Had a hot water tank start leaking and decided to go with Costco and their affiliates for the replacement. From the moment ******* *** (extremely helpful and knowledgable) came by to the tank replacement only 18 hours had passed! **** and ***** did the installation quickly, cleaned up perfectly and were not only efficient but very polite and took great care to not damage anything in my home. I'd highly recommend this company and personnel.

A Worst customer experience at ******************** compared to ***'s Club:While entering the Store, you need to show Membership Card, else you cannot access, even if you just want to see whether you want to be a member or not.2. The products are costlier than ***'s club of the same quality. Also many products like fresh produce are not available.3. When you go for self check-out, store associate will scan some of the items with some doubt.4. You need only " ****** credit card to pay with..4. Once you leave the Self check out desk, one associate having a writing pad will check your receipt with the items. 5. Again, while leaving the store, someone will again check and verify your receipt with the items in your cart..Horrible shopping experience..

If I could leave zero stars I would. Ordered a dishwasher for delivery/install, and have been chasing them for a month to try to get it. Customer service so far has all blamed the last person we spoke to, lied about leadership/ VP involvement in their logistics, blamed the weather, and then come to realize that they dont actually have anyone in our area to take up the installation contract. That took a MONTH. To compensate? They will reimburse me for the installation that I now have to arrange, even though that was part of the cost of ordering it. They have been awful awful awful. Do not under any circumstance buy small appliances through them - if you cant carry it on your person, dont buy it from here.

I got a Costco membership so I could compare it against ***'s Club. ***'s Club is so much better than Costco. Costco checks your membership card twice before you even get to the checkout line. Then you have to scan your card to checkout then they check your cart on your way out. Also Costco doesn't have an app so you can scan your purchase and skip the checkout lines. Won't be going back to Costco

After visiting a Special order kiosk within the *******, ********** ****** warehouse store, we provided our contact information to have someone come out and give us a quote on window coverings for our whole house. A Representative for **************** came out to our house, we agreed to the service, signed a contract and paid for the whole installation up front. This was in October 2023. The cost of the materials and labor for the blinds to be installed was $6,800. The ****** contract provided a date of completion 6 weeks after the contract was signed. They did not meet the deadline and did not compensate us even after we called ****** to complain. Now, seven weeks later, after paying the full amount we are still waiting for the window blinds to be installed..

Costco is a good place for shopping for big families and events, but they are a terrible place for people with disabilities. I suffer from asthma which brings about panic attacks., and because of this I was given a psychiatric service animal to help me. Since I have attacks all the time, I need her by my side all the time. When I have an attack, she plays her little paw on my face, reassuring me that everything is going to be OK.. I tried to take her into the store to purchase a card, and to get some dog food. But was told to leave immediately that Costco does not allow service animals into their store. When I asked why I told the lady I had a card stating that I could bring her in places. She asked me what services she did. I told her she was a psychiatric service dog, and the lady told me Costco does not allow them in. Shame on Costco shame! It shouldnt matter what type of service dog the animal is the only thing that should matter is that the dog is needed by the customer. my animal was secured inside the basket and I had everything that was needed in case she made a mess. Hopefully they will read this review and change their policy. I dont mind being asked at the door for the animal service card, but I do mind being completely rejected.

Costco in *************, **. I was there shopping with my family, when *** was time to check out the cashier made a sexual comment in front of my children to me. The cashiers name was *******, I have tried multiple time to reach out to the corporate office and file a complaint with them but every time I put on hold and passed around until I give up. This is not acceptable. I shouldn't have to feel unsafe while grocery shopping.

Costco does not honor their ******************* as they should. I went in to purchase diapers for my kid. Specifically grabbed the one that was $10.50 off was on the app & as well as on the paper. When rang it up it showed full price. Employee couldnt figure it out. Exact brand, exact kind, one of the sizes but nothing. Got a *************** said he didnt get it but yeah was not discounted. I kept showing him the ******** was looking at the paper. Went back to his computer and said the warehouse in Georgia has the diaper discounted(that one specific warehouse) Im in *******, imagine my reaction. Spend enough money that honor the discounted that was showing wouldnt have hurt that badly, but NO. Couldnt do that. Cant trust the discount on ads no more.

Was brought into store to sign up for a promo that stated if I paid $60 at register, I would receive a 30$ promo code via email. After waiting weeks without any email being sent, I reached out to customer service in ****** ** to find out they had nothing other than my membership and name on file. The lady was very rude and stated that she needed a bunch of my info to even find my account then I found out she never even had my email, and stated there was never a promo given. She proceeded to stare that she would have to call my local warehouse and "check to see if they remember giving me a promo offer". How would an employee even remember giving a promo offer to a random customer that isn't even in the system. This seems very predatory and I feel it has been done to other paying customers as well.
