Installation was quick and painless. Installers explained the system as it went in. Any hold-*** were administrative and generally minor; city mostly. Although early days, I'm very happy I committed to solar.

Install was good however I didnt receive what I was originally told I would receive. I was told that my home would have electricity when normal power was out. This didnt happen.Solgen Power LLC

We are sorry for any miscommunication. With a large majority of our projects, they are grid tied. In the event of grid disconnection, for safety purposes the system is powered off as well in the event of an issue or if utility is conducting service to the grid. It would be unsafe to have live electricity feeding into the downed grid from solar arrays. Thank you for sharing positive feedback for our Construction team completing the installation.
