If you ordered as part of their Cyber Monday deal they deliberately ignored the purchases and fulfilled the full price orders prior placed after those orders. So the orders placed December 1st-December 6th were shipped for Christmas but my order from November 28th hasnt even been processed you are unable to cancel the order or return it without having to pay for their shipping despite it being a month since I ordered the product which they continued to sell and may not even have in stock. They guaranteed a 2 week processing time but it has now been 4 and their way to make it right is by offering a 15% discount. So disappointed and will not be supporting this business in the future

      If I could just leave this review at zero stars I would. This company is the absolute worst. They ran a Cyber Monday promotion enticing people to buy their merchandise at discount prices. I placed an order for 5 bags which were all Christmas presents on November 28th. After 2 weeks I started inquiring why my items had not shipped yet. I got canned responses to every email I sent. I then noticed that they put a message on their website about their "unprecedented demand" and warning customers that if they ordered after December 6th they wouldn't receive their items until after December 25th. That was FALSE INFORMATION. That message ensured that anyone who ordered prior to December 6th would receive their order in time for Christmas. I continued to email this company and ask for updated shipping information and every single response I got was a canned response with NO tracking information, updated shipping information, or any type of update on my personal order. It is now December 28th and I still don't have my order. Christmas has come and gone, and the gifts that I anticipated to have to give to family were not there on Christmas day. How this company gets away with this type of business is beyond me. They have the absolute worst customer service- they can't handle the inventory that they have- and they clearly don't know how to run a successful business. I will never give this company money again after this experience. Their dishonesty to their customers is staggering.

      If I could I would have chosen no stars! I placed my order Nov 27th, 2022 and according to their guidelines it would be shipped within 2 weeks and received before Christmas. Today is Dec 28th and my order still says unfulfilled. I have made several attempts to contact them via their email, and social media only to receive a generic response "If you placed your order during Cyber Monday on 11/27 and 11/28 and your order is still showing unfulfilled:Please review your email for an update regarding your order sent 12/20 at 11am PST or on 12/8." Which I have no other emails from them. I will be filing fraudulent charges on my credit card because they were quick to take my money and not send me my products, *********** me and give me an update. STAY away from Loungefly. If you want their product order elsewhere!

      This is unacceptable. My package was just delivered. I told you in my previous message that we celebrate our Yule on December 21st. I got to sit there and watch everyone else open presents while I had nothing. Your ridiculous message saying I can get 15% off a future order isn't good enough. I don't think I want to do business with you anymore, cute bags or not. S**** you Loungefly. S**** you. Your customer service is terrible. The last couple of times I've ordered with you I've had this problem. Should have learned it the last time. I'll be posting on social media. Thanks for a terrible holiday, despite the fact that I ordered a month ahead you didn't even SHIP until December 24th!Unsincerely not yours,***

      I ordered through lounge fly website that funko owns back in November, week later the order shows unfulfilled, I emailed them and they responded 4 day later with an automated message and a coupon stating it will arrive by Christmas. Christmas is 30 days away so there is us plenty of time to receive the order by December 16. I verify the shipping label and its still sitting in the warehouse. It hasnt moved or been taken to **** They emailed me four days later stating the same copy paste email about receiving it before Christmas and the same coupon they sent me last time how am I going to use a coupon on a website that takes a month to deliver items that I paid for instantly its totally unacceptable very on personable poor customer service and I am even concerned that the items will arrive. Today is December 21 and still no order. Dont sponsor mediocre companies with poor service to us

      Ordered on cyber ******* ******* posted on thier social media if ordered before December 6th you will have by Christmas. Order has not been shipped, their social media page is full of upset customer who are not receiving their merchandise. This company is a joke and the ceo needs to step up and get these orders out. Shame on you loungefly for not communicating with your customers.
