ZERO STARS = We are being targeted in our apt complex and suspect the office themselves might be behind it - illegal aliens are vandalizing our vehicles and have been for years - they are tenants in J-building across from our building who block our view of the parking lot - they can see us arrive/leave but we can't see anything - so we know it's occupants of J-5, etc. who are "loitering" after 11:30 pm and then vandalizing because they know we can't see it. ******* used to maintain the gate and have after hours parking security, but NOW they say "it's not our responsibility" and BLUELINE SECURITY told us "We don't care if your property gets vandalized." if our car alarm goes off we can't hear it - management says we have to get our own surveillance camera for the car, but won't allow the hiring of a private parking lot attendant, but that's not allowed, either. ******* is shirking parking lot security off to the tenant. they declined to have mobile surveillance cameras, claiming "we can't afford surveillance" when they can purchase the equipment under their business!!!! This complex is a front for ******* COMMUNIST INVADERS. They are NOT AMERICANS and are sent by TRAITORS known as JEW INSLEE and JEW *****. ******* is an enabler of the communist invasion. Your vehicle is more safe in a grocery store parking lot. BEWARE OF CRIMINAL GOVT. JEWS IN CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE AND PROPERTY....

They are extortionists. If you become a resident of this business. When you try to move out, even though you paid your rent faithfully every month , they will try to extort you with inflated move out charges. Steal your security deposit and then try to tank your credit when you refuse. I cleaned my apartment and did everything that was asked of me and they refused to return my security deposit and then trumped up $1100 worth of charges so they could steal my security deposit as well as my extra seven hundred dollars. They refused to negotiate with me and come down to a reasonable price and because of the ridiculous laws in the state of *******, I didnt have enough time to file a claim in court.

They gave out extremely personal information over the phone to someone who is not me and without my consent. When i approached them on the matter, they told me it is my own fault for having another phone number on my account.

Please read on: I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you not only as a resident of Bridges Apartments but as one deeply concerned about ongoing issues that significantly affect our collective quality of life here, notably persistent elevator malfunctions, lapses in communication with the management team, and general upkeep concerns. My intention is to highlight these matters in a constructive manner, with the hope of fostering improvements that will undoubtedly benefit the entire community. Despite our previous attempts to address these concerns through the standard channels, there seems to be an ongoing pattern of unresolved issues that have a direct impact on my day-to-day life, especially as a person with a disability. To illustrate, there have been multiple instancesdocumented over the past three monthswhere the elevator was out of service for days at a time, without prior notice or timely updates on repair efforts. This situation has not only inconvenienced me but also made me miss vital appointments. Such incidents underscore the urgency for a more reliable maintenance strategy and better communication from management. Understanding the challenges of overseeing a property as large as Bridges Apartments, I appreciate the complexities involved. However, I firmly believe in the possibility of improvement that respects the rights and needs of all residents. To this end, I suggest the potential for a meeting or follow-up discussion, where we could explore realistic solutions to the issues addressed. This could range from establishing a new service contract for elevator maintenance, implementing regular cleanliness checks, to enhancing security measures for the well-being of all residents.

Please dont't! Weidner is a RIPOFF! Ever wonder why the rent is so affordable? I stay at ******************************************** Apps. The water hardly runs in winter, the homeless population disrupts daily life, and here it is a Thurssday night and there is no water and we can't flush our toilets! Really? It is now 3PM January 25th and no water! Weidner is trash!

****** and ****************** ON YOU BOTH! I never even had a chance to see the apartment for which I have cancelled my application. I did not sign a lease. This pathetic business KEEPS $600 deposits - even when I am not moving in. I'll be damned if you keep my money. JUST WATCH.

Non-buyer beware: if you need to change your mind about living here during the application process, before you even sign a lease agreement, too bad, they're going to keep your money, even if you never sign a lease. Not an application fee, which is reasonable, but a move-in fee and security deposit for damages to the apartment. An apartment you never signed a lease for. An apartment you've never seen. "It's our money now." That's a direct quote. Allow me to explain.I filled out an application. That's it. No lease agreement. I had to withdraw it because my father's starting chemo at ************** - ******* too far from the hospital. The leasing managers didn't care at all. $660 was withdrawn from my checking account for a security deposit and move-in fee, despite the fact that I never signed a lease or even saw an apartment. These fees are part of your lease agreement. Reasonably confused, I asked for it back. They said no. "It's our money now." That's a direct quote. Like villains or highway robbers. What a mind blowing quote, right?Especially considering the first person I spoke to said "Don't worry about it, I'll speak to my manager and get those deposits it back to you. It'll have to on Monday however." This was on Friday evening when the charge posted. You see, the leasing manager was supposed to email me with info on rescinding my application and they never did. Not one email was ever sent to me directly.Monday rolls around and it's like everyone has amnesia. Yes, your math is correct. In two business days, they flipflopped from 'of course we will give money wrongfully taken back to you' to "It's our money now."So again, if you need to cancel your lease application, for any reason, don't do it. They do say one thing and do another. They say they'll contact you directly to your personal email, and then they don't. Family who may be dying? Oh well, that's a you problem. Half a grand that they aren't ***********?That's their money now.

Please do not believe the hype.11/26/2023: My package got stolen by a homeless man who is living in one of the empty apartments on the unit. Wanna know how I know? I found him wandering around & he TOOK me there inside.05/23/2023: My home was broken into while I was inside asleep. Motif did nothing but offer me to move to another apartment & pay not only two payments of rent for the apartment I was leaving but also be held responsible for new move in fees etc for the new apartment. We were told that our parking lot gates would be fixed & working with 24/7 patrol. THAT WAS A LIE. ***** still arent used & theres never patrol here. 3 of my neighbors have had their cars broken into from September 2023 - Nov 2023. The police told me themselves they get calls for this complex everyday. Its not surprising due to the amount of homeless ppl that are CONSTANTLY here even in the garbage. The ceiling in my tub has been leaking since Ive moved here in 2021 & after multiple maintenance requests, still the same issues. My tub is also peeling/rusting & what seems to be molding, requested for this to be repaired. Someone came out & my tub was back peeling within a week. Ive seen a few roaches but believe that *** have been from the mold from the tub cause thats where they were. Walls are PAPER thin and way too many dog owners not picking up behind their dogs. Water is constantly out of service for hours, even days at one point during the summer ******* 2023). The staff is the worst Ive ever encountered. Can never keep a solid staff, which doesnt create great relationships because you never know who you talk to. They are most times rude, never is there, business hours that they actually operate are not the same as whats on the door or online.

Run!! Do not rent from these people, they are thieves!! Their grounds are disgustingly kept, upon moving in none of my appliances worked, filthy baseboards, paint over spray everywhere and peeling off the base boards, carpet stunk like mildew, for almost $3,000.00 per month, we deserved better. Dog f**** everywhere, the gate fobs never work. Homeless people rummaging through the trash throwing it all over the ground daily. Disgusting smells that were making me sick coming in through the vents. Moved out left the place cleaner than I got it, theyre not only trying to keep my security deposit, theyre trying to charge me additional money for painting and carpet cleaning. Not only is it illegal, its just flat out wrong, what theyre doing to people. *** lived in quite a few places and never have I ever been ripped off for my security deposit. Especially if you leave the place cleaner than they gave it to you. Do not rent from Them if you can avoid it. I do have pics, wish I could post them here! Its sad!! Dont know how their employees live with themselves! Must get a kick back for all the security deposits they keep from people!
